My prime rib "meat" tasted and smelled like dog food and was cold and hard. I feel sick to my stomach. Appetizer was good. Waitress was fine. Still tipped her good, since it wasn't her fault. I arrived a few minutes after 637 and sent the text saying I was here. I received an immediate response saying "we will be right out with your food". She smarted off that she doesnt know I'm here if I dont check in. I said I did. I sent "here" to the text like it told me to when I received the order confirmation. Currently at chilis one of the managers has been standing at the bar talking to an obvios friend of hers ignoring everything going on around her. My daughter and I are at the bar food comes out and my daughters has to be taken back the server takes it back to be corrected and manager sees this not once does she come over to ask what is wrong. We visit this place frequently and have seen this several times before with same manager. She is talking across the bar to another employee about how she changed her schedule for tomorrow night due to she did not want to work with a certain employee which she named. I really would consider this location to be closed. I believe I ordered chicken with a mango chile on top and without a doubt was probably the worst combination of flavors I've ever had. This place is horrible... We sat for a hour until are food was brought to us. When are food arrived it was a mess. My hamburger looked like a hockey puck. Manager comes and says let myself cook you another one. I said I was not interested in having one now. He demanded that I do. So after waiting another 15 minutes he brought me back another one. I love this Chili's. The staff is awesome. Especially servers Hallie ,Whitney and Rachel. They always accommodate my autistic teenage daughter and even know where she likes to sit . if she's having a hard time they gladly bring boxes. This was our fifth or sixth time eating at this Chili's and our second time with This particular server. The first time we figured she was having a bad night, so we were super nice and let it go. This time my husband asked for one of their craft beers and she offered him Pabst Blue Ribbon. He chose something else but they were out of it. So he chose yet another beer, which they were also out of. About 30 minutes in we finally got our appetizers. They were delicious. Over an hour in and we finally got our meals. I wanted my steak med rare. It came back raw in the middle. She offered to upcook it. When she brought it back, it was the exact same only with sauce over the top. I didn't eat it. 30 minutes later she brought the bill. I asked what the "table entertainment" charge was for. Apparently it's for playing games on the little computer that sits on the tables. Except our table didn't have one. She offered military discount as compensation for the charge. But we would have gotten the military discount anyway. The appetizers were great and the rest of my families meals were good, but the service from this waitress is bad. Was a terrible meal. My queso chicken was warm at best, cheese only on a few pieces. The food took forever to come out. The restaurant floor was nasty and not being taken care of. If I could give this Chili's zero stars, I would. I came for lunch and asked if I could get just a cheese quesadilla, as I didn't see it on the menu. I was told that yes, she could do that for me. My friend ordered the smoked chicken quesadilla with no onions or jalapeno aioli sauce. 2 quesadillas come out, both with chicken, the person delivering them to the table had no idea which one was which and they both looked to have the same stuff in them. She looked at them and decided which one was the smoked chicken one and said she'd take the other back and have my cheese quesadilla made right away. The smoked chicken one literally had cheese and chicken and nothing else that it said it came with. The cheese one was made so quick after their screw up that there wasn't enough cheese to even hold the flour tortillas together. On top of that, the bartender was talking about how drunk she was the night before. Then had the nerve to charge me full menu price for one of the chicken quesadillas to be able to ring up my cheese one. She basically "modified" it to remove everything. If they didn't offer just a cheese quesadilla, like I asked, she should have said no but told me how she'd ring it up. I would have never paid $10 for that crap they brought me. Recently went back and it was a pleasant surprise. Had a short wait but our waiter was pretty quick. They changed their menu a bit (it all looked pretty good) and added some tablet type things to each table with games and menu items. The guacamole was really good and the waiter came out with jalapenos, onions, salt etc.. and asked us what we wanted to put in the guac.
