So much potential BUT we waited far too long for them to remember to bring our drink. Every time waitress stopped by she'd say "your foods coming soon" but it didn't. She said she didn't know what they were doing in the kitchen for it to take so long. Me either! Our drinks were gone by the time the food came. When it did manage to arrive , (mine was Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta) it was not remotely hot. . You'd think since we'd been waiting it's be piping hot. Wrong. Apparently they'd plated the pasta far before adding the chicken and shrimp on top. The pasta and sauce had good flavor tho over seasoned. WAY too much "Cajun" seasoning. So disappointing but they were busy so we just paid and left bc honestly we were so thirsty and never offered another drink so we were ready to leave and go stop at a gas station to get a drink. The drinks were good. The foodwas great. Triple dipper and some chips with quac to start. Crispy mozzarella sticks on the outside, nice and gooey on the inside. Southwest eggrolls that would be a great meal on their own. Paired that with a triple combo of BBQ ribs, crispy chicken strips, and a brisket Canadian,all accompanied by a cheesy Mac and cheese and crispy fries. My wife had the salmon, great as always. Waitress was nice and meal was brought out fairly quick . Spouse was okay with his hamburger and fries , but my costly salad was so over salted and spiced I couldn't eat it . I told the waitress to let the chef know that it was way over spiced and salted but NOTHING was done to assist me . She didn't return to ask for refills until we paid out and were leaving . $40 lunch and one day off to enjoy a town lunch with my husband . TERRIBLE HOSTESS!!!!! We couldn't pass the Hostess as the requirements, wait time, and number of Guest that could be served at one time changed. We had a party of 9 and was told it would be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. We asked if we could split the group up to be seated earlier and dine quicker. But was told the wait would still be the same. After watching several parties of 2, 4, and 6 seated after arriving after us, we couldn't understand why our party couldn't be split earlier and seated. The Hostess couldn't explain and became rude. Don't waste your time. Lack of wait staff along with lack of kitchen staff means long wait times with mediocre service because all the available staff are overworked. Long wait times and limited menus even when the place is half empty or more. Poor management has killed this restaurant. read more

7-4-2022 My husband and I took my cousin and her husband out for their birthday lunch. Since it was the 4th of July, there were minimal choices of restaurants. We decided on Chili's. We ordered an appetizer tray with an assortment. They were very good. My husband and I ordered hamburgers with fries. The burgers were freshly made as were the fries. Yum so good and hot. My cousin ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado and a side corn on the cob. This too was freshly made and seasoned perfectly. My cousin's husband ordered a quesadilla. He enjoyed his freshly made and hot meal too:) We all had compliments for the kitchen staff today.Our server was very pleasant and efficient and filled our tea glasses as needed:) I do believe this Chili's was top notch compared to the different Chili's we've been to in San Antonio. read more

Well... what to say... first off, the layout of this location is better than any other location. Walk in, bar immediately to the left (no need to bug the hostess), bathrooms immediately to the right (no need to walk all the way to the back).... and about Ryan, the bartender. He is just great! He dealt with me, which says a lot, and he makes fab shots! And... he has great recommendations for Amazon purchases and must haves. We had the best time with him..and he's cute, so there's that. Stopped in with my husband and two kids. Chili's is always a solid choice for consistency between chains but we really enjoyed this one in Paris! Food and service was top notch. We seat on the patio and it was nice and cool despite the Texas heat. We will stop here again! read more

I usually enjoy my visits to Paris' Chili's location but, last evening was the worst. I spent over 2 hours in the restaurant that should have only taken an hour! It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, 30 minutes or more to get our food and when our food finally did arrive, our appetizer arrived at the same time and was cold! On top of that, the kiosk on our table wasn't working, so I had to rely on the waiter to payout, which took an extra 30 minutes!!! read more

This evening several of my girlfriends stopped at this Chili's on the way to Oklahoma. We checked in ahead through the app which upon arrival they told us wasn't working and we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. After waiting, we were seated and about half of our party ordered alcoholic beverage and the other half ordered water. It took about 20 minutes to get those drinks and order food. While we were waiting on our food for about 40 minutes, we had finished our drinks and no refills were offered (for the water). By the time our food arrived it was apparent that it had been sitting under a warmer for quite a while (i.e. rubbery chicken, grey burgers, cold food). At the time our food arrived we asked for our checks because we needed to get back on the road. We finished our food and had to ask for our checks again! About 10 minutes later, our server brought checks and had them incorrect. She then passed the job off to her manager who brought checks. When we told the manager about our disappointment she responded with an attitude about how we should have told her earlier. I am a huge fan of chili's and visit my local one often. Chilis is one of my go-to restaurants. You can't beat the 3 for $10! I usually order online to go and they haven't made any mistakes so far--I order in bulk for my family. I love the margarita grilled chicken, southwestern egg rolls and their chicken enchilada soup is my favorite soup of all time. The only issue I have is that the service is a bit slow, especially when dining in--otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. Oh and the drinks are super yummy. Especially the watermelon margarita. read more
