This is the 2nd time in the last couple months that our experience was bad!! Last time they gave our order to another table. When we brought it to the managers attention all she said was "we can make your order right now." We declined because we were already tired and super irritated. Tonight was another bad experience. The server wasn't too bad, but if she gave her other guest as much attention as she did her friends that were dining there she would probably have received a tip. We ordered a cheese pizza for our son instead he received a pepperoni pizza. I ordered a medium rare steak, my steak was close to medium well to well done. That was the driest steak I've ever had from there ( I usually love their steak.) The waiter did offer to have them recook my steak, but no thank you, I was starving and didn't want to sit there and wait any longer. Oh and when did they start scooping mash potatoes into this little oh cup? I could have finished all my potatoes in one bite along with the 4 pieces of broccoli that was on my plate. To top it my husband and kid pretty much just stayed thirsty. My husband received one cup of lemonade in the whole hour we were there. Besides the mix drinks and the manager comping $9 off our bill, the customer service needs some help. Let's not forget after knowing you had some unsatisfied customers, the manager never took the initiative to come and check on us and apologize. My Husband, my Daughter and I came here for lunch because we had a gift card. I ordered the new Bacon Avocado Chicken sandwich with pretzel bun, from the lunch combo menu. I ordered it with a side salad. We also got chips and salsa, the salsa was a little to sweet for my liking. I didn't received my salad until my sandwich and fries came, which I had to take home because I needed to eat the sandwich while it was warm. Pretty sad when you can say that a Wendy's pretzel bun sandwich is way better than one here. There wasn't any real flavor to it. My Husband had the sour cream chicken enchiladas, he said his food was luke warm and had a lack of flavor as well. The other reason for one star is because our waitress couldn't get our gift card to work. So we had to pay full price for everything, which we came in thinking we wouldn't be. We get in the car and my husband calls the number on the back and it says it has $25 on it. We are so pissed we didn't even want to go back in to let them know. SO LONG, FAREWELL CHILI'S! read more

Was really in the mood for baby back ribs. I'm disabled and the people up front were nice enough to hold door open. Once seated for 8 minutes people were seated next to us. 2 minutes later they were greeted by their server who we hadn't even met yet. The Santa Fe salad I had for dinner was exactly what I expected. Fresh crisp greens, topped with fresh avocado and pico gallo was mixed perfectly with the dressing. The three big pieces of seasoned chicken strips placed on top of the salad completed the salad. Very delicious and filling. Highly recommended this salad as a meal. Mediocre food, it's pretty much impossible to find anything on the menu that doesn't have an entire days worth of calories in it.

Good place to get a decent meal. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Staff is friendly but every once in a while you can get a waiter that doesn't keep up. I still go if we get a bad waiter we just tip less or not at all. So far we have only left without giving a tip once. And I don't even think that waiter works there anymore. Just wanted to give a shout out to my waitress Gianna. That girl was so busy last night. Sometimes i put myself in their shoes and I feel that it's hard to keep up. My cousin and I are usuals at Chili's. Atleast once a week we get lunch there and the food is AMAZING.

Had a really bad experience today when I found a lengthy curly black hair cooked inside my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. The manager did go ahead and comp that and took my place with the quesadillas and fries. Then my server brought out a plate with just 2 quesadillas on it. Bye bye to my fries I guess then? Yeah I wasn't done, but okay. We called ahead for call ahead seating. We told them we'd be there in 10 Minutes. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 1 child. When we got there there was one party ahead of us. We took a seat and began to wait as we watched party after party walk in the door and be seated. We were finally seated after 55 minutes. The food was average the service from the waitress was excellent. If the host and hostess cannot figure out a way to seat people in a more equitable and fair fashion I am never going back. read more

I rarely come to this place due to poor service. Food is always good but having to wait forever is unacceptable. Wednesday we were there at lunch weset it in the bar due to the hostess telling us there were no booths open on the restaurant side, two adults two children. Took for anybody ever for anybody to come to the table after the hostess brought the menus for the children. Finally waitress came we ordered two drinks for the adults two drinks for the children and chips and salsa which were bought out promptly. Nobody came to back to take our order for at least 15 minutes order was then take in 30-40 minutes later the kids meals were brought out 15 minutes later than adults meals were brought out the kids were already finished. I was in there on 4/28/18 with friend. Both of our dinners sucked. I ordered a steak med well...came out so rare I could not eat it. The mashed potatoes were cold, and broccoli cold. I ate what I could. When we complained the waitress was not accommodating, she just kept saying what could she do? We told her, let your cook know he needs to learn how to cook. I knew I would never come back. I did think about it later. I work in the food industry and for each person that writes a complaint there are 50 more that just stop buying our product. I spread the word at work what a lousy meal I have and I work with a hundred employees. The Turlock chili's is amazing.
