Hostess was HORRIBLY rude. Our group of five was told there would be a 10 minute wait, while that is completely fine there was multiple tables open. Once she finally called for our groups turn we didn't hear her, she then with attitude and smacking her lips calls us again. We got up and walked and she says "I'm coming slow down there geez" and THROWS our menus onto the table. I normally do not write these reviews but feel free that this should be addressed. Your job as a hostess is to welcome customers and make sure they are comfortable in which this hostess did the complete opposite. Went there on Friday night with my wife. Once we were seated, we had to wait about 5 minutes to get a waitress to come by, and then we had to wait another 5 minutes to get our drinks. We immediately ordered. The couple in front of us ordered at the same time. We waited around and noticed the couple in front of us get their food, eat, pay and leave. Table got cleaned, new customers came in, ordered and received their food and were eating when our food finally showed up. The order had fries instead of the onion rings that were ordered, so they took that part back. My wife bit into the chicken sandwich and immediately asked me to try it saying it tasted "weird." I tried a slice off the edge and immediately noticed that it was still frozen (even had ice crystals inside). My wife is pregnant, so eating raw frozen chicken is an absolute NO! My wife at this point had had enough, and she didn't want to eat anymore, so I ate about half my burger (onion rings dripped with grease to the point I couldn't eat and top patty had tomatoes on it which I'm allergic to and had to scrape off and remove patty). Compensation for the raw chicken sandwich of which my wife took a bite and spit back out was that they removed that from the ticket. That's not nearly enough in my opinion, especially given the over 50 minute wait to receive food. Anyways, I'd give 0 stars if I could. Just terrible. read more

Used to be a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, until my most recent experience there tonight. First we walked in at 7:30 and the place is empty, but the hostess sighed and made it a big deal to seat 6 people. When we were finally sat in the empty restaurant we sat their for 15-20 mins before having to ask the waiter to serve us. Furthermore, all of the orders were messed up when they were served to us, and we got one refill over the course of an hour and a half plus. Normally would've been very understanding for a few hiccups while serving, especially on a busy night. But our server had our table and one other (both of which were very low maintenance). This should've been a quick 30 min meal, but it was far from that and when it came time to leave we were stuck waiting there another 20 mins for our checks. Terrible service and food. read more
