To be honest, I'm a little shocked that we had a good experience here. First, it's a chain, I never expect much from a chain. Second, the reviews were poor. We had a group of 6 and they got us in right away. They have quite a few long tables to accommodate larger groups which was nice. It was also Saturday night so they were packed but they turned over the tables quickly so there was never a long wait at the door. Our food orders all came out great, I had a hamburger and it was perfect. We had one salad that was too salty which they quickly corrected. I choose the quesadillas ($14.99); the husband went with the triple dipper where you pick three appetizer-type items. He chose the. Southwestern egg rolls, big mouth bites and one of the wing things. He was only happy with the egg rolls and they're not even as a good as they used to be. Mine was OK. The tortillas were cooked well with a slight crunch and the chicken flavorful. Plenty of sour cream was provided, but only a miniscule amount of pico de gallo. Guacamole was about $2-3 extra. Never mind. Not if it was going to be a thimbleful. Kim our server, was great. Very attentive, drinks constantly refilled, just really pleasant and personable. This, and she had many tables to keep track of. Still made time for a little chit-chat. As far as Chilis goes i love them all this Chilis though it's by far the worst location. The staff is so chaotic it took far to long to even get anyone to see that the food dropped off was not our order (over 25min) sure they individually seemed nice but if you can't provide a simple service like making sure the order is correct when it's dropped off don't do it. Then let's go to the food. Why in the hell is the membrane still in the ribs. This shows carelessness on even food prep. Horrible dining experience on June 2. I ordered $105 worth of food and ordered it through Chili's delivery . Chili goes through a third-party delivery unbeknownst to me and when my order arrived one of our meals was missing. I called Chili's just to get the complete runaround from the server and the manager. The server said she knows she packed it and the manager said they'll check on a refund but they've been checking on a refund for the last almost 3 weeks now and every time I call the manager says he'll call me back so I'll be calling to talk to the district manager today because it's not fair for Chili's to blame it on DoorDash and then do nothing to remedy the situation at least if I had ordered through DoorDash I would've got a credit back or my money back for the meal that was missing so Chili's is able to keep a meal and then blame it on DoorDash and no one at all faces any type of repercussions. Sounds like a win for the Chili's employees to get free meals to me. I've completed a complaint with the BBB for the complete unprofessionalism and lack of assistance on this matter. read more

The waiter refused to let me order a non alcoholic boba margarita because I didn't want to drink while both my friends ordered the margaritas as well, didn't offer any explanation as to why I couldn't just that it couldn't be served in the same glass and had to be in a water glass instead, no reason or explanation or basic kindness when telling me this and stared at me like I was slow while I looked at the menu to find a different drink to order, then questioned me after I ordered the drink he recommended me to order and acted all impatient. would not recommend chilis to anyone as this has happened to me and many others I know at multiple locations. If i was told there was some policy that didn't allow them to do that drink or any sort of "sorry we can't do that" then it wouldve been perfectly fine. I ordered my food on the phone on the way to the restaurant. I was there in less than five minutes . Food was ready in less than a minute after i arrived yet it still wasn't hot ?. I work only 4 minutes away. It shouldn't be a big difference . I was on a small break and didn't have a chance to look at my food before I left the restaurant due to being in a rush to head back for work. I wasn't given utensils or napkins when asked prior . I've ordered Togo before at another location the other month, I drove home 10/15 minutes after picking up and even then it was hot ! And fresh ! Wow, I'm impressed a bit, I've never liked Chili's. We stopped by because the kids were already too hungry to look for something after a long day of errands Kids had cheese pizzas and chicken crispers(chicken strips) They loved it along with their blue soda of some sort in beer jugs, they said it was as if they had beer only it was soda ;) I had the chicken crispers and waffles. This was really good sweet and spicy, big portion too. My problem was that the sweetness was a little too too much after a while. My wife had their New Brisket Burger and that was the bomb, this was actual brisket in the burger not grounded up brisket like most places make them with ground beef. Hankering some Chilis so the Mrs. and me decided to eat at the Alamo Quarry location since we were finishing up some shopping. First off I signed on the Yelp app to get in line and arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes early. Upon arrival we checked in with the hostess and we were checked in. About 5 minutes into it we were quickly seated. Let's rate the service, our waiter was exceptional always assured our drinks were filled and made sure we were well taken care of! Now the entrees, ordered the 3 for $10.99 that's right now $10.99 no longer 3 for $10! For my pick I ordered the house salad for side and original chicken crispers for entree. Overall you can't beat a classic, crispers we're good crisp with golden sweet honey mustard, corn was good however the fries were a bit off. My wife ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers which was very good fries and mashed potatoes in which the mashed potatoes were a bit off as well. Our desert consisted of chocolate molten cake topped with ice cream which was very good! Chili's is my go to place to hang out with my friends... This is the only Chili's that I've ever go to... It's within walking distance from my home... Their food is great & tasty.... The bar tenders are great as well as the servers, which many I know... The managers Ashely & Catherine are always making sure the customers are having a great experience in the restaurant... Also ensuring the food presented to the customers as expected... I will continue making this Chili's my go to restaurant... First the draft beer was flat. Had to order a beer in a bottle. The menu has really gone downhill and most everything is fried! Ordered chili and salad. I purchased gift cards for a few of my clients' at the holidays and Chili's issued bonus cards with purchase. I spent $300.00 and received $60.00 in bonus cards.
