Went tonight with a friend. She ordered a bowl of Southwestern chicken soup and I ordered a chicken flatbread. Plus two ice teas. Shortly after, our waiter brought her soup. He said mine would be out in a couple minutes. Twenty minutes later as my friend finished her soup, I found another waitstaff and asked her to cancel my order as my friend was finished and we were ready to go. She went to cancel and then a manage (I think?) came out and said that my meal was about ready. I said no thank you. I was not going to stay and eat after my friend was finished. They did apologize (still no waiter to the table though!) we did the pay at the table and I was quite surprised that they had charged me for my tea. The new Crispy Fiery Pepper Crispers should be taken off of the menu or teach someone how to cook them, had it last night and it was the worst. Crispers not tasty and barely edible because they were so overcooked, the corn was ice cold and had no seasoning and still had husk hair all over it. I used to go to Chilis all the time but stoped here today March 4th at 3:15 and was disappointed right off the bat. We felt very un-welcomed. When we walked in both of the hostesses had their backs to us and were chatting. As we proceeded to stand there and wait to be seated and greeted they still paid us no mind. We stood for a full 3 minutes just 3 feet from the hostesses and we were still not greeted. Mind you we were the only ones waiting to be seated. After waiting we decided to just go sit at the bar. I'm normally not one to complain. I placed a curbside order and received a text saying "text here when you arrive and your order will be ready at 637". I arrived a few minutes after 637 and sent the text saying I was here. I received an immediate response saying "we will be right out with your food". After sitting there and sitting there I called at 707 and told the girl my food was supposed to be ready at 637 and I still haven't received anything. She smarted off that she doesnt know I'm here if I dont check in. I said I did. I sent "here" to the text like it told me to when I received the order confirmation. Currently at chilis one of the managers has been standing at the bar talking to an obvios friend of hers ignoring everything going on around her. My daughter and I are at the bar food comes out and my daughters has to be taken back the server takes it back to be corrected and manager sees this not once does she come over to ask what is wrong. We visit this place frequently and have seen this several times before with same manager. She is talking across the bar to another employee about how she changed her schedule for tomorrow night due to she did not want to work with a certain employee which she named. This place is horrible... We sat for a hour until are food was brought to us. When are food arrived it was a mess. My hamburger looked like a hockey puck. Manager comes and says let myself cook you another one. I said I was not interested in having one now. He demanded that I do. So after waiting another 15 minutes he brought me back another one. I was scared to eat it because I know I probably pissed the cook off sending the other one back. My Mother in laws salad was wrong. After 2hrs there we got the check. I was charged full price. Chilis can usually be counted on for reasonably good frozen food served fresh and fast. No one gave this location that memo. Always a wait, you've gotta fifty-fifty chance of getting decent food, and there servers could care less. Most recent visit- We went in for a birthday dinner beginning of July. After waiting ten minutes we were finally "greeted" however no drink order was taken. We were told "I'll be right back with you." Waited five more minutes and called it. This place is not managed very well. The service is not what it once was. We won't be returning any time soon. I really would consider this location to be closed. I believe I ordered chicken with a mango chile on top and without a doubt was probably the worst combination of flavors I've ever had. The mango chile sauce was so sweet! Overly sugary sauce on chicken is not the best. Customer service is not that great either. I love this Chili's. The staff is awesome. Especially servers Hallie ,Whitney and Rachel. They always accommodate my autistic teenage daughter and even know where she likes to sit . if she's having a hard time they gladly bring boxes. They are also awesome with my allergies and if something accidentally gets made wrong they remake it so I don't get sick. This was our fifth or sixth time eating at this Chili's and our second time with This particular server. The first time we figured she was having a bad night, so we were super nice and let it go. This time my husband asked for one of their craft beers and she offered him Pabst Blue Ribbon. He chose something else but they were out of it. So he chose yet another beer, which they were also out of. About 30 minutes in we finally got our appetizers. They were delicious. Over an hour in and we finally got our meals. I wanted my steak med rare. It came back raw in the middle. She offered to upcook it. When she brought it back, it was the exact same only with sauce over the top. I didn't eat it. 30 minutes later she brought the bill. I asked what the "table entertainment" charge was for. Apparently it's for playing games on the little computer that sits on the tables. Except our table didn't have one. She offered military discount as compensation for the charge. But we would have gotten the military discount anyway. The appetizers were great and the rest of my families meals were good, but the service from this waitress is bad. Thought I would stop by to pick up a quick and simple birthday dinner. I now ask though how you can screw up two orders of dinner-for-twos. Guess what? This Chili's location did it. So, I called and it seemed like the manager Jason showed some concern and said that he will refire my order and give me a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Oh to my surprise, I was just picking up what I forgot in the first place. I guess, this time, surprise was on me instead of the birthday celebrant! And so, I end up having the inconvenience of pulling in the parking lot twice, cold dinner on the table and in the car, as well as a hungry family. And yes what kind of customer service would you get from a manager when he wasn't even there to apologize. Not that I needed to go and ask or look for him. This was supposed to be quick and easy. They shouldn't be on the take out business if they can't keep their act straight. Now, did i mention that all I ended up with is this screwed up and cold surprise dinner on the dinner table? If I could give this Chili's zero stars, I would. I came for lunch and asked if I could get just a cheese quesadilla, as I didn't see it on the menu. I was told that yes, she could do that for me. My friend ordered the smoked chicken quesadilla with no onions or jalapeno aioli sauce. 2 quesadillas come out, both with chicken, the person delivering them to the table had no idea which one was which and they both looked to have the same stuff in them. She looked at them and decided which one was the smoked chicken one and said she'd take the other back and have my cheese quesadilla made right away. The smoked chicken one literally had cheese and chicken and nothing else that it said it came with. The cheese one was made so quick after their screw up that there wasn't enough cheese to even hold the flour tortillas together. On top of that, the bartender was talking about how drunk she was the night before. Then had the nerve to charge me full menu price for one of the chicken quesadillas to be able to ring up my cheese one. She basically "modified" it to remove everything. If they didn't offer just a cheese quesadilla, like I asked, she should have said no but told me how she'd ring it up. I would have never paid $10 for that crap they brought me. Recently went back and it was a pleasant surprise. Had a short wait but our waiter was pretty quick. They changed their menu a bit (it all looked pretty good) and added some tablet type things to each table with games and menu items. The guacamole was really good and the waiter came out with jalapenos, onions, salt etc.. and asked us what we wanted to put in the guac. We asked for all of it and he mixed it in there in front of us. Wife had the quesadilla salad and I had the tacos we both enjoyed the meal. Seriously the guac is worth going back for. read more

Was a terrible meal. My queso chicken was warm at best, cheese only on a few pieces. The food took forever to come out. The restaurant floor was nasty and not being taken care of. My wife soup was barely warm and was forgotten when food was first brought out. My daughters fajita chicken had good spices but chicken was watery and tasted terrible.
