I gave this meal 4 stars just because it was reminiscent of our high school days and so we got a little of everything! You can't go wrong with the typical triple dipper, where you get to choose 3 appetizers of your choice. Chili's hasn't seemed to have changed in 25 years in my opinion, so we enjoyed our experience. Service was not great as we waited a long time to get our drinks. There weren't many eating in there at the time as it was a late lunch so a tad disappointing. This location kinda sucks. They never answer the phone. I ordered online from their website and had to cancel the order because their power went out, which isn't their fault, I called to get my refund and they said they would refund me. That was almost three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've called and talked to their manager twice about it previously. I was told it was getting refunded but I haven't gotten it yet. I called today twice and no answer. It's pretty frustrating honestly. read more

It is a Saturday night at 8:30pm. We have a 45min wait, which is understandable when the tables in the restaurant are full, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE. We have 16 OPEN TABLES. Didn't have much of a wait time; was seated within 5 minutes; appreciated that the host/manager informed us ahead of time that it would take a bit longer than usual to get our meal due to the number of folks who had just been seated; this was not a problem in that we weren't in a rush/on a schedule; ordered onion petals, chips/salsa and spinach queso dip as appetizers; server was pleasant and attentive, though we received the queso dip about 10 minutes after we received the chips and salsa; was expecting to receive at one time; had to ask for more chips by the time the queso came; the queso was good by the way :o); my husband and daughter had the Cajun chicken pasta and they both enjoyed their meal; I ordered from the lunch specials menu; had the chipotle chicken mex bowl (very good) and a Caesar salad; in my opinion, the salad was too "wet" (may need to cut down on the amount of caesar dressing); ordered blackberry tea which was good; also ordered the molten chocolate cake as a dessert for the table; was enough to share; though I am not big on desserts, this one was pretty tasty read more

This particular chili's does have a track record of messing up 7/10 orders we make there though. The server knew it was their birthday and said she would do something for them (nothing) our food took almost 50 minutes to arrive, my sliders were over cooked and not garnished like the menu said. Chili's is one those places I loved as a kid. Over the years it seemed to me that the quality of food had really started to decline. My take out orders were almost always wrong. The food was cold, lacking care, and pitiful portions. Tonight, however, I just kept craving all the favorites from my youth. Even though I hadn't tried them in years, I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did! The food was delicious! All my old favorites cooked perfectly and special requests followed to a "T". I got my usual, the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. It was better than I remembered! Huge, hot, crispy, and flavorful. I could tell that the person cooking took pride in their food. I know it's a chain but sometimes these old family favorites create memories and are restaurants that you can count on to consistently please the whole family. The food is far better than it was several years ago. I always enjoy starting off with the fried cheese curds. Super delicious and our server is tonight offered caramel to dip it into. Definitely request the caramel! The margaritas are good, but I tend to question the alcohol content in the "stronger" ones.
