I have always LOVED this taco truck, so of course I was a little disappointed thinking that this would be my last purchase before going on my new diet. However, Rosalinda was so helpful and created great small talk as I was waiting for my food. She informed me all about how her food truck served fresh and healthy ingredients! She said that they would be happy to accommodate to my health needs and prepare meals that wouldn't clash with my diet! She even went the extra mile to give me a free sample to try following some of my diet guidelines! As always, this food truck has the most loving customer service and food that never disappoints! I'm so happy that I could enjoy this place for as long as I live here (ask about their Pensacola location too!) Thankyou Los Panchos!

Another new edition to the lovely little town of Pace, FL since I moved away in 2015. My Momma loved it here. Don't get me wrong, the polished, traditional offerings of the Mexican restaurant down the street are a solid choice and very delicious. But something about this food truck just feel more authentically TexMex. My Momma grew up in Texas, so she would know. I was too young to really remember, but my folks would always tell me that the best burritos were served out of the back of a truck on the side of the road. So now with the explosion in popularity of food trucks, that concepts gets taken to another level. They have a very simple menu, basically anything you could want. Tacos, burritos, tamales, flautas, quesadillas. And you can ask for any meat you could ever want. Chicken, pork carnitas, pork al pastor, ground beef, and the meat taking America by storm lately, the birria beef. I forgot exactly what I ate, but I remember I got a burrito, probably ground beef, a tamale, pork, and a taco, probably the birria. It was so long ago. But the moral of the story is that I've never had anything like any of it in Florida before. So good. So needed in little ol' Pace. If you see this place on the side of the road, stop immediately.

My favorite & the best Mexican food place in the area no doubt! the tacos are just sooooo good; carnitas is my favorite and it's mouthwatering with the lime and asked for the consommé on the side because I just think it makes it 10000x better. My sisters favorite is the queso birria tacos and their really good as well. The workers are also really nice and they get this delicious food out the truck in good timing. try it out, you won't regret it. the most authentic I've seen so far out of this town..

Clean atmosphere with decorated mex pot for sale. Friendly family. Tamales good, definitely home made pretty good, had the sope, different variety meat toppings. Sope we're very good filling and 3 sopes 2 people could share , very filling. All good, I'll say although sope have plentiful topping beans could use little flavoring. Overall all is tasty, so good. Watch the ants when seated. Place well maintained. Definitely a eatery treasure of Pace and worth the drive from Pensacola or even gulf breeze. You will taste the flavor of genuine Mex food.

Lupita's Mexican Kitchen - Biri Biri Tacos and Steak Burrito

I am not sure if there was another place near by called Lupita's fast food or if this is the same…read moreplace, but it seems like reviewers have got them confused. One review said they had the "best queso ever" at Lupitas Mexican Kitchen, but they apparently do not sell queso. So that was the first let down. The price of the 4 birria tacos was impressive, they were pretty good, just not amazing. The chicken quesadilla didn't really have any cheese, literally the chicken just fell out because there was nothing to hold it together. The steak burritos were decent, but again nothing to rave about. It did the trick, but I won't be back.

Lupita's Mexican Kitchen is just another great example of my long-held belief that the best Mexican…read morefood does not come from high-end or fancy restaurants that just drip with hipster ambiance, but rather I have always found that the best Mexican food comes from these humble little mom-and-pop places that are inexpensively furnished, but the staff is usually smiling and the food is often indicative of how truly amazing that Mexican food can be. Lupita's Mexican Kitchen has a pretty straightforward menu and I had it narrowed down to either a burrito or the birria tacos and I asked the smiling young lady behind the counter which of the two I should go with. After a momentary pause, she pointed to the birria tacos sign. I paid for my order and found a seat. In a few moments, the smiling girl called out to me and handed me my food. The plate consisted of four birria tacos, a cup of consome (it appears that is the correct spelling for this. I thought it would be spelled like the traditional consomme) and a few small containers of both a spicy red sauce and a creamy green sauce. The price point was thirteen dollars. Quite a good price for the quality and quantity of the food they provided. These birria tacos were very good. I tore into them with quite some gusto. Mexican food is truly a culinary gift. I would have to say that Mexican is one of my favorite cuisines and it is because of these wonderfully humble little mom-and-pop establishments like Lupita's Mexican Kitchen. If you find yourself in Pensacola, Florida and craving Mexican food, Lupita's Mexican Kitchen is a great place to head for. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lupita's Mexican Kitchen and I will give it five stars overall.
