Haven't been to Chili's in years. Stunned by the crowd & America's love affair w/ overpriced, low-quality, food. Seated quickly at sticky table w/ no lighting (environment could use some updating). Server pleasant but couldn't deliver on promises. Said food would be up- 40 min before receiving appetizers. Wanted to cancel before everything came out at once. Promised app plates, food cold by time she brought them. Sauces, napkins, no drink refills- everything took the entirety of the meal to receive. Frozen Strawberry Margarita void of alcohol. Triple Dipper App- Big Mouth Bites- dried out mini burgers w/ no taste. (Spotted someone eating giant, delicious looking, burger but realized it's likely just bigger version of Bites). Southwest Egg Rolls- no color or texture; they were white. Good-sized planks of Fried Mozzarella (the best item in trio) but like biting into an uncooked block of cheese because they went cold before reaching table. Spent 5 minutes debating sauce cups before asking for Avocado Ranch. Once brought, figured out we already had it. All the sauces are white w/ no flavor. Can't distinguish Blue Cheese from Avocado Ranch. Brisket Quesadillas came as a mix of Brisket & Chicken Bacon Ranch. A godsend considering brisket had no heat or flavor. CBR had a distinct smokey flavor. Ultimate Steakhouse Combo w/ Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, BBQ Half Order Ribs, & Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. Ribs were tender & smokey, Crispers crunchy & sweet (no heat). Roasted Street Corn, White Cheddar Mac n Cheese (upcharge), & Garlic Toast for $25.00 was basic but good. $80 too much to spend on poor service, bland food, watered down drinks, & no atmosphere. Lots of room for improvement. read more

Good food service was great and ambiance was as it always was amazing and it wasn't as packed

Burgers were really good, endless chips n salsa is awesome. Love the thin warm chips! Beware with the 3 for 10.99 and up; a margarita is not free and then an up charge for the flavor! The bartender/ waitress said it was free then insisted she didn't. read more

Had a nice time tonight on way to Pennhurst Haunted Asylum with a friend, our daughters and two of their friends. We all had a good dinner and watched the 2nd half of the Eagles/Rams game. The staff were super friendly and attentive and not bothersome. They seemed to know when to check on us. We sat in a large corner table behind the bar and had a great view of multiple TVs with various channels one. The Eagles game was right up there and we cheered them on along with the staff several if the friendly staff. It was a fun place to watch the game. We enjoyed our food, the atmosphere, the hospitality and the great view of the TVs. We were in and out in a very reasonable time, so I would definitely come back again. read more

Service was fast and super friendly. The fried mozzarella was partially cooked taken back and recooked. They were kind enough to take them off the bill but they were a little greasy being refried. The loaded baked potato soup was nice and creamy not super warm though just barely room temperature. One set of sliders was well done the other partially pink. The quesadilla was delicious . The white queso was delicious too. The staff were very kind, and helpful. Definitely could use a little more staff though. read more

Almost didn't come in because we saw the rating. So glad we did! Service was great, food was hot and delicious, facilities were clean and bright, and the whole thing was a real bargain. What's not to love!! read more

Horrible service. The waitress kept apologizing for items she missed not only to our table but others. I had to walk up to the kitchen and get her attention for boxes to go after 20 minutes of trying to get her attention. It was not busy, just poorly trained and poorly managed. Not surprised this place has a 2 star rating. We will not return. read more

My service here was a joke the manager and the servers at least around 9pm on Friday are very unprofessional I went there with my girlfriend and I wanted to order a beer and being the 25 year old man I am I thought I could buy one but when the server took my id he did not believe it was real and I guess other people that worked there said I was a senior in high school which is just wrong I graduated in 2017. And when I talked to the manager he just said the ID seems legit but they didn't wanna serve me because of them saying I was a senior. This place at 9pm at least on Friday is not properly ran and obviously can't tell the difference between real and fake id, easier to just take other peoples assumptions, can u not use a scanner to see if it was legit or is that above the pay grade? What a lousy experience, I will be contacting brinker international about this embarrassing situation. read more

20-25 min wait for table service so we sat @ tge bar Waited 15 mins sitting at the bar to order asked woman behind the bar could we order drinks not her job bartender was only one with a tablet no register or working table top monitors he came by to take other people's drinks & orders & then made their drinks before greeting or saying be with you ? whenever no water, no napkins or utensils we asked but not registered or cared so simple enough keep it simple right. Ordered 2 burgers one iced tea one yuengling 10 mins later 2 iced teas oh we ain't got no yuengling 25 mins later burgers came to our surprise food was great but slow motion, lack of attention or interest in service & a general feeling of apathy was apparent so if you aren't into normal resturant service this is your place read more

Let me start with the good. Ashley was amazing she gave us enough space to eat comfortably and checked in to make sure everything was good just the right amount of times! She is the reason for the one star she was amazing. Thank you Ashley. The food was flavorless! I ordered cajun chicken and paste that was so Bland I had to add salt to my meal which upset at me a great deal because I never use salt. The food should come with the flavor I guess that was extra . I would come back or visit a different place Ashley works at. The manager was told and he didn't offer anything to rectify the situation, which was a first to me. He explained it was his second day on the job. So I hope you read this before going to chili's in Pottstown pa. read more

Stopped in here for dinner after catching a movie at the nearby AMC. Walked right in and got seated on a Saturday around 5pm. We started with the bottomless chips and salsa. The chips were way too salty for my liking! I went with the Mango-Chile Chicken off of their Guiltless menu. Menu said it came with Mexican rice and steamed broccoli but mine came with black beans instead of the broccoli. It was a small piece of chicken and luke warm at best. Taste wise, it wasn't bad and had a little kick to it but I felt like it should have been hotter. The burgers that the rest of my family had was fine. Service was very good throughout the meal. They had the Kiosk machines at the tables, which presumably would let your order, pay your check, and play games at the table, but ours wasn't working. read more

Arrived at a little after 9pm 9/22/22 sat at the bar. The room was freezing bar tender stated it was 73 degree, Yet the thermostat in dining area was set at 68 and it was in much warmer dining area. Bar tender was not friendly or helpful, actually rude acted annoyed we we there. We had drinks and appetizers bar tender ever checked to see if everything was good. Another employee was in bar area yelling how she treated badly by manager. Manager made a point let everyone know he was locking doors at 9:50 pm and the stated hours are 11 pm. It used to be good there night employees need re training We won't be back... read more

To keep short customer service was terrible. The table wasn't probably wiped off and server was short/nasty. I asked a few questions didn't want to answer anything fully. Me and son just got up and went Applebees across the street. I never do this but I felt this was needed to be said. read more

Every time I have sat in the restaurant, which was two, maybe three times, it's been pleasant! Good service, good margaritas. I can't remember what I ordered, it I don't remember any previous complaints I've had, although it's been a while. Monday night, March 30, 2020, my boyfriend and I decided to share chicken and steak fajita from takeout (because of covid). I could not have been more disappointed. Picking it up was fine, girl that bring food and rang me up was nice and I tipped, but getting home was not. The food looked disheveled, but it was takeout and could have easily got messed up in the car. The guacamole was turning brown, again, it's not super fresh but no complaints (I worked in a Mexican restaurant and know guac can turn quickly sometimes). Anyway I loaded up my fajita and took the first bite and it was 1- cold, but 2- the entire steak piece came out with my bite because it was sooo grissley and fatty. I could not even bite through it. Thought, okay, happens sometimes. Tried the next bite, same, next, same. Until I looked at all the steak and it was like bottom of the barrel, gross, inedible steak. We ordered at 8:10, they closed at 9, maybe they were trying to get out early and gave us what was available I have NO idea, but I didn't even want to feed it to my dogs! The chicken was fine and so was everything else. My boyfriend didn't like he looks of the peppers and onions but I thought they were okay. But they really need to upgrade their steak, unless they just gave me the worst they could find. Very disappointed. Waste of $20. read more

They actually serve food the hours they claim to be open which is hard to find these days.. and they do it with a smile. Dane was our waiter, and he made sure we were taken care of. Food was awful, manager is rude to employees. Customers notice! Server was super friendly though, I'm not sure what's going on with BOH in the morning, or if the food quality drastically went down. But I guess I can't expect much from Pottstown. read more

Don't get the rating confused, the food and how long it took was definitely a 1 Star, but the waitress we had tried so hard to make things easier for us. She adjusted the check and took some things off, but we still tipped her 50% because we could see how frustrated even she was. Clearly there is bad communication on the kitchen end, the only talking back there we heard was laughing and constant clanging. Good was under cooked, then sent back and over cooked, then another 20 minute wait to get our next plate and the flavor, still mediocre. Sad, because I used to love it there. Definitely wouldn't recommend it unless you're desperate. read more

Arrived to sit at the bar. There were several personnel sitting and standing, talking to each other while the bar was filthy. I sat down and someone asked something to the effect of what I would like, to which I replied a clean area. She took my order and the bean burger arrived about 15 Minutes later with minimal fries. She dropped it off without asking if I'd like anything else. I told her a few minutes later I'd like some mustard. She came back about five minutes later with it. The burger completely fell apart, but that's the least of my issues. She not once came by to ask how things were. I'm still at the bar, she's seen my empty tray and still didn't ask how things were. Worst experience at a Chili's. read more

Never again!!!! We were going to go to Applebee's (which we should have);but thought, let's try chilis... There were maybe 20 people in for dining. When we finally got waited on and FINALLY got our meals, you could tell it had been sitting a little while as it took a while to get. The food was totally cold. We told the waitress to please get us to go containers and that we can heat it up at home. She never said sorry or I can get you another one that is hot. Just not caring at all. Pretty much did not care!!!! You have been wstned!!! read more

Ordered simply chips salsa chips and guacamole and chips with queso . THEY DIDNT INCLUDE THE QUESO!!!!! Pulled up at curbside and as the waitresses and waiters happily counted their money we waited for our food . Perhaps if a window viewing the kitchen and hostess station is visible they should present themselves as professionals. When we went back to get the queso all types of unprofessional music and language was being blared from the kitchen into the dining area and the bartender was too involved in her phone to help . BAD FORM Chili's!!!! Along with giving door dash a bad rep as she waited 20 minutes for her order past her "pickup time" read more

This place is trash. We came here with family for a quick dinner and our waitress told us she had to go call her son and would be gone for a little. She came back to the table reeking of weed. Everyone noticed it. She got two drink orders wrong, and never even brought my husbands beer to the table, but tried to charge us for it. While waiting for our food, the manager was taking a dirty broom and using it to "dust" the vents on the ceiling. Crap was falling as servers were walking by with food. One waitress was talking to another waitress about another coworker and calling her a bitch over and over. No professionalism, and super unsanitary. read more

The manager and wait staff are horrible, the manager is incapable of resolving issues that the wait staff are obviously untrained for . This is not a one time experience I have tried giving them the benefit of doubt but it continues every time , they mess up food orders , they are rude if you ask to see a manager they leave you waiting for a long period of time , you have to ask again and there are excuses. The last time I went with my son and daughter and they brought out my food cold and 20 minutes later they brought out theirs which one was just a simple burger again I asked the staff for the manager and he DID NOT get her so I asked the hostess and the same issue. The reason we go there is because it's closest to our house but that is going to change now I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN who do you blame the wait staff or the management someone is not doing their job . read more

TERRIBLE. My food was supposed to be ready at 7:04-7:09. After waiting outside for 10 minutes they brought my food out which was THE WRONG ORDER. Not even remotely close to what we ordered. I turned around and went back to speak to the manager. The manager not once apologized or offered to remake our food for us as it had been sitting there for AT LEAST 30 minutes. The food was ice cold. The people in the kitchen weren't wearing masks or had their masks pulled down below their noses. I will make sure none of my friends, family, or anyone I remotely care about go to this chili's. Absolutely unacceptable and overall terrible services. I had a couple of gift cards that were a couple of years old so I thought we might get take-out. I've never done to-go at Chili's and with gift cards to boot. I placed my online order, planned to pay at the restaurant per the instructions online. Got a text to pay online, was able to verify the balance on my gift card(s) but could not pay online probably due to multiple gift cards. Website promised 21 minutes, I showed up 25 minutes later and they had my order ready. They got everything right and it was still hot. The girl at the take-out counter was patient with my fumbling and multiple gift cards and was quite helpful. If I had anything to comment on it would be that the chili and the guacamole were really salty. But I think that's probably normal, it's been a long time since I ate Chili's food and a couple years since I ate out. All things considered, it was a good experience. read more

Not good at all. The waitress was very rude & argumentative. I get service being slow & short staffed but I do get being rude. She messed up two of our orders & blamed us for it. I know we ordered correctly. Why would you argue with the customers? It was not busy at all. She was covering g the bar which had one person. We used to like coming here. Said it is ruined. She told us the kitchen staff was new but it sounded like a party with really loud music & loudly talking. She would not get us drink refills until our food came out. Crazy!!! read more

this review is of the Chilis at 220 Upland Square Stowe, Pa 19464 We went to enjoy a rare evening out on Valentines day. Our Waitress came over to us a total of three times the entire meal we were offered no refills. Our appetizer and main came out together after a 25-minute wait. once at the table, it was an additional 20 minutes to get my order corrected. (we had finished everything by then) this was done by the servers not the waitress the waitress did bring the final part of my order when it was done and was gone in a flash before i could say anything. no one checks with us to see if our food was prepared correctly. Half my order was missing. after an additional 20 minutes waiting for our check i had an adjacent waitress go and find our waitress who then handed us a check and then walked away to the back again Furious i just paid the check and left. I will be honest this was just about the worse service, I have ever experience. my wife refused to allow me to confront the staff at the time as i was just too darn mad to have anything constructive come of it. I would be very hard pressed to every return to this location again which is a shame because we enjoy Chilis. read more

If only Chili's Upland were in charge of Global Warming, we'd have nothing to fear. Glacial melt is occurring far more quickly than burgers and queso are being made.
