I recently visited my local Chilis with some of our employees from work to enjoy some good food and some football. The service was spectacular, the bartender was attentive and had a very great attitude about serving me and my crew. The food was great and had amazing taste, it came out quickly and we had no issues with anything. I definitely will be treating the guys more often at Chilis cause we had a great experience. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting my local Chilis for a lunch with my son from Arkansas. We were greeted as soon as the door opened by an energetic young lady who seemed to know her way around the restaurant like the back of her hand. As we were seated in the bar area our bartender welcomed us with an amazing smile and took our drink order on the spot. After what seemed like a split second she returned with our drinks and promptly took our order. We couldn't decide on anything because the menu looked amazing. We settled for the classic triple dipper and can't go wrong crispy chicken sandwich. The bar area was clean and with just the right amount of a small sports vibe . All in all the check was super reasonably priced and whole experience was a definite must return. As always the managers checked in on us several times to ensure that Chili's hometown experience. 10/10 read more

Services fair. Not exactly personal. Ordered a ribeye it was raw. Sent it back it was better no seasoning. Sides were now returned with a cooked steak cold. It will be hard for me to want to come back to this location soon. read more

Service can def be better had 3 things in my order and they forgot sides and sauces bummed since we paid food we didn't get

Great stop on the way to Amarillo. Food and service first rate. Best burger we have had at Chilis in a long time. Husband was bummed they discontinued CHILI !!!! He always loved a bowl to go on top of his burger. Corporate, bad move !! Music a little loud. Hard to have conversations. But stop here on your travel up north read more

Typical Chili's. Good food, good service, good price. It's always nice to find a familiar place on the road.

Their bartender always saying the blender in broken when she don't want to clean it again...

We stopped after here after 10 hours on the road craving vegetables and something that wasn't served on a bun. It's Chilis just as you would expect it to be. We sat at the bar and Millie was our server/bartender. Friendly and attentive so we didn't really want for anything. We both had Sirloins and they were pretty tasty. We would definitely stop again on our way from Denver to Austin. Thanks Millie! read more

Again I give Chili's four stars as they have a great happy hour menu as I enjoy watching sports at their bar area in the restaurant as the wait service continues to be consistently great no matter what state or what town I visit. Bravo Chili's, you seem to keep the same standards in each location that present a value to customers like myself. Clean and friendly establishment. Ordered small salad and fiesta wraps along with glass of vino. Again very good and filling. Again Bravo Chili's!! read more

Chili's - Appetizer Texas cheese fries - Bars Near Me - Plainview, Texas

We have been Plainview residents for the last 10 years. There's a reason why the locals won't eat here. Long waits with tons of open seating, long waits to get average/sub-par food. Despite giving this place multiple chances, nothing has ever changed. Same poor service and food. The only reason it survives is because of I-27. If you're traveling through, DO NOT come here. Trust me. read more

The kitchen was terrible and unfortunately lazy; I had ordered a few items from the restaurant and some were good. I had ordered Texas cheese fries and there was minimal cheese. Not only that, I had asked to get them remade and they BROUGHT THE SAME FRIES OUT! Super disappointed in the Chili's Franchise. Never eating chili's again. read more

Chili's - Texas "Cheese" Fries - Bars Near Me - Plainview, Texas

We were passing thru, it was close to our hotel. That being said, we had one of the greatest experiences we've ever had! The hostess, graciously bought our dinner for us! All of the staff were friendly, courteous and so refreshing. Seemed they all truly happy to be employed! read more

Came in to sit at the bar, order food, and watch some football. After sitting and waiting for several minutes, the 2 bar tenders at this very small bar never acknowledged we were there but kept washing glasses and serving others. Not sure what the issue was, but will not go back. Should have checked the Yelp rating before even going in. read more

This placed sucked. No service no table tables still Dirty. Appalling for a chilis. Never recommend to anyone read more

I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of Chili's food. I haven't been to a Chili's in about 12 years, way before they revamped their image. The staff was friendly and our food came out promptly. Everything was fresh and delicious. We went in the day before to eat there too, but we didn't stay to eat that night. We waited around the lobby area with 2 other parties waiting on tables. No one came by to take our names, a waitress kept saying someone will be right with us, though no one ever came. There were numerous tables left un-bussed which made me think there was a lack of staff, so we left after seeing the signs of bad service. Since we're in a small town, we decided to go back the next night and I'm glad we did. Whatever kinks there were in the night before were ironed out and we had an enjoyable time. read more

I sat at the bar, ordered table side guacamole and a couple blue moons. Two servers seemed very busy with the entire bar area, probably around 7-8 customers for each. Despite this, they did a very good job staying on top of things. The lack of a star is due to the chips. Way too much salt Chilis! It's like a coating of salt for each chip. Plus they're the most greasy chips you'll find anywhere. read more

We were told a 30 minute wait...not one employee acted like they cared to get anyone seated. 46 minutes later we were still waiting with 10 tables empt in the restaurant. We never received a text our table was ready. read more

Poor Friday 4:45 happy hour for drinks and appetizers. There were 2 tall tables of, 2 per table, small, unsupervised children ages 3 - 9, whose mothers were at another table. We sat at the bar but find it difficult to eat at the bar. They were there for 2 hours, drinking water, screaming, fighting, being loud. It made for an unpleasant experience, we left after 2 drinks. Unsupervised kids should not be allowed tj tell the mgr how much it interfered with my happy hour. read more

This is a fairly nice and new Chili's right off the freeway. I agree with some of the previous reviewers that service was a little on the slow side. Our food eventually came out, and was warm & fresh. My burger was average. O-Rings were good. Their menu is pretty big. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. read more

Excellent choice of food. I like their new menu. Service was great. I ordered a spring salad and black bean guacamole burger. Both were top notch. read more

If you like to spend 2 hours at a restaurant this is the place for you. Waters refilled awhile after being completely empty, waitress would disappear for at least 20 minutes at a time, it took us 20 mins alone to get a to go box, after a solid 2 hours of waiting to finish our meal. Would be somewhat understandable if the restaurant was packed, but there were only about 5-10 other tables the entire. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Worst service in town. The wait for your food is longer than my patience, and I am a patient person. I've actually given this restaurant a few chances. Every time though, I get more and more disappointed. And I'm talking on a non busy day. I had to walk out last time for waiting a long while for my order to be taken. The other times, I never got refill on my drink, no utensils, so I flagged two waiters down to finally have one of them bring me some. The mood I was in after bad service, played a big part of how the food tasted... like disappointment. I won't be stepping in that chili's anytime soon. read more

The quality of food at Chili's is surely not where it used to be. Had the steak fajitas and I can guarantee that it wasn't steak!

Avoid this poorly managed chili's. extremely slow service. We orders 7 sandwiches to go and if took them over 40 minutes to make. The place is falling apart. read more

Had the worst experience ever there last night. It was my husbands birthday so we picked there to celebrate ( bad idea) wouldn't suggest it to anyone. First things first we ordered drinks and Nachos ... 2 hours later after asking more than a few times we were told that the oven accidentally got turned off. Btw we had already asked for them to sing Happy birthday pls. One of us 4 got their food because it was a burger... the rest of us (3) had ordered Nachos... after our friend got all the way done eating and was full and ready to go- (39 mins later) our Nachos come out... they were the most rubber tasting Nachos ever.. couldn't even hardly bite them apart. We decided to just try and eat them... we weren't even hungry anymore really because of the wait. We asked for them to go ahead and sing Happy Birthday pls so we could leave... At this time they had very few tables and a ton of staff - we waited and tried to come up with convos to keep the surprise of the birthday song. I decided money might y'all since we were clearly getting nowhere - went and tipped our waitress $11 (what I had in cash) and asked again... husband was now ready to go.. he had worked 10 hours before we went there and now being at Chili's Plainview for almost 4 hours was just not working. I asked 1 more time... 2 more people.. told them he was ready to go. Still 20 mins later nothing... so thanks Chili's for nothing.... I will never be back- I would suggest you never choose this restaurant. read more

I do not recommend anybody eat here while in quarantine. We ordered curbside service through the app and didn't get waited on until 30 minutes later. Food was soggy and cold like it had been sitting out for awhile. Very inconvenient! I'd recommend ordering locally if you want good service and hot food. I had to call the restaurant because they had forgotten our drinks and they were not apologetic at all! Bad customer service!! The curbside takeout option is not worth it unless you like cold food and rude service. Why give the option to identify your car if they are not looking out for you. My family will not be ordering takeout from Chili's in Plainview again. read more

This is ok as far as Chili' goes. Not great, but ok. It took a while to get our food out, but in this case it was ok because we were catching up with a dear friend we hadn't seen in a long time. The food wasn't super hot, but warm. I was starving so I just ate it. We didn't get refills as often as I would have liked, but at least she came and checked on us. Would I come back? Yes, I guess so, because it really is the only restaurant like this without going to Lubbock or Amarillo. read more

Tonight my wife and I ate at the Chili's in Plainview. First of all I want to give matt a shout out. He was an awesome waiter. He took good care of us. My wife and I ordered the two for $25 meal. We both ordered a caesar salad as a starter and got separate meals. Neither one of us ate more than a few bites of our salad due to their being no dressing on the salad and the lettuce being very soggy like it sat out on the counter for a few hours. When our meals arrived my wife's plate was warm and the way she ordered it. I ordered the habanero chicken crispers and when my meal was brought out it did not have french fries and I was told that they will be out in a few minutes. The chicken was barely room temperature (cold) when I took my first bite immediately after receiving it at the table. Needless to say I was very disappointed in this trip with the quality of the food being made. And after eating most of the cold chicken and my loaded mashed potatoes I had to ask for my fries because they still have not arrived. This is how our dinner went after originally arriving 1 hour before our original time of being sat down at a table. When we arrived earlier we were told that a large party had come in and it would be a close to a 45 minute wait before we could be sat down. I asked if we could sit at a table with a drink and some chips and salsa and wait for the large party to be served until they took our order and we were told that we could not be put at a table for over 30 minutes even though half of the restaurant was completely empty. I was not expecting any type of service because they have the large party I just wanted to be seated with my wife and our baby while we waited for our order to be taken. I was fine waiting for 30 minutes but they told me they could not seat us. I was the district manager at a Chili's in Utah and I would have been extremely pissed if my night crew turned away a customer like this. Normally we get great food and service but I was very disappointed in the tasting quality of everything I received this evening. Even though Matt had great service he did offer to put it in the microwave but that's just an unacceptable solution to the way our meal went. Kind of doubt there was even a manager there because of the chaos tonight.. very disappointed in kitchen management read more

Bianca was the worst server I've encountered in a restaurant in awhile. The table wasn't bussed, things weren't brought to our table, drinks took forever to get refilled, ticket took way too long to come out. If it wasn't for the woman who seemed to be a manager we wouldn't have gotten half of what we did receive! Our order came out half wrong also. For a Friday mid-day when we were in a less than half full restaurant, I can't believe the service we received. All of the surrounding tables that she served were left empty for over an hour until someone else bussed them. People at surrounding tables also waited ridiculous amounts of time for things like drinks. read more

I had an amazing experience her at chilis with my parents, Jesica made the experience worth while.

Our server/hostess was very nice and did a great job. They seemed a little short staffed. Food presentation could of been better BUT it was delicious! Raspberry tea was good, not to sweet not to watery.. All in all it was a good experience.. I'd go back next time I'm in the area read more
