My friend and I stopped by after stopping at Lowes. We were promptly greeted and seated just as quickly. Our server Lindsey introduced herself and had an awesome attitude and cute demeanor. After a couple of laughs, we ordered our food and drinks. I ordered the Margarita Chicken and. Michelob Ultra. I'm on a low carb diet and Lindsey accommodated with a minor up charge. All the time Lindsey made us feel like we were long lost friends. The food was very good and made to order. Lindsey should be recognized for her friendly hospitality and attitude. read more

I always love to be able to go into a restaurant and get seated right away especially when your waitress is right there waiting to take your order and they ensure that your drinks come out quickly and your food is always nice and fresh. We experience an excellent waitress she was very attentive and also provided us with an idea on how to save a little bit and get the most for our money. My mozzarella sticks were amazing. I had an excellent cheese pool. The chicken sandwich is ginormous. Definitely will return. read more

I went to just get an order of chips and salsa and the employees looked like they were forced to be there. But I assume the manager gave me a free portion of chips and salsa for free. Thank you. They retire uncook food. they take food back that has been touched by a customer and reheat it. Employees eat fries from the bin, touch totals wraps by hand and cash also. hafe the time the food is uncooked. Once food is touched it should not be brought back to cook area but they donut anyway. They open good and send it back in take out area. I know several workers. They over charge for drinks and desserts it's an evil place read more

Friendly greeting from hostess and friendly waitress! Great value-lots of delicious crispy fries with generous burgers. I ordered the Santa Fe burger minus the cheddar-a yummy black bean patty with spicy guacamole for a vegan option. Tasty! Hubs ordered the same with a regular beef patty and the cheese. Guac was a little spicy for him, but he says "good!" Food came hot and fresh 10 minutes from ordering! Yay Chili's!!! read more

Chili's - Bacon Rancher Burger* - Bars Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

Believe the reviews and don't waste your time. I had seen that this location didn't have a stellar reputation but we were hoping to just get takeout and thought the food would be decent. My husband waited for an hour at the restaurant for our food. They tried to give him a soda that had been sitting there the entire time but he at least got them to remake that. When I opened the food I saw a barely-warm quesadilla with no sour cream, pico, or ranch and a salad with no dressing. We would have been better off going to Taco Bell. Marking this one off the list! (Oh, and there was a party going on in the parking lot and my husband could barely get to his car and had some dumb guy trying to pick a fight with him. So that just adds to the one-star ambiance.) read more

Just got here and have waiting ten minutes for help. Pretty empty restaurant. Lots of servers standing around. Bartender is rude. And had a really hard time taking a simple order for the appetizer with the three options. I was very clear about wanted chicken sliders but she insisted I wanted burger sliders. I would understand if she was busting her butt, but she is just standing around most of the time. I have been here for 50 minutes now and have still not received an appetizer. Last update of this live review. The food came out wrong and cold. Supervisor was rude just because I told him the issue. Would not recommend to anyone. Long story short. I didn't even get my lunch because I have to go bad to work. read more

I was hungry and didn't feel like going cross town to longhorn for a proper steak, so I settled... I ordered the "Marbled Ribeye" and It was more of a fat on all sides bitch that was under seasoned. Sides were good but he damn steak was fat on all side which means I got half the edible ounces. I'm a fan of ribeye fat but it needs to be seasoned properly as well as distributed evenly. The steak was under seasoned and Half fat on all the edges. Not impressed, will never do it again, under seasoned, frozen then thawed.... my mistake. Not recommended read more

Just like any other Chili's. Food was fresh and hot. Served was nice. It was quite busy so it was a little slow but understandable.

our server Amanda was absolutely hands-down probably one of the best ones I've had. The food was amazing served hot and fresh. She kept our drinks full and took all empty dishes and plates away. The environment was great. read more

Chili's has really gone downhill. Went there Monday for "Mother's Day". I ordered my favorite, Lime cilentro carne asada. Took the salt and pepper off the table? The salsa wasn't the same, tasted like Pace Picante. The black beans and rice were different. They were OK, but I really loved Chili's black beans. I have been trying forever to figure out the recipe. The chips had oil on them. They have that stupid game thing which is very annoying. Now if you sign up you may receive free chips and salsa. Doesn't work. All in all it was just not the Chili's I love. OH, yes why do I have to work to pay my bill. I really hate that electronic thing. read more

This restaurant had 12 customers on a Sunday afternoon. I sat at the bar the waitress was across the bar from me having a beer and talking to three customers. I waited 15 minutes for a menu as she was busy visiting with customers. I went to the other side of the bar to get her attention to no avail. The waitress finally came over and asked me what I wanted to order. I said I needed a menu. She said it would come faster if I ordered now. I told her I had never eaten here she laughed loudly. I ordered boneless wings it took 30 minutes to arrive. The chicken was nuggets not wings. I ordered ranch sauce but never came. My waitress was behind me talking to customers while eating a piece of food. I will say that the beers were very cold and two for one. I was not impressed. Won't return read more

Slow service. Server kept trying to do that sit-at-your-level by sitting with us to talk and take our order but she reeked of cigarettes that I assume she kept disappearing to go do. She was so quick to seat us but disappeared for long periods throughout. Eventually showed up to take our drink order that was eventually brought out by someone else. After a long wait, she came back smelling like cigarettes to take our order. Disappeared for a while as we watched other people gettig annoyed at the slow service. Most of the servers were just standing around. Our server eventually came out with one of our sides and told us they just lost a cook and now down to just one. We waited a little longer for our main food to finally be brought out by someone else. It mostly overcooked and partially underdone (suspect the meat was frozen when it was cooked so a lot of it was chewy and some parts were still pink). Anyway, don't think we'll be coming back. Not sure how this location is still in business the way it's run (based on all the poor reviews). read more

Worst service ever. Apps brought out at same time as entrees. Never refilled chips and the ones we got were broken. Not a whole chip in the bunch. The app was three dipping sauces that with out chips was a waste. No drink refills. Not what I expected from Chilli's. Won't be back to this location read more

This is the third and final time we will patronize this location. The past two times we have ordered steak fajitas and found the meat to be full of gristle. This time, I called on the telephone to place my order instead of using the app. I thought it would be easier to request what we would like on our order. Upon arrival, I could see my order sitting on the shelf. An employee passed me and said someone would be with me soon. A few minutes later, another employee came by, apparently noticed my order sitting there, and attached a receipt to it, but then she left, and there it sat. About five minutes later, a third employee comes by and asks me what I'm waiting on. I tell her, she boxes up the order I've been looking at, and still it sits on the counter. The second employee appears and tells me the third one has gone to go get some thing I had asked to be included, but which was not yet in the bag. Finally, away I go. I should've checked the order before I left. I did check the ticket on the bag, and that was correct. However, upon arriving home, I realize that although I ordered a steak and chicken fajita platter, and that is what is on the receipt, I actually received chicken and shrimp. The vegetables for this dish were swimming in grease. The tortillas were saturated in grease. the other person in our party ordered steak fajitas. They did not appear to be gristle, but the meat was dry and very tough. Very disappointing for almost $50. On top of that, the website I was provided to pay for this purchased prior to my arrival requested a tip of almost $10 on this order. For what??? Very glad that I overrode that for a custom tip of two dollars that I don't think was even deserved. Strike three...we will not be back. read more

I've always loved Chilis...this particular one on Mobile Highway was my favorite restaurant. During these hard times I try to support out local restaurants and I ordered from Chili's on Mobile Highway last week...my order was $9 and I gave a $5 tip. When the guy brought my order our he was not friendly and just basically gave me my food through the passenger window and left to talk to someone across the street from where I was parked. My soup was less than 3/4 full and my egg rolls came apart while frying...they were put in a small container with the dip shoved inside in the middle of the egg rolls. I was not happy with my food or service. The old staff was very accommodating and the food used to be perfect and tasty. They'll have to do better if they are going to survive. read more

The location closest to my house needs some work done to it. The staff appears to be doing everything but what they are getting paid to do. I don't think I saw a single one that didn't have their faces tilted down at their phone while in plain view of their guests. The manager was in the back office not enforcing any of the policies set forth by Chilies and as a former employee of the restaurant in Georgia I was kinda shocked and disappointed that they weren't doing what they get paid to do. The baby back ribs were dry& awful like they were a day old and that was a huge disappointment for me. My dates drink was watered down as well& the bartender wasn't even hiding the short pours. I never even saw an attempt at using a jigger to make sure enough alcohol was even being poured. The only saving grace was the dessert that I know for a fact as a former employee was taken out of the freezer in the morning and placed on the plate, wrapped in plastic wrap and then sent out to my table. A four year old could have done the EXACT same job. read more

I ordered nacho with ground beef. What I received is pictured below. It was a cold glob of something but definitely not anything like nachos I've ordered before. The next is spinach dip it too is unrecognized. Both were terrible and not eatable. I don't recommend Chili's on Mobile Hwy to anyone. DoorDash delivered and it took more than 30 minutes to get to my house and I live approximately 15 minutes from the restaurant. So everything was cold. This meal is good for the garbage can only. If you're tempted, please reconsider. Just as bad as the membership issue; the pictures show the nachos which was just a blob. The nachos were not even close to what is normally sold as nachos. In addition the second picture is the spinach dip. The entire purchase was only good for the trash. A refund was given for just a portion of the purchase even though I just throw it in the garbage and ordered from Sonny's. The delivery was twice as long as it should have been so when the meal arrived it was cold. Grubhub did not even comment on the poor delivery service. I remain a dissatisfied customer and do not recommend Grubhub or Chili's on Mobile Hwy. Save yourself a disappointment and less money in your pocket. You can do better at another restaurant.7 read more
