My wife and I came here for dinner. Our server Dustin was fantastic. He was attentive to our needs and the food we order was wonderful. The atmosphere was what we expected. We will come back again.

I can't help but wonder--why is the chocolate cake the only standout at Chili's? While the rest of the menu feels average at best, the molten chocolate cake is a clear winner: rich, gooey, and absolutely delicious. It's the one thing that keeps me coming back. But why doesn't the rest of the menu match that same level of quality and care? The entrees and appetizers often feel bland or overcooked, lacking the flavor and freshness you'd expect. Chili's, if you can perfect dessert, why not bring that same magic to the rest of the menu?

Presentation of my pasta. This is how it was given to me straight from the kitchen. I didn't even take a bite yet.

I'm not angry about eating here but i am going to leave an honest review. I will never stop here again because of the food and service we received. Our server was nice, not going to complain abt her. It seems they were short staffed and our server doubled as the bartender also I think. We were on a roadtrip from the east to west coast and stopped here for dinner around 9:15pm. We waited abt 4 minutes before being seated bc there were no hosts. After being seated our drink orders were taken and brought and then we placed our food orders which included starters. While the chips and salsa came immediately, the loaded fries were not at the table after 15 minutes. We asked for it at that point and after another 5 minutes, our server showed up with them. She said I just grabbed one that was sitting there in the back. Well they had definitely been sitting in the back bc the fries were cold, the cheese was melted and had been sitting there for a long time, and we'd asked for jalapeños on the side but they were all over the fries. After another 20 minutes, we had to ask where our food was. Abt 5 minutes later the food came. I had ordered the pasta carbonara (see the pic) and not only was it lukewarm/cold, the presentation was terrible. Plate looked like some stuff had been scraped off the side and it had dried on already. I've worked in food service for a long time and I would've never served a plate looking like that. The rest of the food was ok. We asked for our desert to go and it took abt 15 minutes for 2 pieces of cheesecake and my friend stood next to the bar and waited for it. Just an all-around poor experience for us unfortunately. Also, the bathrooms were not so clean like no toilet paper and not kept clean.

It has great food, deserts, and cold beer. Nothing better. Don't let the fact that it isn't 5 stars bother you.

The Bandido.......The Best Burrito in Ft Smith!…read more This burrito is packed end to end with flavor: Grilled Steak, Chicken, Chorizo, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and topped with Queso. And if that ain't enough; it comes with fries. A fantastic combination. The chorizo provided the right amount of spice, the sour cream brought all the fresh flavors together. Filling and delicious. This really was and excellent burrito. I'd put it up against anything you can find in Ft Smith. The fries were good, crispy, however next time I would substitute with refried beans. My wife had a simpler version of Sabor Azteca's great burritos, the Asada. Less ingredients, but still a BIG delicious burrito. Great chips and salsa. Both the salsa in the bowl and the plastic bottles were very fresh. Excellent flavors, crispy chips. It is a small clean comfortable AUTHENTIC MEXICAN restaurant, off the beaten path on North O. The service was fast and friendly. The menu covers everything you could possibly want. A little English spoken by the owner. There is no doubt in my mind, that the other patrons in the restaurant this afternoon, were experts on Mexican food; there because it is a great place to eat!

Food The food here is traditional, not commercial looking, like fast food (2 enchiladas, rice and beans) I had Caldo de Camaron, lots of shrimp, not too spicy. Wife had Enchiladas Rancheras, beautifully served, almost too much food for us. These are served with enchilada Sauce of tomatoes, steak, onion and bell pepper. Comes with guac and salad and pico. Service Only service issue is waitress only speaks Spanish. We do not. I used Google translate to request artificial sweetener. Ambience Music was too loud. We'll be back!!

We order the same thing every time and greatly appreciate the service, the quality of food, the vibes, and consistency, up until this evening. The service, quality of food as always was superb as expected. It was around a quarter past 9 when we signed the check and we were finishing up our drinks when someone whom we've never encountered before came out with the demeanor of an annoyed bouncer and announced in a loud and intolerant voice that they are closed and we need to leave, surprising us and the other table of 4 next to us before promptly turning his back. I was shocked as I had always known FTT to close at 10pm. I asked our angel of a waiter if I was confused as I thought 10 pm was the closing time and she confirmed they switched there hours 2 days prior. The feeling I was left with after this encounter with the GM, especially being the first time meeting him, turned the pleasant night into a spoiled evening and bitter taste in my mouth. Having been a loyal customer for many seasons and established great relationships with many servers I am extremely disappointed in this encounter with the GM and hesitant to continue my loyalty because of it. He seemed to be more concerned about having to pay the employees overtime than ensuring proper service with its patrons. If you want a sure fire way to loose customers, keep this tool as your GM, otherwise please consider looking elsewhere. Love everyone else at this establishment, this review is singular in whom it's directed, Garrett is the ONLY negative aspect of FTT.

The food, the cheese dip was cold and tasted like condensed cheese soup with a few colors and no flavor, the food came out hot but the rice was so dry it was like rocks the taco was ok the cheese enchilada was the best thing on the plate. The tamale tasted like a premade shipped in kind the chicken enchilada was wet tasting . Oh may I add the chips were cold and stale. Needless to say I've benn to Mexican restaurants all over the south and I'd put this one in the top five of not to go to again. I went here on the yelp review and boy I was severely Disappointed

The agave spirits selection is underwhelming, though that may be influenced by visiting the day after "Gringo de Mayo." The chips are comparable to standard "restaurant-style" options you'd find at a grocery store. The quesadilla is a bit unusual--there's no integrated mix of cheese and protein. Instead, the components are kept separate, which explains why the menu describes it as "baked." I initially thought that was odd, but it makes more sense now. The ranchero beans are overly salted, with little depth beyond that. While there appear to be other seasonings, they don't come through. The rice is plain and unremarkable.
