I was there on 7-23-26. I went in for the 3 for me chicken sandwich. I was serve very quick. I enjoyed mt lunch. my server was very pleasant with those dinning near me. She was asking for packing their nachos and giving them more sodas to take with them. when I paid her, she took my nachos that I wanted to take home and dispose them with my finish food. didn't ask me if I wanted a drink to take or nothing. I left feeling worthless. Didn't appreciate the way I was treated. I was by myself ‍ read more

So many great deals and options. You get a lot of bang for your buck! The 3 for me is a great lunch special and the triple dipper is also a great deal as well. The drinks could be a little stronger but overall the service and establishment is a win. Especially if you are on a budget! read more

My wife and I went to Chilis for lunch. We ordered our lunch which was absolutely delicious. I took over half of it home-thats how much food came with our order. Our waitress was outstanding !! Her name was Sam. She was very helpful and very attentive to us. She made our visit so outstanding!! A perfect lunch!!!!!!!!!! read more

I don't know what this place is doing to their chicken the last few months but I swear it's lab grown or something. The chicken tenders are in no way real meat. The texture is off. The taste is off, they are so gross and fake. read more

Place was great! I had a great time! Everyone that worked there was so friendly and welcoming.

I love eating here. Food is always fresh, servers always have a smile on their face even when it's busy. This is a popular location so to complain about the wait is meaningless. If you want to avoid the wait, you can simply call ahead or get in line through the app. Only thing I can say I don't like is that the tables seem closer together then they should be. If you're sitting in a chair you have to slither out a little bit if another party is sitting behind you. read more

My aunt and I met a friend for dinner at 5:30pm on a Wednesday. We were welcomed and seated right away in a booth (as requested), then our server and a server in training came to get our drink orders. I wish I'd written down their names, both were wonderfully attentive and friendly. We had the chips and salsa (free thanks to the app) and I had the Santa Fe burger without jalapeños (mild not spicy for me!). Everything was great, we enjoyed ourselves and our meals. There are plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant, if you are looking for a place to catch a game. I've been to this Chili's many times and it's consistently great! read more

Wait time was crazy. I know it was Saturday but it was a long wait .Food was great n fresh! Ambiance was lively !

I was super bummed to find out the crispy buffalo chicken salad was taken off the menu. That was my fave item on the menu. I came here w/ my bf & niece. I ordered mozzarella sticks for the table. For my main course I ordered a made up salad since they didn't have the buffalo chicken one anymore. My bf ordered a cheeseburger w/ fries. My niece ordered the half a rack of bbq ribs w/ mashed potatoes. The mozzarella sticks were humongous & had so much cheese inside. They had a good cheese pull. My salad was ok. I felt like it was not enough. It was a really small portion than what I'm used to. We all always share our food so I got to try my bf's & niece's food. Cheeseburger was delish! Ribs fell off the bone & mashed potatoes were creamy. Overall, good! It seemed as if our waitress had half of the house. She had too many patrons to fully pay attention to our table. Restaurant most likely was short-staffed. Will be back again I always do especially if I'm looking for an affordable, descent meal! read more

My kids love to go here but for me it's super mediocre. Service started slow as there was no hostess upfront upon entering. Or server was nice but it looks like the person sitting across from us was mad at him because her chips didn't come. When he went in the back I could hear a man yelling at him. I tried their new spicy Rita, but it hurt my tummy, only bottom self liquor does that; I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't really use Espolón. I got their Sizzling fajita with chicken and steak. The steak came out over cooked for my liking. This platter just wasn't great for me. My daughter ordered a kids meal, she didn't like the cheese quesadilla but she liked her pizza. My other daughter loved her baby back ribs, she says they came right off the bone and that next time she's getting a full order. Maybe I'll convince them to go next door to yardhouse, if not, we'll be back again because the kids like it. read more

Good spot for something quick and an easy bite. We had an amazing waitress as she was on top of everything, and constantly jumping from table to table!! i applied for 2 or 3 positions here recently....honestly most of the management isn't very nice(greg + kate + laura) except for the general manager chris nordlum is genuine and top rate very nice !!!...the other 3 managers are not nice and/or at least appear to be discriminatory against transwomen !....in the end they decided not to hire me and i thought there could be other reasons at first, but based on interactions with them and their mannerisms towards me now i'm fully convinced that they have something against transgender women and this is a big part of the reason why they didn't hire me !!!!....now i am really turned off as a customer. previously i always visited this place a lot, i still like a lot of the regular employees especially most of the bartenders are absolutely fabulous. if i even go in again, it will only be because of them, but now i'm not happy with the feeling i get going in the door.... if any other transgender women out there decide to apply to this place then watch out for yourself is all i can say !!!! read more

Sat at the bar, they said it was slow although the bartender was disgusting- sticky and gross- the bartender had no idea how to make any drinks, disappeared for long times- we couldn't get any service- when we asked other to help us check out they seemed annoyed- not worth the time- there are so many other restaurants in Shelton to go to- why go to this one- the restaurant is gross and the service is sub par- same price as any other restaurant read more

We received the wrong order and returned it to the restaurant. Requested a refund for order we did not received, it's been over three weeks and we've yet to receive the refund. After three calls to the restaurant we're still getting the run around for my money. i can't believe a big restaurant chain is ripping off a customer. I need my refund asap. This is theft. read more

I never write a review but this I must say was the worst experience. I ordered a bean burger and asked for a tortilla wrap instead of the bun. I was fine with that but due to her not knowing anything about the tortilla she instantly was upset with me. she has no ideas If I have an allergy so I'm confused why she would have an attitude. After ordering the waitress never checked on me it instead went back and forth avoiding eye contact. very rude! never again will I return read more

We had a solid experience at Chili's during our last visit. The restaurant was mostly full when we got there but we were quickly seated within a few minutes. The server we had was nice and promptly brought us our drinks. The food was solid - we both got different burgers -- the Queso burger was actually really good -- as were the curly fries we got with them. Our child had the chicken dippers, which he enjoyed too. Overall we were in and out pretty quickly and had a pleasant time. read more

I have a Chili's less than ten minutes away from me, yet I travel the twenty-five minutes to this one when I want Chili's! The staff is always free friendly (shoutout to Michele! She was fabulous!) It is clean and the employees are actually working, unlike the Waterbury location where they all stand around and talk while they have huge lines and dirty tables that just sit. During this trip, my husband and I ordered a few new things to try. My husband loved the Cajun shrimp pasta and actually had some leftover which is rare! The honey chipotle crispers & waffles were amazing. I was hesitant to order these, but I am SO glad I did! It came with a honey chipotle sauce and it literally had me salivating. I will definitely be getting this again on my next visit. The pictures don't do it justice. I also had dug right into them before remembering to take a picture! I also tried the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich. This was surprisingly good as well. It was also a very large portion. The chicken was much bigger than the bread. It was cooked well and very tasty. It was a great visit to this Chili's. It was busy, but very spread out in between the tables. I highly recommend the three foods we had and look forward to our next visit! read more

Our company card was some how used at this location, "attempted 5times" for the amount of $422 around 9:25pm 04/25/25 and just finding out why our card has not been working by our bank today. You'd think calling the location where your card was used may be a bit helpful in figuring out how this may have occurred or get some kind of help or concern, but no it'll just turn into argument with their store manager ? I called first time was placed on hold and it turned to their voicemail. I had to call again for the staff to basically chuckle that that happen and they'll get me the manager. I was told by this manager go speak to your bank nothing we can do and if it didn't go through why even care basically. I did speak to the bank and they gave me every detail as to what happened and as a general manager myself you have cameras recording, you're able to go back on your transactions from a year ago, you can check online orders and pin point exact transaction I'm talking about. I have date, time and amount. I felt so helped and I actually used to come to this location as a customer but definitely not anymore. I had people lose a scarf at my location and I went up and beyond for them, I hung up on him because he kept saying you're not listening to me, there's nothing I can do, I have more than 1,500 transactions, go talk to your bank. How rude and unprofessional! I guess they support scammers trying to use card info that doesn't belong to them and chilis just cares how their transactions are paid! read more

A year later. Tried again! Customer service still sucks!! The online ordering was not available (8pm on a Saturday night). I called. Chris hung up on me. I called back. He took my $50 order. He said the wait would be about 30 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes. I called from "curbside / To go" area. They asked me what number spot I was in. There IS no spot numbers. She sighed and said she'd send someone out. I waited 7 minutes. Still nothing. I called again. A different girl asked my name. She said the order was "right here" and brought it out. When we opened the food at home, our medium burgers were absolutely raw! Apparently they really have no interest in improving. Close this place down! read more

Cant believe Chili's got 3 stars average. This is so not fair. The place is good, the employees here work hard, and the food is good. I like the concept and usually get my lunch at Chili's if possible. Add good prices and you get a place that is just what I need for my lunch break. read more

Normally, I avoid Chili's like the plague at home. Something about this one though, it's different. Maybe because I'm out of town or maybe because it's located in a smaller town. Maybe because it's on the East Coast? I don't know. What I do know is, anytime I've ever found myself in Shelton, I come here. The food is so much more fresh and not covered in an abundance of salt. The quality is much better and you really can tell with anything you get. The drinks even seem better. The bartenders / servers are friendly and helpful. Even on a busy night, you never feel neglected or left constantly needing / wanting something. Really pleasant experience. My only gripe, just the menu itself. I know they are trying to add healthier options for people, but I wish they made it more of a priority. read more
