Believe the reviews and don't waste your time. I had seen that this location didn't have a stellar reputation but we were hoping to just get takeout and thought the food would be decent. My husband waited for an hour at the restaurant for our food. They tried to give him a soda that had been sitting there the entire time but he at least got them to remake that. When I opened the food I saw a barely-warm quesadilla with no sour cream, pico, or ranch and a salad with no dressing. We would have been better off going to Taco Bell. Marking this one off the list! (Oh, and there was a party going on in the parking lot and my husband could barely get to his car and had some dumb guy trying to pick a fight with him. The waitress finally came over and asked me what I wanted to order. I said I needed a menu. She said it would come faster if I ordered now. I told her I had never eaten here she laughed loudly. Sides were good but he damn steak was fat on all side which means I got half the edible ounces. I'm a fan of ribeye fat but it needs to be seasoned properly as well as distributed evenly. Chili's has really gone downhill. Went there Monday for "Mother's Day". I ordered my favorite, Lime cilentro carne asada. Took the salt and pepper off the table? The salsa wasn't the same, tasted like Pace Picante. The black beans and rice were different. They were OK, but I really loved Chili's black beans. I have been trying forever to figure out the recipe. The chips had oil on them. They have that stupid game thing which is very annoying. Now if you sign up you may receive free chips and salsa. She was so quick to seat us but disappeared for long periods throughout. Eventually showed up to take our drink order that was eventually brought out by someone else. After a long wait, she came back smelling like cigarettes to take our order. Disappeared for a while as we watched other people gettig annoyed at the slow service. Most of the servers were just standing around. Our server eventually came out with one of our sides and told us they just lost a cook and now down to just one. We waited a little longer for our main food to finally be brought out by someone else. It mostly overcooked and partially underdone (suspect the meat was frozen when it was cooked so a lot of it was chewy and some parts were still pink). Anyway, don't think we'll be coming back. This is the third and final time we will patronize this location. The past two times we have ordered steak fajitas and found the meat to be full of gristle. This time, I called on the telephone to place my order instead of using the app. I thought it would be easier to request what we would like on our order. Upon arrival, I could see my order sitting on the shelf. An employee passed me and said someone would be with me soon. A few minutes later, another employee came by, apparently noticed my order sitting there, and attached a receipt to it, but then she left, and there it sat. About five minutes later, a third employee comes by and asks me what I'm waiting on. I tell her, she boxes up the order I've been looking at, and still it sits on the counter. The second employee appears and tells me the third one has gone to go get some thing I had asked to be included, but which was not yet in the bag. Finally, away I go. I should've checked the order before I left. I did check the ticket on the bag, and that was correct. However, upon arriving home, I realize that although I ordered a steak and chicken fajita platter, and that is what is on the receipt, I actually received chicken and shrimp. The vegetables for this dish were swimming in grease. The tortillas were saturated in grease. the other person in our party ordered steak fajitas. They did not appear to be gristle, but the meat was dry and very tough. Very disappointing for almost $50. On top of that, the website I was provided to pay for this purchased prior to my arrival requested a tip of almost $10 on this order. For what??? Very glad that I overrode that for a custom tip of two dollars that I don't think was even deserved. Strike three...we will not be back. read more

The location closest to my house needs some work done to it. The staff appears to be doing everything but what they are getting paid to do. I don't think I saw a single one that didn't have their faces tilted down at their phone while in plain view of their guests. The manager was in the back office not enforcing any of the policies set forth by Chilies and as a former employee of the restaurant in Georgia I was kinda shocked and disappointed that they weren't doing what they get paid to do. The baby back ribs were dry& awful like they were a day old and that was a huge disappointment for me. My dates drink was watered down as well& the bartender wasn't even hiding the short pours. I never even saw an attempt at using a jigger to make sure enough alcohol was even being poured. The only saving grace was the dessert that I know for a fact as a former employee was taken out of the freezer in the morning and placed on the plate, wrapped in plastic wrap and then sent out to my table. I've always loved Chilis...this particular one on Mobile Highway was my favorite restaurant. During these hard times I try to support out local restaurants and I ordered from Chili's on Mobile Highway last week...my order was $9 and I gave a $5 tip. When the guy brought my order our he was not friendly and just basically gave me my food through the passenger window and left to talk to someone across the street from where I was parked. My soup was less than 3/4 full and my egg rolls came apart while frying...they were put in a small container with the dip shoved inside in the middle of the egg rolls. I was not happy with my food or service. The old staff was very accommodating and the food used to be perfect and tasty. They'll have to do better if they are going to survive. read more

I never leave reviews, but feel compelled to due to my extremely disappointing time at this Chili's. Normally I'm sympathetic to staff due to the pandemic, but let's be real -- that's irrelevant when speaking about Florida. Any issue boils down to poor service, which my experience truly was about. I explicitly stated my order as did my group of friends. After thirty minutes, all my friends' food had arrived. Mine had not. We asked the server where my order was and they showed a clear lack of accountability -- they gave me a poor excuse and finally put in my order after all my friends' food had arrived. I ultimately waited an hour and 15 minutes for some terribly below average tasting fajitas. I understand mistakes happen within the restaurant industry, but it's unacceptable for staff to not take accountability for their errors. Let's be real, my meal should have been free, but I would have at least appreciated a meer discount after the staff had messed up. I got absolutely nothing. I left the restaurant frustrated and unsatisfied. The staff was careless and unprofessional, and my food was certainly not worth the wait. If you want a pleasant dining experience, I suggest going elsewhere. read more

DoorDash delivered and it took more than 30 minutes to get to my house and I live approximately 15 minutes from the restaurant. So everything was cold. This meal is good for the garbage can only. If you're tempted, please reconsider. Just as bad as the membership issue; the pictures show the nachos which was just a blob. The nachos were not even close to what is normally sold as nachos. In addition the second picture is the spinach dip. The entire purchase was only good for the trash. A refund was given for just a portion of the purchase even though I just throw it in the garbage and ordered from Sonny's. The delivery was twice as long as it should have been so when the meal arrived it was cold. Grubhub did not even comment on the poor delivery service. I remain a dissatisfied customer and do not recommend Grubhub or Chili's on Mobile Hwy. Save yourself a disappointment and less money in your pocket. Went last night to Chili's on Mobile Hwy in Pensacola, Florida with 7 more adults and 12 kids, from 7 to 18 years old. They put 2 of their longest tables together and Chad was assigned as our server. There were a couple of tables available, but not many, the place was busy. As any and perhaps every other restaurant now a days, they were short handed. We left around an hour and a half later, well fed and really pleased by the food quality, by the amount of time we had to wait to be helped and by the astonishing Chad's professionalism. read more
