I ordered 2 large fajita party platters to go for a holiday work party, and when I picked up the food at time we had arranged, it was already lukewarm, not hot, like it had been sitting there for some time. I also feel that they were very skimpy on the meat for the fajitas. For an $82 platter of fajitas, I expected more chicken and steak, but the meat portion was very small and there were a lot of peppers and onions. I have ordered this two other times and this was definitely less meat this time. So that was very disappointing. I love Chili's. Always have. Came to this one on a Saturday night at 7:15PM. Now, of course I expected to wait. BUT NOT BECAUSE OF LAZINESS AND POOR MANAGEMENT! Wow. COVID Protocols have been out for 8 months, yet the morons running this place (into the ground) still haven't put up plastic barriers to open all the tables. Now, that alone wouldn't cause a bad review, but the tables that were technically available (every other one) were either empty or had not been cleared from the previous guest. I can see this if the pandemic had just started and no one knew what to do. 8 Months into and these fools haven't adapted to it on all levels. Except making the guests all wait out in the cold, instead of using every other seat in the waiting area. While waiting, we saw no less than 30 guests leave after eating with no one getting seated. What about their tables? Laziness prevails and now there are even more to frustrate us. After the promised 20 minute wait went by with no text, we went back in to discuss it with the rude little troll taking names for what seemed like no reason. Telling us to go back and wait in the car longer just turned me off to this place. As we were getting back into the car, there were 4 other people piling into their truck after waiting 30 minutes for nothing. Hmmmm... If they were ahead of us and were told 30 minutes, why would the little troll tell us 20? Oh,I know why. Laziness, stupidity, and now apathy! Goodbye Chili's we had a great run. Never again. Worst dining experience in at least 30 years. 4 adults in one kid spent over 2 hours waiting and finally getting: 1. Steak improperly cooked - only 2 of 3 were edible. 3rd steak was re-cooked and was worse. 2. Chicken crispers way over done. Not edible. Re-cooking produced only slightly better results. 3. 4 orders of broccoli were basically raw. One of the orders was supposed to be Cole slaw. We just gave up. 4. Rice was cold. 5. Kids meal so delayed that my grandson was in tears. When it did arrive, fresh pineapple had some outer skin on it. Cheeseburger had only a shred of cheese on it and was way overcooked and cold. Re-cooking yielded cheese but still overcooked. 6. Iced tea was bad. A new glass was better but still not drinkable. 7. Lemonade and water not refilled until we asked and then had to wait. 8. Take home dessert was cold, stale and basically unedible. Service was horrible and food mostly lousy when it arrived an hour and a half later. Many parties came, dined and left while we were there. Not the best place to spend your money we should have waited the 30 minutes at red Robin. Sloppy styled burgeres that fall apart while you eat them. Don't like that they have pitchers of water just sitting out everywhere who knows if anything was put into them while left unattended. I would recommend going somewhere else. Unless like we were left eighther waiting at a good restaurant or going to the one with no business for obvious reasons. Honestly, this Chili's used to be horrible! We agreed to never come back. After a few years we decided ti give this location another try and it was INCREDIBLE. They have made some great changes. Server Delores and Manager Nathan are some of the best employees we've seen, manager was helping throughout the restaurant - food running, bartending and more. Food was delicious, hot and fast! We took our family to this restaurant to celebrate our sons graduation, we understood the hour wait ,once inside the waiter didn't bring us silverware, napkins nor waters. As we ask for them from other servers while we saw him standing around. When we asked for a manager after 40 minutes she wasn't even told ,we had to seek her out and she was cleaning , after over an hour two appetizers had come put with drinks but not the adult drinks ,food was not hot and the last plate to come out was the least hot. We watched others go through the same all in all it seems like a manager and server issue. We were comped appetizers and soda drinks. I repeat: THIS IS NOT REAL CHICKEN. This is some processed, fake chicken from a bag. Even worse, It was wet, slimy and ice cold. This salad cost $12, but it's a $3 salad at best. This was the worst salad I have ever had in my 50 years of living, and that's saying a lot. They could have at least tried to cook it and make some grill marks. I will never eat there again and I have mailed a letter and photos to corporate to show my displeasure of not using real chicken breast. I love this chili's. I lost my father in August and went here to have a beer. My sister, mom and me had lunch and some drinks our waitress went above and beyond for us.
