I have grabbed lunch at Moes for years and always enjoyed my food. Tonight my husband picked up an order he ordered for me online. it was the worst food I have ever had. I did not get all the items in the bowl, it was totally soggy, chips were way past stale. The meat was awful ! AND the total cost for one bowl with tax, service charge ( not sure what for) and tip was over $21.00. No drink no side orders, just the bowl. I will never eat there again !!' I would choose this moes over almost every other sit down restaurant in Pace. The service is incredible every time I have been here. The traditional "Welcome to Moes" upon entering never fails to put a smile on my face. They're inviting, they're friendly! Yesterday their was a slight incidence with my friends order as her stack broke apart after warming on the grill and they apologized and immediately started another as they remembered perfectly was on it exactly as well as adding extra and throwing in some free queso for the inconvenience. They have a smile on their face everytime and it's genuinely heartwarming. Great place to visit for some great food and a great time! read more

I fully respect the service industry and the hard work that goes into it. But fast casual restaurants have made purchasing food from their establishments worse for everyone by trying to supplement paying a living wage with tip income. The person ringing you up stares at you awkwardly while you select a tip percentage, putting the customer in an uncomfortable position. Tips are earned for providing a service; purchasing at a counter is a retail transaction. Fast casual restaurants should eliminate this select a tip percentage option and pay there employees more. read more

So this place actually just opened up pretty recently during what I am calling the Pace Renaissance. A bunch of new stuff is opening up and subdivisions are popping up left and right. I came here to check it out, to make sure it's in line with standard Moe's operating procedure. It is. I got welcomed as I walked in the door, the people who made my food were all warm and friendly towards me. I got two tacos this night, one hard shell and one soft shell. They didn't have a lot of room in them for toppings, so I can't judge how good of builders these guys were, but my tacos were delicious. The chips and the queso and the salsas are all top notch what you come to expect from Moe's and the Coke Freestyle machines were both functional and not out of products. It was a good visit where nothing went wrong. That's all I can ask for from my chain quick-service restaurants. Good job, Moe's. I'll be back. read more

Just want to say the amazing staff here is always smiling, caring, and all around amazing. We visit often because they so awesome. Cruz leads an outstanding team and Audrey is my little girls favorite. This place is very timely and serves amazing food, even during the rush times they do everything they can to make it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you as always. We will be back because of them. Not a big fan of the other Moes in the local area because the teams they have do not have the same chemistry and work ethic as this team. read more

This Moe's used to be so good. The last 6 months has seen a dramatic decline in the quantity and quality of the food. Almost every online order has something missing. The staff is always friendly, not sure what changed with the rest but my family really misses the old Moe's. read more

I visited this location with my wife. We walked in quite hungry at about 830pm on 27 AUG. We were not greeted in any way. The woman wearing a blue shirt looked directly at us and said nothing. (assumed to be the manager) There were 2 young women working the line helping another couple. There was a young woman working under the hood system wiping down the back wall. (cleaning) The manger was assisting her. The Mrs. and I were waiting patiently. When another two women walk in. They stepped ahead of us. We continued to wait. As the two new women were also waiting. However, when the young girl behind the counter went to help the next person, we were skipped. My wife was quick to point out that we were next. However, there wasn't any care from the young woman behind the counter. The Mrs walked out and I behind her, however, the ladies behind the counter could be heard saying "Jeeze Louise", I stopped as I heard them I said, "Be better ladies, be better." Overall this was merely a mistake. By the woman that walked in and the folks behind the counter. We are all human and make mistakes. However, this isn't the first time we have had a bad experience. The food is consistent as the food comes from Moes approved vendors. However, the staff in our experience is total junk. Training and development will be key here. They need someone who knows how to solve problems and takes pride in their work. We won't be back for a long time. read more

My family's favorite Moe's!!! The grandkids could eat the chips and queso for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. I prefer to get a jr. burrito because the regular one is a little too much for one meal, but it does make great leftovers. Keep up the hard work. read more

This is the second time I have ordered from Moes and my order was not fulfilled correctly. Instead of issuing me a full refund for the forgotten items I was told that a Doordash credit could not be issued. I think I finally got what I wanted, but maybe next time offer to doordash us the missing food. . I went out of my way to pick up the food. Wow. Bad. "Welcome to Moes?" Not even once. I'm a rather strapping lad, and the worker still thought it would be okay to ration my portions to an inhumanely small size. When I asked for a little bit more food, I was told it would cost extra. I didn't realize that 9 dollars would only buy me 12 tortilla chips and 3 pieces of chicken. Don't even get me started on the staff morale though. Nobody seemed happy to be working, and to be honest, their lack of vibes killed my vibes. Will I go back? I don't need to write some crazy review about Moe's, it's just another wanna be Chipotle. Food is decent to the volume of people flooding in, but it's just a step above from Taco Bell with a larger price tag. My biggest rub and downfall of this location is the staff. Simply mind blowing how bad they are, it's pretty sad when you have to say "chicken" 23 times before the person making your food grasps you want chicken. Each person down the line progressively gets worse, but again the food is decent, service is terrible, price doesn't match the quality, but it's the Pace/Milton area this might as well be fine dining. read more

My first visit to a Moes. It was fantastic. Clean and food was awesome . many options for vegans and vegetarians. My only complaint was my 5 yr old daughters juice box had no straw. When I asked for one they said it must have fallen off and told me use a black straw. Which was WAY too tall for juice box. Luckily I had my pocket knife and cut it. read more

My husband got me hooked on Moes a few years back. I was super excited to hear we were getting one in Pace. Sadly they have went down in service and quantity and up in price. The chicken is not as good and today they only put literally 5 pieces of chicken on my quesadilla. My husband ordered double meat and it was more like what a regular quesadilla should be. He questioned the staff as they usually put more and he was told "na boss this is how it's always been."Probably won't be going much anymore as we paid almost 30 dollars for 2 quesadillas some queso and shared a drink and my husband left hungry. read more
