Tipped $9 because my mind was blown by prices. There is outside seating if you want to avoid the smoke. There was a 1970s vintage "smoke eater" hanging from the ceiling that by my best guess, hasn't been run since the Berlin Wall came down. Definitely a dive bar. Like most of the wait staff in Valparaiso, attention (eye contact) is cursory and superficial, which shows that the customers are to be sold but not really appreciated as their sole income source.
