We stopped here before dropping my daughter at camp. The service was great! The Smash Burger, quesadillas, chicken tenders and regular burger all were great! I'd definitely come back if in the area again! read more

Chili's - Bars Near Me - Palestine, Texas

The menu looks so good, but the food is not that good. I do like the cheese dip and hot sauce, but so far the foods are just not that food.

Our waitress was great! The food took a ridiculous amount of time, over an hour!!! Such poor kitchen service! read more

Very fast on orders, Great food, better service & Fast service. There chicken crispers awesome and boneless wings

Took forever to be seated. It was not busy at all. The food was dry and cold. Worst Chilis we've ever visited. Sorry for Palestine. read more

Best darn tootin Chili's In Texas. Them dag gone cheese sticks melted my heart and upped my cholesterol. The enchiladas were so authentic I started speaking Spanish "Que Paso". And ooooowie they got these fancy lemonades that they put them special flavors in (I got watermelon) and it was the best drink I ever had (next to dr pepper of course because nobody beats the doc!) and these sweet ladies serving us were so helpful and refills were there before we even needed them! 5 stars!!! read more

Our group of 10 stopped off at this Chili's after the Polar Express train ride. It was the worst food I've ever eaten. Many of us ordered the chicken wings. It was like I was eating a leather boot. I stopped after eating two of them. Burnt to a crisp. No one at our table enjoyed their food except the one that ordered the salad. I feel sorry for anyone that eats here. The only bright point was our amazing waitress. read more

No, just a bunch of No. Do not come here. First of all, I don't do chain restaurants, but when in a small country town, you just don't have much choice. But you do, so choose to go somewhere else! The food was horrid. The chili queso was a brown clumpy, salty mess that came room temp warm. My burger was bland and needed a ton of salt and ketchup. My mom's chicken dish was horrible and dry and also bland. I think this is a case of bad management as my hubby was recently in another small town, stuck at Chili's, and he had a way better experience with the food. Avoid this place! This place makes Applebees look good. Need I say more? The one good thing is that when they get your order wrong, and they will, they'll give you a discount next time. read more

We had the worst experience of any Chili's we have ever been in. Hamburger was burned, chips were soggy. I sent one plate back, they brought another one as bad as the first, the server removed Viosk before we could look at the check. We paid, left the store and then noticed they billed for BOTH plates. More fighting with the "manager" and she "gave" us three $5 gift cards instead of a refund. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. read more

Stopped there for a late lunch about 2:30 pm. Not busy, 4 tables & a booth was all there was as far as customers. We stood for 11 minutes waiting for someone to show up to seat us. A girl finally showed up and told us a booth was being cleaned and it would be a minute. What? Nothing was being cleaned & they were mostly empty. We then stood for another 7 minutes while she wiped down menus, ignored us and the 3 sets of people waiting behind us. We just ended up telling her we would go somewhere else because they apparently didn't have time for us. read more

Chili's in Palestine has really gone downhill and not because of stupid covid. We were waiting to get seated while people that had come in after us had been getting seated. We were not a huge party, only 2 of us, so it's not like we were having to wait for a big table. What happened to getting seated in order of when you got to a place and signed in? They seated 4 groups that we were ahead of so we left. Might not come back ever. read more

I won't eat here again Food is terrible, dirty floors, servers clothes looked dirty. What else can I say. That's it

Place has been open for a while now and they still can't seem to get it down . Out of all the chili's I've been to This one here is the worst. Food isn't to bad but man if you enjoy waiting on your food for about an hour then this is the place for you . It's kind of like that scene on bettlejuice when he's in the waiting room , waiting to be seen and he's number 9 billion and their currently serving patient 3 . read more

Ordered the Margarita Grilled chicken with asparagus and rice, to go. When I arrived home I noticed the chicken was not grilled, but appeared to be boiled?? No signs of ever being on a grill. The rice was soggy and the chips were as well, but the asparagus was ok. If they won't grill the chicken...then change the menu. read more

Terrible service. fries were not fresh, warmed under a heat lamp. Missing ingredients in my order. We will not go there again.

Me and my grandma was hoping to have a good dining experience for a change i steady of fast food and that was a mistake when we got the chili queso for a appetizer and it was disgusting so we asked for a just a regular white queso and it was cold and not very good so then we got our food and my grandma's quesadillas were cold and disgusting then when I got my wings and chicken tenders, I was supposed to get fries but I didn't until 10 or 15 minutes later the chicken and wings were mediocre at best but the worst part about the whole meal is when I got my fries there was a hair in the fries read more

Absolutely horrible bartender. She got us a drink as we got there, then it was 10 minutes and she never came and asked if we would like an appetizer.. I actually asked "can we get some queso" and she turned her back and starting making more drinks.. obviously at 5:30 they should have had another bartender. The place was very busy. And she was it behind the bar... but it doesn't excuse not even acknowledging 2 of the 4 people at the bar.... we left and went to Applebee's, where the bartender was very attentive... read more

On the 26th of January I call in an order so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work because I have be very ill. The food was not ready for him to pick up when I called it in 30 minutes before he got off from work. He had to wait 30 minutes for the order when his job is 45 minutes away from Palestine, Texas where we live. The meats in our order was silvery and the sour cream was hot and runny. When I made a complaint on Chili's.com, someone from the 903-729-1122 keep calling me and hanging up. when I call back the supervisor do not know what I am talking about. We had to put our order in the garbage. read more

Thought we would give this place a try. The food was average. Over cooked. Dry. Not too impressed with it overall. The water is not filtered so if you're familiar with Palestine. It does not taste good. Our waitress was wonderful. Always topped off our drinks and made sure we were taken care of. A+ service C+ food read more

Has always been good in the past. Have been to this Chili's numerous times including at their grand opening. Food and service have always been good. But last night (7/2/18) they were completely disorganized and apparently short on knowledgeable kitchen staff and cleanup staff. Took over an hour to get our food after we ordered and most was cold when it arrived. Manager said that they were busier than expected and short on staff, but that's the problem of the manager, not the customers. Hopefully they can straighten out their issues as it's nice to have a Chili's in Palestine. read more

Man. This place was DEAD tonight. 7330 pm and only a couple of tables seated. I had to wait almost 5 minutes just for someone to come up front to seat me. Hopefully the food is at least "normal" for the chain. Service has been less than impressive so far. read more

My husband and I went there earlier this week around 8pm. The host sat us down. We sat there for 15 minutes with no one serving us. Multiple waiters walked past our table and never said anything. We finally just got up and left. There were only 4 other tables. I understand with people not working, but this wasn't a full restaurant by any means. Even the host walked past us a couple times and saw we didn't have anything. He never said anything to us either. read more

Well lemme tell ya boys and gals, this Chili's is doing justtt fine given the newness of the operation. Can't brag too hard on it, but I damn sure can't hate! Service was a solid B minus, and food was a solid B minus as well, just what the hell I was looking for. Nothing makes me happier than some B minus food for an C minus price. Hell Yeah boy I tell ya, they keep letting Chili's open more locations like this one here, America will be ruling the world until the end of time, mark my word. It was a party of 5 for my visit today, and I think everyone was more than satisfied with their meal, if they say they weren't, then they're a damn lie! We got starters and entrees and hardly any food was left by the time the nice african-american server took away our dishes. Can't wait to come back and order some to-go meals while work-traveling in Palestine. This Chili's shall make a nice addition to the lack of middle grade restaurants! Fuck Yeah! read more

Food is good as always. Typical chili's. Never great but tasty enough. The restaurant is way too small. Hardly any waiting area at all. Maybe enough for 4 people to wait on a table. Bar is tiny. Main dining room is way too cramped and loud. Not like the old style chili's restaurants. If you want to talk to who you came with then go somewhere else. read more

First time to come in months since losing our order last time. See nothing has changed ,was seated right away but after 10-15 minute wait no waiter. Had to get wait staff at front to solve that problem, when waiter showed he mumbled an apology. Tried to get him to take food order when he got drink other but he left. Got food and food was okay except my wife's burger was not what she ordered . We were never given any napkins and couldn't get our waiter but luckily neighbors at table next to us heard us and gave them some of theirs. Finally our waiter shows up after my son had been waiting for a while to get his drink refilled so we asked for more napkins and when he brings the drink no napkins and we have to wait again If this was our first incident here we would have just thought we had a bad waiter but I think it's a poorly run operation. Staff in general seemed very distant and think we saw the manager but he looked as lost as his crew. read more

I ordered the Ancho Salmon and fiancé ordered the Trio sampler; our waiter was great but the food was very slow coming. My salmon had black crusty stuff on the bottom; my rice and broccoli were salty and room temperature; it also looked nothing like the pic from the menu. His sampler items - fried pickles, sliders and chicken crispers were all room temperature as well. We talked to 2 managers and they offered to re-do the food but we were hungry and decided to go elsewhere. Will try back in a month or so after they work the kinks out. July 30th tried Chili's again. Will give them 1 star solely for the sweetness of our server Sophie. I ordered Buffalo Chicken Salad and fiancé ordered Sunrise Burger. After seeing people who had come in AFTER us receive their food and a 30 minute wait we received my warm salad and his cold burger without fries. He sent his burger back and I was mostly done by the time his arrived. I've eaten at about 20 Chili's over the years and have never had such bad experiences - they are 0 for 2 in my book and will not return to this one again. Our food was comped by manager but would've preferred paying for good food at right temp and not spend more then an hour wasted on so-so food. read more

Okay food. Server was not very responsive. Pay kiosk was low battery and server looked annoyed that we asked for our tab. Kids burgers cooked to a crisp. Drink refills? read more

We waited over an hour and 15 minutes Sunday afternoon granted we had a large party but saw many large parties being seated. Sat 5 minutes at the bar waiting for service, despite the place being empty. Was getting up to leave when the bartender finally walked out of the kitchen with her phone in her hand. Gave me 'tude so I took ok my business elsewhere! You lost a customer on a quiet night....great job! read more

Food was what I would have expected from a Chilis. I would go again. My beef about this place is their rounding up the tab. My bill was 11.24 and the waitress rounded that up to 12.00 when she brought my change. This practice is becoming more and more common I suppose. read more

I LOVE chili's!! It's by far my favorite place to eat, and it never disappoints! I love the bacon chicken ranch quesadillas, the chicken crispers, the chicken nachos, the Texas cheese fries, and so much more. And the strawberry lemonade Just wow. Go to chili's, y'all. And don't forget to tip your server well. Servers need money. read more

Best service I've gotten at a restaurant in a long time. Food was prepared to everyone's liking. It was clean. One of the best Chili's.

We just left this restaurant, which is typically one of our favorite places to eat in Palestine. Tonight was awful tho! We walked-in at 7:15pm, it wasn't very busy. We have eaten there on Saturday nights when every table was full, but tonight they even had one section completely closed off & several empty tables open. We did not get our tickets paid for & walk out until 8:38pm!!! Waitress brought our kids' meals first which we appreciated, & 2 of the adult entrees were brought at the same time as the kids' meals, but my husband waited another 15 minutes for his entree. His steak was supposed to be cooked medium-well, the inside was ok, but the outside was charred too much. Then when we asked for our tickets it took another 10-12 minutes. I realize waitresses can get overwhelmed sometimes, but when the restaurant isn't very busy how does she keep up on nights that it's crazy busy?? Plus we could see her standing in the back when we had asked for things we needed on our table & she was not doing anything but standing there maybe talking to other wait staff. I'm really not sure? I just know that if I had realized how long we were going to be there, we would've opted to go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed! Our friend's ticket was overcharged so she went & found the manager instead of waiting another 10-15 minutes for our waitress to come get it, fix it & return it to the table. The manager was nice enough to give her some gift cards & a coupon for a free kids meal, but honestly I'm still so baffled at why we were there for so long on a slow night. read more

The food was excellent. We did the 2/$22. Our little steaks were done perfectly and melt in your mouth. The service was slow that day, but our waitess was personable, attentive, and did a great job. I have to assume the back was slow. We had a great visit. The restaurant was clean and neat. I'll go back. read more

Service is great, the waiters were patient and had alot of hospitality. Food tastes great. Definantely will come back.

Chili's is far superior to Applebee's. There is a very noticeable distinction between those who patronize Chili's and those who chose to frequent that other lesser quality dining establishment. The service at chili's is also better. Those who find themselves unable to provide decent service leave chili's and begin working at Applebee's where the hiring standards are much lower. Ok, that's all. Come to Chili's! read more

Ok, they are no longer new. Still major kinks. Food SLOW & COLD. Not like a regular Chilis. WHY keep giving comps & losing local customers? Do it right first time & everybody wins. Will not be back. read more

Extremely slow. They appeared to have the appropriate number of waitstaff with three to four tables per person. Unfortunately, our waitress' trainer neglected to tell her that you actually have to check on your tables sometime while they are seated in your section. I paid for my food (with the portable pay system) a long time before my food came. I finally received a refill on my drink after I left a poor review on the survey offered on their portable pay system. read more

Oh, you know. Typical Chili's. These guys rate better than a 2. Came in to check out the so called new menu which looks to me like a smaller and more expensive menu. My food was indeed hot and fresh. Service was really good. PLace was very busy on a Thursday evening. All and all, a typical Chili's. Predictable. read more
