I had a tough day at work so I popped by this Chili's for Happy Hour. I was seated quickly into a clean, comfy booth. The server recommended the Triple Dipper - I chose the Southwestern egg rolls, Fries Mozzarella, and Nashville hot tenders. It's hard to go wrong with their fried apps - they were delicious and the pull on the mozzarella sticks were amazing. I tried the margarita of the month for only $6 - Autumn Breeze. It was similar to a very strong sex on the beach but with tequila. It was so strong I could only have 1 before leaving! I topped everything off with their delicious cookie skillet. I called the restaurant to explain what I received and the manager was super nice and offered to remake our food fresh and threw in a dessert for free. So, we had 2 $20 gift certificates we received for Christmas. These cards could be used at various different restaurants. When we cashed out, it wouldn't accept the 2 cards. The manager came over and said that they incur a percentage deduction when the cards are used in the restaurant so he would have to deduct $5 off of each card in order for them to be used!!! What!!! My friend and I were randomly craving Chili's and decided to pay it a visit after not going for a few years. It's definitely a nostalgic place for me as it was the go to spot growing up as the menu options are plenty so there's something for everyone, parking is easy to find, service has usually always been good, and prices are affordable. There were no exceptions this time. We sat at a little booth (it was a bit chilly--no pun intended). It was lunch time so a lot of their specials applied to us. I ended up getting the 3 for me deal. I started with the Cesar salad and as an entree ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas with a side of their nachos. The salad was good but it was small, which is sort of standard when it comes to side salads. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are really good but the portion size is small. The chicken is tender, the bacon was surprisingly crispy, and the cheesy is, well, cheesy and crispy on the sides. When I bit into their nachos, I traveled back in time to when I would eat a whole basket full of these before my meal. Their recipe hasn't really changed one bit. They're still as light and crunchy as I remember them being. Quite addicting actually, and always the right amount of salt. I think for the price you pay it's a good deal. read more

There's a person who brings you the menu and maybe the drinks if they remember. The kitchen staff bring you the food. -The meal is always incorrect. They'll outright forget your appetizers or drinks, parts of a meal, or make something incorrectly. -You are never checked up on. Refills? Nope. Positives: waiter was super friendly (can't remember his name but he was attentive and personable), food was great and appropriately priced, cheap drinks (hello, $4 margarita!!!) and tons to pick from, place was clean and not too packed Only negative is that the rice was a bit dry and undercooked. Came here after a store visit for work and got seated right away. I always order the California Club if I visit a Chilli's for lunch. Today was no different. My meal came out pretty fast and noticed that the bread wasn't toasted like it normally is. I didn't say anything due to not wanting an issue after the fact and to be honest it was still edible. Used to come here for takeout all the time. Never again. Tried to place an order online and the website was down. That's okay, it's bad weather and it happens. So tried to call and place an order, left on hold for 20 minutes, never got anyone on the phone. Went to the location to place a to go order, ignored in a line of people, got to the order kiosk and was told "now is not a good time" so I asked what the wait time was and he said "I said what I needed to say" even after this rude treatment I was polite and attempted to order the first item, immediately cutoff and told its not on the menu. A friend told me about their Monday All you can eat Fajitas for $12.99, so I decided to give it a try.. Hey, I can EAT !! LOL. The service was poor. The waitress, even though nice and friendly, forgot our chips and guac order. We had to remind her...which she comped after apologizing for forgetting. The fajitas were actually very good. The steak was tender and well seasoned, the chicken strips were warm, not as good as the beef. Lots of green peppers and grilled onions if that makes you salivate.. LOL. I had FOUR servings and it was satisfying. They come with warm tortillas, cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo. My BF got a rice/grilled chicken bowl and it was good, although some parts of the dish were really salty....like they did not sprinkle the salt evenly. Overall a decent meal adventure. Cheap and good. If you are not big into kids crying during dinner, ask for a table away from the family section, which in this restaurant was close to the window. We dined here tonight to try a new Chili's close to home. We arrived around 5ish with our 3 year old in tow. The place was not busy at all. Our server promptly took our order but did not write anything down which always worries me. As it should... 15 minutes later our entrees were delivered as though we'd never ordered an app, which we did. When this was addressed, the server immediately apologized, gave us the app and took it off our bill. We had no other issues except getting the attention of the server before leaving.
