Live in the area so decided to stop by. Experience was good. Seated fairly quickly. Ordered food and the food was good and hot. Waitstaff was very attentive at all times. We will be coming back for sure to this chilis....can't say anything about others but this one was good. read more

This is a great chilis to watch Monday night football at! Or just sports in general they always have the games on with sound! The bartender is always on point and makes perfect drinks! There is happy hour from 3-Close so great specials on Monday night! read more

It's a fairly newish location. It looks nice. That's were things end. The service here is absolutely terrible. The first time we went the service was slow, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was fairly new. Refills were almost non existent. We waited a long time for our food. Food was not good. Staff didn't seem to care. It's the second time months later, that I decided to give them a second chance. So we waited to be seated in an empty restaurant for about 5 minutes. We were finally seated, we're not asked for drink orders or anything. It was a little alarming when one member of the staff walked by us to the pillar where the menus are kept and slammed the door very loudly without any regard of anyone sitting directly behind that pillar. Maybe it was an accident? A one off. Fine. But about 5 minutes later another member of the staff walked by and did the same exact thing. So about 15 minutes go by. No drink orders. No one coming by to ask for our order. We finally decided to leave. I will add this was on a Wednesday at like 5:30pm to a nearly EMPTY restaurant. I will never return here. Two pretty awful experiences. I'm not a difficult customer. Check my other reviews if you need proof. But I'm pretty upset about both experiences I've had at this Chili's (we generally like Chili's at other locations). This might be my first 1 star review. read more

I really not a fan of chili's but my bf and daughter loves this place the service was bad the food was horrible they couldn't even make my food right they were not even apologetic about their mess up will I ever come back here absolutely not you would better off eating somewhere else this place is not for someone that want good quality service or food read more

First, apologies to Mike, the mid day manager. You didn't deserve some of what I told you. You were not on duty during my visit. Ken waited on us during our visit yesterday. He seemed a little overwhelmed and didn't get our order straight. My drink order didn't come in a timely manner. I was told they were short on wait staff and the bartender was doing double duty. Usually when this happens the bartender's drinks are not that good and her service is even worse so I canceled my drink order. Long story short, my canceled drink came when our meal was half done and I was still charged. As we were leaving Vivian the manager tried to address my concerns but my nerves were short. After 20 minutes I decided to call back to voice my concerns. Vivian was very apologetic but wasn't try to keep a customer. This Chili's has been going downhill since Kenya and Emma left. Please your wait staff and mangers better. Customer service is lacking. read more

Went yesterday night with my family and the food was lovely, but I had to wait near ten minutes just to be seen to be seated! Still a lovely place though, everything else was smooth and delicious! read more

Literally the worst Chili's I have ever had to deal with. Each time I've gone here it's out of convenience, but now I will use the extra gas and go somewhere else. I suggest to anyone reading this do the same. I placed a mobile order for pick up and like always it came out late, however this time it was nearly half an hour late. The young people working there are completely rude and unhelpful, it is clear Chili's does not care about creating that classic experience the way it used too. Very disappointed overall, and I have just about lost any appetite for this restaurant chain. Sad. read more

We started going there when they first opened and the service was terrible. Once I ordered french fries for pick up and waited almost an hour for them. The staff is nice but it looks like they haven't been trained properly and they may be understaffed. read more

Out to go go the orations are much smaller. We order food twice, both times there were missing items. Food was not up to the standard. When called the restaurant the manager said she will $5.00 off the next order. Carry out service very poor. However s quality of food, service when in the restaurant is excellent. Rosenberg Chili's needs to improve the quantity and quality. read more

This is the absolute worst place to eat on the east coast. I waited for 2 hrs for a quesadilla... Chicken extremely dry... Food was cold. I wish there was a negative rating. read more

Workers made very didisgusting coversation while i was eating, an were so loud that I heard it, made me very uncomfortable an will not go back. Not a place to brjng your kids, they talk about sex out loud an management was laughing with them. read more

Excellent Service, average food. The only reason I don't give this Place the fifth star is because food took too long steak arrived overcooked, they fixed for me, but had to wait another 18 mins plus the initial 25 mins. read more

Attempted to place a curbside order several times online and when it wouldn't work I called to place the order on the phone. The woman answering the phones proceeded to tell me "I don't know what to tell you because other people are able to order online and there's absolutely no way she can place a curbside order for me over the phone". She did not provide any assistance on how to place the order since I obviously could not and really made it seem like she did not want my business. It sucks because we live in the neighborhood and we love going to Chili's to eat. Guess we can't eat there anymore. read more

Food was decent, not really a restaurant chain fan with all this authentic food around us. Probably what I ordered, looked good, freshly served and drinks were good. Short staffed but the bar tender/ waiter was moving and getting the job done! Felt like a sports bar with all the TV's; good entertainment, active environment and walk in seating(near the bar) seems to be best availability for a no wait visit. Bartender was great! read more

Service is terrible. The togo crew that does the pick up orders are rude and disrespectful. Specially the short lil Hispanic girl w tattoos that girl don't never come out on time when you check in. It's sad because really without the customers spending money here none of the workers would have a job.. you would think they would be a little nicer considering.. read more

They have rats! We were there for a team meeting and a Rat ram across the floor! We ran out the door!

Quick, easy and the kids love it. We choose the takeout method today. We are frequent customers of Chili's just due to the variety for my husband and kids to choose from read more

We enjoyed our visit here. The service was good, the food was tasty and the drinks were strong. No complaints.

Kelsey was our server tonight and she was awesome!!! Great service and very attentive! Definitely will ask for her in future visits!

How hard can it be? The last 6 or more times we have ordered take-out delivery from here we ask for extra honey mustard and failed to get any at all. If I am not mistaken, if you order the original crispers on the triple decker it's supposed to be included. How flipping hard can it be, especially when you specifically ask for extra when you order? We have also went to dine-in on several occasions during mid-week and the place is empty, but for some reason we still have to wait a considerable amount of time for a table. Used to love Chili's, but apparently this one is not managed well. Guess we will order from elsewhere from now on. read more

Excellent service. Love the new bar menu. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich is to die for. Love the curly fries!

All the beers and sodas are flatter than a pancake. I guess they need new CO2 and a better trained barkeep

One of the worst Chilis I have been too. Extremely slow service and the food tasted horrible compared to any other Chilis I have been too. I will never go back to this location, but the food here tasted sooooo bad that I don't want to go to any other Chili's location anymore, used to love eating at Chilis, it's a shame how bad this location is. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to this location. I ordered for to go, but realized after I went to the chilis by me, I ordered from the wrong store. So I called this Chilis and told them the situation and that I'd be there later. When I got there, they had reheated the food and gave me fresh fries. The food was presented to me like they just delivered to my table. Thanks again for working hard during this pandemic. read more

Zero Stars for this sorry excuse for a restaurant. This is my 3rd time ordering for curbside pickup & my last. Every time I place an order it's never ready when promised I have to wait an additional 20-25 minutes from the time I arrive at the promised time, always chaos with other upset customers & when I get home to my incomplete order it's cold. Never again read more

So wifey said let's give Chilis another try and we made a stop there for sunday late lunch. We were guided to the table in a flash also server came quick and took drinks and appetizers order. Drinks were brought also in flash so the appetizers which was boneless wings and that surprised me. After taking 1st bite anyone could tell that those wings were sitting in the kitchen for few hours, cold and hard!! They were swapped with the fresh and warm ones. We ordered burgers for us and chicken waffle for son. Once again beef patties were burnt in both of ours burgers or should I said were extra extra extra well done. They were also swapped with not satisfying but ok to eat. After we were done it took them almost 30min to bring back my card and manager didn't even bother to come apologize. Wasted almost 2 hours at chilis and we have decided to put that restaurant in our BLACK LIST!! read more

I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the CO-VID. Maybe it's the crazy way all the crazies congregate together on the dark internet. Mostly it's Trump. This location is a prime example of what happens when a dictator runs the country. :) We got to the Moon with NASA. And these days, we just want some hope. Chili's? Can you give us any hope? To be positive, I will say that this location is a baby Chili's. Some of The food was great. The rest of the food was unenjoyable. read more

I wish I could give this place -5 stars. We waited 10 minutes before a random waiter walked up to us asking if anyone had visited our table yet. We then had him take our order and I saw him complaining at the doorway of the kitchen with (the person I can only assume was our designated waiter) about attending our table. This is our third AND ABSOLUTE FINAL visit to this Chili's location. Every trip here has been crappier than the last. read more

My wife and I think we have figured out the Chili's conundrum. How to get decent service and food at the same time. You have to sit in the bar area not no man's land. Chili's is still you know, but try this it worked for us once or twice. read more

I don't know if it's just we are newly opened and don't know what to do? I knew we were in trouble when the waitress brought out chips and salsa with our drinks. She said it was on the house. Food came out 45 minutes later. Corn was over salted, chicken crispers over cooked. Sent the corn back, actually came back worse. Was too afraid to send the chicken back. I had a similar experience at the Hwy 6 location. Which is why I have not been to a chili's in 10 years. See you in another 10. read more

4th time at this new location, and let me tell you great service! Food was really, really good!!! Our server was excellent, he was the best. Great personality and really fast! The family and I love this location. Great vibes and smiles by staff! Was pretty full and we still got seated fast. read more

We have been to this Chilis a handful of times and the service and food are extremely underwhelming. There has yet to be a time where my entire family has received the correct order of food on the first or second go round for that matter. Drinks are watered down after waiting forever for them. Cookie desserts are always burnt. We sit and watch tables that have come in after us receive their food and check before our food even arrives at all, wrong might I add! The only reason why we have visited this location as many times as we have was due to just that, its location. However, this visit was the last time we will ever visit this Chilis location. Please spend your money elsewhere that really cares. read more

Decent food. No complaints. Fast and friendly service. Haven't dined in Judy curbside order.

This place is the most ridiculous, mismanaged pile of crap I've been to in years. We've been there 3 times and the service is so slow it feels like they forgot about you. As usual, each meal was wrong and mixed up. They forgot salads again. We just had to stand up and walk out. Do not waste a minute of your precious life waiting for these idiots to figure out what they are doing. That manager should be fired. read more

We were super excited for this location to open. That changed very quickly. The store is poorly ran. We ended up ordering online for curbside and ended up waiting over an hour. They didn't even care. They refused to give customers there money back and did nothing for the customers that waited. If you think you might want to eat here just continue looking. This place is a joke. We've even came here when it wasnt busy and we still had bad service. I don't understand how this place is going to stay open. read more

Every time I go to this chili's I have such a bad experience. Which sucks, because I was excited for this chili's closer to me. It takes forever for the food to come out and that's if they bring out what you ordered. Waiters and waitresses are just not attentive and overall just poor service, which is saying a lot because I usually never have complications at a restaurant and am easy going because mistakes happen, but this is every time. Hopefully it can change for the better soon. read more
