My husband and I visited this location on Thursday, October 22, to enjoy some happy hour specials, watch a game, and grab an early dinner. We initially wanted to sit at the bar, but it was consistently full, and the other bar seating areas were not open. We decided to sit at a table, but after waiting a little while for a server to get to us, we noticed some seats opening up at the bar. We decided to make the switch, and I'm glad we did! Our bartender was very attentive and provided great service. We were able to place our orders, receive our food and drinks, and enjoy our evening without any issues. They offer happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 6 PM, with select drink specials on certain days. I would love to see them expand the drink specials to include more options for those who don't drink beer. Perhaps a margarita special or even adding Angry Orchard to the selections would be a great addition! As for the food, we both ordered the All-American Cheeseburger with fries. Everything came out hot and fresh, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. One thing I especially appreciate is that they no longer charge extra for fries! During an earlier visit, the burgers were served with chips, and fries required an additional upcharge. Now, fries, tater tots, and sweet potato fries are included at no additional cost, which is definitely a plus! Another great feature is the number of TVs throughout the restaurant. There are plenty of opportunities to catch different games, making this a great spot for sports fans. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back! We finally figured out why we like CBCB Prasada so much & come back so often...it is clearly THE FOOD & ATMOSPHERE. Today we had wings & a salad. As usual, the food was fantastic! CBCB may in fact have the best wings of all the places we dine at. Lots of good flavors to choose from & the wings always are very meaty. We often joke about what it is those chickens are fed that cause them to grow wings that are that big. The sauces are all very good. The salads are always fresh & the blue cheese dressing is legit with lots of chucks of blue cheese. The burgers are also very good. The atmosphere is lively. The bar area is huge with seating split between inside & outside. Table seating both in & out is plentiful & you're surrounded by many TV screens. The extra high ceiling & large window opening gives you the feeling you have plenty of room to spread out in a spacious, well-lit & airy setting. Even the restrooms are clean & well maintained! As much as we always start out enjoying our visits to CBCB, it seems like we feel like the overall experience is disappointing when we leave. Again, we figured it out. Our dining experience starts out with fantastic food, but the experience ends up tainted by the service. It's always something. Could it be training? Perhaps the skills focused on & / or not focused on when hiring? On today's visit, we sat at the bar. We placed our order & waited for our food. We noticed the customers to our left who arrived after us received their wings. Then we noticed the people to our right who also arrived after us received their wings. We sat there for quite some time waiting & waiting for our wings. We're both paranoid about not wanting to be thought of as complainers. Not that CBCB would ever do it, but we hear the horror stories of restaurant employees sp!tting in food & other such behavior if you're a complainer. So we NEVER complain. Our server passed by once saying, "Your food will be coming soon, we've been really busy today". Finally, after even more time passed by, our server came up to us & said "the kitchen (not the server, the kitchen) lost your order, so I put your order in again" followed up by our server bringing us our salad a minute later. No "I'm sorry", no "we're sorry", just our salad delivered. We ate our salad & began waiting again. After another very long wait, the wings came out. Again, no "I'm sorry", no "we're sorry", just "here are your wings". Oh, when the salad came out, it came out with thousand island dressing. Fortunately, our server said, "Here's your thousand island dressing"...we had ordered blue cheese dressing. Yes, we ended up getting the blue cheese salad dressing we ordered. My girlfriend did not like the taste of her wings, so I ate my wings (delicious as always), then ate her wings. Again, neither she nor I want to be complainers, so I just ate the 2 orders. Right after my girlfriend discovered she did not like the taste of her wing order, we tried to get the attention of our server. After many attempts to flag them down we were finally able to purchase a replacement flavor for my girlfriend. I had consumed all of my wings, then consumed all of my girlfriend's initial order (my stomach let me know I really did not need that) & we sat & waited & waited finally getting her replacement flavor delivered...believe it or not, the 2nd order were more of the same flavor she did not like from her 1st order instead of the replacement flavor she ordered!!!!! We skipped their awesome chocolate chip cookie skillet with ice cream, because while we love it & usually get it for dessert, we were getting tired of waiting so long for (bad) service & / or being checked on. Besides, after consuming multiple orders of wings which we did not want in the 1st place, no way I could enjoy my half of the desert on top of all those wings. The effort to get the server to bring us our bill prolonged an already long day at CBCB anyway. When we did finally get the bill, we figured out CBCB must order ballpoint pens in boxes of hundreds if not thousands at-a-time that must sit around for months / years until it is time to order more. Writing with the pen the server gave me from the bottom of the last box ordered was like trying to write & sign the bill with a dead stick that fell off a tree. The ink was dried up. I scribbled it on the back of the check, on the paper drink coasters, on paper napkins, on a piece of paper in my girlfriend's purse, anything else I could find, but I could not get it to write. I would have been better off writing the gratuity & signing the bill with my salad fork. Rather than try to flag down our server to get a pen that writes, then have to wait again on top of that for them to bring it to us, my girlfriend had a pen in her purse. I paid the bill, wrote my number on the bill (that's how you get Rewards points at CBCB) & we left. The place was empty but the booths were unavailable??? Then it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come over. Third Time! I am becoming a fan! If you are a thick burger fan, try one of theirs. They satisfy. I love how they toast the bun and also have a nice crisp crust on a medium well burger. The mushrooms were marinated and sautéed to perfection and the Swiss cheese melted. Great onion rings. No sogginess or green taste to the onion. I also enjoyed the crispy chicken salad. Yeah I understand we sat outside but it's easy to wipe or just not seat us at a table with literal bird shit on it. Especially when every burger is short of $20! I had the Ring of Fire burger (whew!) and she had the Thousand Island burger. WOW. The tater tots were hot and crispy, our drinks, ice cold and desperately needed in the 114° heat outside. Service was excellent and very quick-on-their-feet. Got a great tip, too. Worthy of mention: I accidentally left something in the restaurant which might have disappeared otherwise, but our server turned it in to the manager. The PB&J burger I tried was fantastic--unexpected, but the flavors worked perfectly. The homemade coleslaw was crisp and fresh. Beyond that, they have an amazing draft beer selection--around 30 or 40 options, including strong IPAs (I had a fantastic 9% IPA). My two friends ordered Long Island Iced Teas, and they were super strong--pro tip: order them without the sweet and sour, and you'll get a real punch. Service was polite and friendly, though they were a bit stretched thin due to the crowd--our food came out before drinks, and it took a few extra minutes. I've always had good experiences at their other locations and this was also a good experience. We sat at the bar and the server there was great. Friendly and patient with us. I love that they have a great selection of beers including my favorite local beer. The fried pickles were crunchy and hot out of the frier. But beware, they are spicy and the dipping sauce gives them an extra kick. If you are like me and love spicy, then these are a good starter. We split the burger and some onion rings and it was delicious and came pretty soon after our appetizer. For a sports bar restaurant they do well at providing good food and service. Went here on Saturday evening. Obviously going to be busy. Put our name in and agreed to first available, as long as no high top, then went to go wait at bar for a text. I missed the first text, due to cheering for the game. 5 minutes later I receive a text that my slot has been cancelled since I didnt respond. I went to the desk to check. She said it's our policy after 5 minutes to cancel. Younger gal in her 20's with long dark hair and dark rim glasses. Fair enough. Agreed to re-wait. At 623, i get another text that my name has been placed on the waitlist again. And also at 623, another message my reservation has been cancelled. I go back to the desk to see what is up, and the same gal says oh that is because the first time slot was cancelled. I say, but I already received a cancel for that one, could you please double check. I got an eye-roll and a condescending remark about you are on the wait list again. At 640p, I get another text that our table is ready. I basically run to the front desk. A different gal with long blonde hair says right this way as she goes to seat us. She proceeds to take us to a high top. I politely tell her we asked for either inside or out, but not a high top. She apologizes and goes back to the gal with the long dark hair. So not that it is their business, but we cannot sit at a high top because my husband wears a full leg brace due to his cancer, so he cant climb up easily and it pushes on his tumor. She comes back after about a minute and says I am really sorry, but this is the only table available. We are looking at two low tables right outside the door outside, as well as 2 low tables and 3 booths all within sight. At this point, we ask for a manager. He comes over and we explain the above. He is apologetic and shows us to a low-top table, literally next to the hightop the gal with the long dark hair was insisting we sit at. I was in the service industry for 18 years, including in Seattle and Manhattan/NYC. I understand food service. That gal with the dark hair was a complete and utter Bit** and extremely unprofessional. She never smiled once at the front desk. She was unreasonable and because it was busy, she was rude to paying customers. The second hostess just repeated what she was told. The manager did his job and mitigated what was a terrible experience. Our server was a joy and we were able to move past it and enjoy the food. Which was really good. And the beer was cold. One last thing was we saw the manager over talking to the dark hair hostess, and she was pointing at our table repeatedly and yelling at him. I understand the service industry is understaffed. But keeping someone like her, is detrimental to your establishment. She will lose you customers 100%. Thank you to the manager and other hostess, and our server. This was our first time at one of these locations and it will be our last. We placed an order for takeout. The total was about $45 for two burgers. I will say the burger was cooked the way we asked (pink) so we were happy about that; however, there was absolutely no flavor. We were quoted a 20 wait for pick up. When I got there the food wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal at first. I had to ask the lady to check a few different times. The food was 12 minutes past the quoted time. I ordered fries for both burgers and they messed up on one of them. Overall the restaurant is your typical bar. From what I saw it looked clean. I was not impressed with the quality of food. I was craving a nice juicy burger and I got a dry flavorless burger. I was surprised that it was dry considering that it was cooked medium. Lesson learned, never going here again. read more

I don't think I'll go back mostly because It's quite a ways away from me. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't terrible but I had a mushroom bacon cheeseburger cost $18 a pretzel that cost nine and an iced tea that cost almost 4 dollars by the time I was done, tip included, my cheeseburger lunch cost $43 bucks. But the thing for me about it all is that my $18 mushroom Swiss burger didn't taste like anything. There's no seasoning there's no flavor nothing. The pretzel was OK but doughy and at first I thought the cheese sauce was really good but later I was kinda turned off to it, also took a really long time and I didn't go during peak times. I went about 2:30 in the afternoon. Left shortly after 4 Servers were good. Nice and friendly. But idk. I'm not sure we needed another hooters or twin peaks type of place but here we are! I've visited several Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers spots in the west valley, but this one is hands-down the best of them all! From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted warmly, and the waitresses and bartenders are always friendly and welcoming. Unlike many other restaurants, the sound system here is at the perfect volume--not too loud--making it ideal for enjoying conversations with family or friends at the table. I have to give a special shout-out to Amanda, one of the bartenders. She's absolutely fantastic! Amanda always takes my order with a bright, friendly smile, and her multitasking skills are nothing short of amazing. I've never seen anyone handle tasks so seamlessly. Since she's served me multiple times, Amanda now has my usual custom food order memorized, and she never forgets to apply my military discount at the end of the night. Talk about impressive service! Since its opening, Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers Prasada has become my go-to hangout. The unbeatable combination of a great atmosphere, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and Amanda's outstanding service ensures that I'll be coming back time and time again. The onion rings, loaded tots, Philly cheesesteak, and shakes are pretty great if you don't feel like a burger. Their horseradish sauce is killer too.
