Horrible service extremely long wait times. Music is way to loud. You can't even here your family talk. Food was good once you get it.

I'm a visitor, my mom is in hospital. Chili's is the closest restaurant I've been here at different times of day, 3 days in a row. Sat in the bar and service was awful all 3 times. I ordered soup twice only to be told immediately that they had no soup. Odd? The waitstaff act like I'm a bother....my waitress definitely has somewhere else to be... Good grief. read more

I came here on a Tuesday around noon. worst decision if you're on lunch break. Appetizers and drinks took about 20min. I didn't even get a chance to enjoy my lunch since I only had an hour. I had to get someone else to help us because our server was nowhere to be found. Our food didn't come out for another 25min after appetizers and I ended up just having to get the food to go. My family loves dining at Chili's. On Friday and Saturday or is best to make reservations, but the food and drinks are always good. I've never had a bad experience there and the weight staff is always polite. read more

Last night, my husband, his cousin, his cousins fiancé, and I ate here and we got sick! All of us ordered something with shrimp and none of them were cooked! Our noodles were cold and hard and tacos are cold to! Told the manager and she said we were the 3rd table to say the shrimp was not cooked. We didn't notice the shrimp till we cut them in half. I understand that we are living with covid for over a year now. However the restaurant was dirty, empty tables sat for 20-30 mins with dirty dishes on them and they do not have enough staff working even for the 50% occupancy they are currently seating. "Smoking or non-smoking" was our greeting when we walked through the door. That should have been our first clue this was not going to be a good experience! The place was loud, there isn't a non-smoking area as it drifts throughout the place. Three different wait staff seemed to walk by us regularly, but never asking how we were doing. This is no place to take your family with children. I thought a major restaurant like this would have been a good choice, but none of us finished our meals. We came here on a Thursday night around 530. Waited 10 minutes before our server showed up.The server had no idea of what drinks the bar offered. I ordered a Truly and he brought me an ice tea. I had to explain in detail what a Truly was he had no idea. My fiancee asked what the special margarita was and the server had no idea. He left to go find out and came back 10 minutes later with my Truly but still no idea what the special margarita was. So my fiancee just ordered a presidente margarita. We ordered the 2 for 25 deal. About 10 minutes later still no margarita. By this time I'm ready to leave and my fiancee is irritated. We cancel the margarita because now we just wanna eat and get outta there. Well the server brings a margarita in a cup to him anyway‍ The server comes out of the kitchen(which we were sitting right next to. Weird spot to seat people when you can seat us anywhere in a pretty empty restaurant) with someone else's food but tries to give it to us. We explain it isnt ours and he takes it to a different table. We have been at the restaurant for about 35 minutes now and still no appetizer. We both ordered the chicken fajitas and the server brought the set ups out. I told him we havent even gotten our appetizer yet. He said you ordered an appetizer? Which one?....ugh at this point I'm done. Just bring it all out and bring to go boxes. Long review short the manager came over because she heard we were upset. I explained to her that I have been a restaurant manager for 30 years and this server needed more training, less tables, and more help from his coworkers. She was a very nice manager and listen to our complaints sincerely. The kicker of this story is I applied at this Chilis. I already was working at the one in the Choctaw casino but thought this was closer. And I got turned away because they didnt think I qualified! Lol you should have DEFINITELY hired me on as I could have helped you train these servers. But I guess 30 years in the industry was to intimidating and you would rather hire inexperienced people who make customers not want to come back. Good luck Chilis in Paris. What do you expect from a Chili's in Paris, TX.... They were out of everything because their "truck didn't come in" so I was limited as to what I could order. I decided to go with the chicken fajitas and that was a mistake. They food was cold and the tortillas tasted like paper. This is why I don't usually go to Chili's when I am in a small town. I should have just stuck to my regular hole in the walls that are usually gambles that pay off. read more

Visited Chili's on a Friday night and got right in, which is unusual. I tried the Cajun pasta. It was very good. Just the right amount of spice. I would enjoy Chili's more if they wouldn't seat me near uncontrolled children. The last time I was here the kid in the booth behind me was kicking the seat. We visited this Chili's at 4pm thinking we would be able to get our food quickly since there was hardly anyone there. We ended up getting seated in the bar area. It took about 10 minutes to get a drink order then about another 20 minutes before our order was taken and another 20 minutes before our food came. It took about 30 minutes to get silverware and napkins and that is after we had asked for them. We never got a refill on our chips. Our food was over cooked and our soft drinks tasted like the syrup went out. Also it would be nice if they cleaned the ziosk since you never get checked on you are forced to use it to payout. It is so sticky and covered with grime. We have given this location so many tries and have been disappointed each time. The are understaffed and the staff they do have are to busy chatting with each other instead of waiting on the customers. read more

Our food was very yummy and service was great! They even gave our drinks in to go cups since he knew we where traveling.

Tried to give them another chance after not eating here for years & was completely disappointed. Went in on a weeknight, not even half the tables were full so we expected to be served quickly. Others around us who came in after kept getting their food & ours still hadn't come out after 30 minutes. We ordered a chicken fried steak & quesadilla salad. When the food finally arrived it was so cold that the gravy had congealed & the cheese in the quesadilla was solid & hard. Evidently it had been sitting in the back quite a while. We hardly saw our waitress & never had our drinks refilled. Just a few days later my daughter went in to eat with friends, ordered the chicken strips but ended up boxing them up to eat later. When she started eating them the next day they were completely RAW. Not just a little pink but looked as if theyd been dropped in the fryer & pulled out immediately. Manager has promised to mail us Chili's Bucks in compensation but we don't plan to eat at our local Chili's again as several friends have said they also received raw chicken in the last few weeks. I once loved Chili's but the last 2 visits to this one - service was horrible. Dec 26, 2014 and then again today. Three servers today were outside smoking when we pulled up and came right in when we did - didn't go wash his hands and then he ended up being our sever and did he ever smell like smoke. Jeers. It's been a while since we have eaten at this location. Service was fine, menu changed up a bit. Caesar Salad but they don't make Caesar Dressing? Strange. Women's bathroom was disgusting. What appears to be black mold growing up the walls from the floor. This mold is going from the floor up to approximately 1 foot up the wall. Very apparent in the wheelchair accessible stall. One star only because the app made me! Not happy! My daughter has a gluten allergy and ordered off gluten menu, still got sick. There were pieces of breaded chicken in the chips. I went with some friends for dinner there tonight. I ordered the mini sliders with fries. When the waitress brought everyone's food out she had a burger instead of my sliders. She said someone took my food and left a hamburger instead, but that they were working on making my sliders again. When they finally brought my food to the table the people I was with had finished eating. I had placed a to go order of chips and hot sauce and cajun chicken pasta at the same time I ordered my food. She came out about 3 min after I finally got the sliders and said they had sent my to go order to someone else that had ordered a steak to go. My family of 5 went there today 5/18/18. Waited 10 minutes sitting on the benches inside. Finally a woman came up and we thought we would be seated. Nope. She ignores us and soon after a family of 4 comes in and she seats them. When she comes back we think she is going to seat us this time. Nope. Wouldn't even aknowledge us. Then another family comes in and she quickly seats them. When she came back I asked about my family. She then said it would be 15 minutes. So I told her as politely as I could, " hell no we won't wait". And told her what she had done to us. I got my family and we went straight to Tamollys restaurant. The service was horrible- had to wait to be seated, with 4 families waiting and the restaurant was not busy... After we were seated, we waited and waited to place a drink order. Finally had to ask to be served while folks that had been seated after us were served beverages. After 10 minutes, still no drinks ....we left. No wonder it wasn't busy; no service! read more

I quit Chilies a few months ago because of the service. I went back today for one more try. Plenty of room in the parting lot and lots tables.
