I haven't been to a chillis in forever but while stopping at to grab some food we decided let's try it! This is Florida of course. The service was great and the portions were large. Did we order too much probably because we had 3 boxes to take with us. The food tasted great at this location so I was surprised and the of course the el presidente margarita was still as good as ever except it seem like the shaker was smaller than I remembered. None the less chillis is a hit or miss depending on the location but this one clearly hit the spot. It was clean, vibrant, and provided great service and food. read more

Julia was or server and she was GREAT. Very attentive, professional and always smiling. A great asset to the restaurant. Expected a loud dining experience since it was early lunch time with football games on. Not so. It was a pleasant dining experience and being able to hold a conversation with my wife is a plus. It's a shame to see this Chili's rated so low. I went here a few weeks ago with some family and this was my first ever Chili's experience. The service was really great! I forgot her name, but it was a young woman with very vibrant red hair. She was extremely sweet and patient as we had never been to Chili's before. She helped us find what we'd like to eat & kept that mango black tea COMING! When I tell y'all, you NEED to try the tea! It was soooo good! Perfectly balanced between having a tea flavor but also having a great, not overly sweet mango flavor. My mom had the fajitas that were super tasty, alongside a guacamole that I practically stole from her because it was so good. I had the Cajun style pasta, I believe is what it's called, and it was something that I didn't want to share! We also tried their wings, which were way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing overly amazing food wise that I'd rave about besides the tea, BUT it was my first time and we played it safe. Next time, I will be going for more out of the ordinary stuff to give a more effective review! read more

Wanted to leave a review about Savannah! I'm not sure if she's a server or a bartender but she was doing both at the same time as well as hosting and busting dirty tables while waiting for other staff to come in! She did amazing handling a rush that came in after we were sat and still had our drinks and food come out all correct and super fast. I get it, good help is hard to find, but good customers are harder to find. I just downloaded and installed Yelp just so I could leave this review, I'm that pissed. We drove up and there are an unusual large number of handicap parking, across from that regular parking that for the most part was full (a few cars taking up more than one spot. Then in the side of the restaurant 10 (empty) Togo parking spots, we were regulated to the back 40 to find parking. Once inside, nobody says "hello", no "welcome to Chili's ". Just, we are short staffed it will be 20 to 30 minutes. Can I have your phone number and we will let you know when we have your table. You can wait outside. Oh, I get it. Your mad because I'm not wearing a mask. I think it is rude that you don't have a mask on. I think you are rude for judging me. I had the virus in January, I've been vaccinated, I'm not going to get sick from your germs, and if anything you should want my antibodies. And it never got any better. read more

What really stood out was the server: Julia (not the pregnant one- Which I only mention because she told us they were two Julias and that was how to distinguish them). Well, it was ok. Not great, but not horrible. I ordered steak fajitas & if the steak would have been less chewy & not full of fat, I would have enjoyed it better. This is the 2nd time I've received them like this. I doubt i will return. My husband ordered the 1/2 ribs plus the street corn which he raved about. Also, the cute little dish the shredded cheese comes to the table in, is about useless. No spoons & if you use the fork, it goes right on the table or into the spot cream. 2/5 stars not for the food, but for how this chilis is run. Came here on a Wednesday night for dinner. This was the most understaffed restaurant I've ever seen... When we first walked in we saw tons of people seated around the restaurant but only ONE person serving food on the left half of the restaurant. No one was even at the welcome desk and we just stood there for 5 minutes without anyone greeting or seating us.. Finally a manager looking woman told us to just find a booth in the bar area. We were seated in the bar area at a booth and the poor girl working the bar (ALL ALONE) was forced to serve almost ALL the tables in the bar area on top of making drinks.. And the bar area was packed. We felt terrible for her.. She was so stretched thin trying to serve every table all while still having to prepare drinks. She was very friendly and was very apologetic; we tried our best to make her feel not rushed. We had to wait over 20 minutes just to get water. Over 35 minutes to get our appetizer. And 1 hour to get our meals. None of this was the waitresses fault, it was just the fact that they had about 5 people working the entire restaurant it seemed like.. All the food was cooked well and tasted just fine so nothing against chilis food at all; no complaints! Our margaritas were pretty good as well! The waitress asked that we give 5 star ratings on the post meal survey because it affects the hours they give her, so of course we rated all fives for her sake, but chilis you should be ashamed... That is such a flawed system to give hours based off of post meal survey results.. If we would have not cared about the servers well being we could have easily rated one star on the survey for the experience and it would have negatively affected the poor barista... Hire more people because you're going to not only piss off your overworked employees, but also people wanting to have a good meal at your restaurant.. read more

Normally I don't like to frequent chain restaurants. And the last time I was in a Chili's was back when I was in college and on a date. But it was my last night in Florida and my brother and his wife wanted to eat here, so that's why we ended up at a Chili's - because it was close to his house. The $10 meals were a bargain, along with the 2 for 1 margaritas. As an extra appetizer, we got a plate of hot, crisp, thin tortilla chips with a salsa that had just the right kick - we finished that order quickly, and they served us another huge plate for free. I also got a half order of the loaded cheese fries - not a dish you can order regularly, but it was dang tasty. And finally, I got a half order of delicious Memphis ribs - all this for under $10! So while I won't run into a Chili's any time soon again, coming in once in a blue moon is not a bad option for a budget-friendly foodie. read more
