Ordered our drinks and food as soon as the waitress came by. Drinks came out quick - water and a Long Island iced tea. If you like sweet and sour with no alcohol - the Long Island is for you. Food took over an hour- we got the regular hamburger and the triple dippers. Hamburger and fries came out cold and missing ingredients. But it's an even larger problem when you're short staffed because three of the employees were outside smoking weed by their cars. I found your staff!! They're right outside! They're not missing!! Every single time I have gone to chilis there has never been a hostess. Just tried to go today and never got greeted so we left after 10 minutes. Plenty of staff looked at us and just continued to ignore us. I have worked in restaurants for years so I'm never one to complain but after this many instances it gets to be ridiculous. The loaded mashed potatoes were not good and they lacked flavor. The broccoli was good. My youngest ordered the chicken pasta and she enjoyed that. Tonight, my wife and I decided to go to Chili's before going home on Oxford MS. We were greeted kindly at the door and were seated. The waiter that supposed to have served us seen when we were seated but continued to walk by us without an "I'll be with y'all in a minute or thank you for your patience!" Went to eat with the family, we waited 45 mins on order just to arrive to the table. Not normally an issue but it was supper time. Everyone's came except for my husbands, his came 22 mins later and it was scorched! Like you left Mac and cheese on the stove and took a phone call from your momma and came back to pasta stuck and the whole house stinks! He spoke to a female manager who offered to comp the meal and remake it. So we waited for another 25 mins and NOTHING EVER CAME. We gave up and paid 81$ (we tipped our waiter, he was new and was thrown to the wolves). When we walked out my husband spoke with a male manager, because the female manager was sitting at the bar chatting up a patron. We were assured we would be refunded....
