So, my husband and I were asking ourselves what restaurant we hadn't visited in a while and decided to visit this Surprise Chili's. We took note that the menu had been updated, and I immediately had an incline for fajitas. I ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Combo with double rice because I don't care for beans. My husband pretty much always orders the burger with bacon and an order of Texas Cheese Fries. He loved his meal, especially the fries. After receiving our meals, there was a customer that was walking by and stood by our table a hot minute and stated, "Those fajitas smell so delicious". After I delved in..I too felt that by mixing all the trimmings in, it was in fact delicious!! Service was great! Went cause it was the hubby's bday (free dessert!) and we wanted to try the mozzarella sticks everyone is raving about. The mozzarella sticks were definitely good but sadly, there was no cheese pull. We ordered the ribs and crispy dippers + side salads and fries. The ribs were flavorful, meaty and delicious! Same for the honey chicken strips. The fries lacked all flavor. I modified my side salad to include tortilla strips & bacon bits which made it truly outstanding. Visit was better than the last horrible experience. Placed another app order, and had no issues with getting alerts and a txt when it was ready. I went in, straight to the back. No one greeted me or anything anyways. No one was around in the to-go area and when I called out, I can see people look over but was ignored. So I just went to the rack and grabbed my food. This place is just incapable of providing good customer service. I walked out and again, no one around at the hostess area. Burger was really good though, cooked perfectly! Fries were a bit over done. But in the end, I think I'm done with Chili's. There are better burger places that have better customer service. read more

This 5 star review is for service. The parking lot is already packed at noon on the Saturday before Christmas. The hostess who greeted me was polite and welcoming. I asked if they have gift cards and she escorted me to the take out entrance to wait for assistance. Riley, who's actually a chef, handled my transaction with excellence. She seems to be a go to for the flow of operations. Thank you for hospitality. The manager on duty, who had to come print my receipt, was also pleasant for a busy day. Amazing experience first time to chilis. Would recommend to a friend and come to this location again. Food was perfect, we were seated right away, we came in on a Monday afternoon. Service was quick, workers were nice and respectful. The server was helpful with my drinks and letting me know I can send one back if I didn't like it. The atmosphere was very calm and had nice music playing. The bathrooms were not disgusting but also nothing out of the ordinary. For two people, we spend 65 not including the tip. Decided to stop for a late lunch today while our vehicle was being washed nearby. We were greeted quickly and told it was open seating in the bar. It's been a while since I've been to Chili's and prices have went up just as they have everywhere else. I opted for the Santa Fe Chicken salad minus the tortilla strips and chicken fajitas for my family member. Everything came out quickly and our server was friendly and fast. We didn't have to ask for anything and our drinks were always full. My salad was great, lettuce crisp, the sauce spicy and chicken perfectly cooked. The fajitas were ok, but not much seasoning. This is the first time I've physically been to Chili's in about a decade, although I have virtually traveled there several times with each iteration of The Office. You know bae and I were singing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back..." as we walked in. There was no awards banquet today, although I was prepared. Product the menu snapped me back to present day 2022, as it was colorful and inviting. I actually felt excited by the descriptions and photos. Went with the baby backs, which came with roasted street corn and fries. One bite into that cob and my eyes dilated from the bursting flavor. I've come to realize that the only food worth ordering here anymore is the burgers. Four of us here for lunch on Labor Day. Very crowded. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was very polite and efficient. I ordered the half rack of ribs, because when I had these a few months ago they were very good. Not this time. The ribs were overcooked, dry and chewy, with minimal BBQ sauce. Very disappointing. I went to Chili's on a Wednesday evening last week with my sister. It was such a wonderful experience and better than it had been the last few times. I've always loved Chili's but this time around I was particularly impressed. Our server was so friendly, we got our appetizer and food quickly. My food was delicious! I got a just bacon burger with no bun (to make it gluten free for a wheat allergy) with fries. They listened to my requests- the burger was well done. The food was well seasoned and just so tasty. Called the restaurant on Saturday around 7:00pm to ask what the current wait time was for a party of 8. Was told about 30 mins, so we headed over and got there within 10 mins. My wife went to the hostess and requested a table for 8. The hostess replied, it's a 1 hour wait, at which time my wife replied that she will wait. She ignored my wife and looked away, even though my wife stayed right in front of her. She finally looked at her again and asked, "Oh, you wanted that table?" My wife confirmed, "Yes, for 8". The hostess reply was then, "Oh, the wait will be 2 hours. I'm sorry..." and looked away. How we went from 30 mins to 2 hours in the course of 10 mins was astounding. It was a very strange interaction. Almost as if she didn't want to serve us. One of two things came to mind. Either very bad customer service, which requires additional training. Or we were being snubbed for being Asian. I'd like to believe it's that training is needed, but we were clearly being ignored. read more

We stopped in for a drink and some appetizers. My friend never got the drink she ordered so she canceled it. The water tastes highly chlorinated. The biggest issue was the sewer gas stench from the bathroom. I had to mouth breathe to survive it. When I told our server, I was told that it had been that way for over a week, and that the manager had been told about it multiple times. I'm pretty sure that it's a health hazard at that level. Was warned soups would be 15 min waiting nearly 25, then when soup was brought no spoons were provided and took additional 5 min while asking server + runner. Drinks were empty 25min and had to ask for more. We had ordered 3 burgers; 1 with just pickles, 1 with just lettuce and onion, and one with no tomato and onion. 2 w/ corn on cob instead of fries, third was fries. Burgers came out with soups, all 3 fries, no cobs, and none of the burgers had the right toppin requests. Burgers went back. Took another 15min for next shot at Burgers. 1 had cob and 2 Burgers were correct. Third burger still didn't have requested onion or cob. Cob was brought out but onion ignored. Had to also ask for refill on chips and salsa. At end of eating we were brought more drinks as we were done. Do not recommend this location. read more

We come to this Chili's regularly and are never disappointed. I love the ability to get on the waitlist ahead of time through Yelp, so we usually skip ahead of the long line of people waiting. The last few times we have dined here, we have requested to sit in Wyatt's section. Wyatt is an excellent server! He is seems very genuine and he is very attentive with making sure we're taking care of and our chips and drinks are filled up. When we come to Chili's, we typically order off the 3-for-Me menu, which includes a pop, appetizer, and entree for generally around $10-15. With the woes of inflation and whatnot, this is super reasonable. My favorites are the Cajun pasta or the honey chipotle chicken tenders. Sometimes I mix it up and get a burger or a chicken sandwich as well. You really can't go wrong with any of their options. Overall, I like this Chili's a lot and we never leave disappointed! read more
