What can I say? I love Chilis. The reviews for this location are incredibly inaccurate. Almost to the point they're insulting. This was one of my better experiences at chilis, the food came out piping hot. The service was quick and our waiter was extremely kind. Could not recommend coming to this location more. Vashonda was such a wonderful server! She was training another girl, and both were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We came here for the burger specials! What a great deal! For $9.99 we got a smash burger, fries and a drink! It is rather loud, as many chain restaurants are, but we asked for a booth in the back and it was relaxing and comfy! I have to give one star because of the management. I took my grandkids here for a late lunch. We had the very best server. She was really helpful and just so nice. The problem happened when my grandson found a long blonde hair inside his slider. Of course I told the server right away. She did bring him 2 more sliders. I had thought the manager would be coming by shortly. But no, The place was near empty so I know they weren't busy. I wrote all about it on the survey they provide at the table. I asked the hostess at the door, if a manager was there. She said yes but they never come out of their offices. I'm hoping this gets back to corporate and the management gets better training. I think the restaurant needs to catch up with the volume coming their way from the influencer campaign. They were a little slow but dang it had to come try that triple dipper all over the internet. Visited this location earlier this month on a Tuesday night. Was looking to try the Mango Margarita. So, we sat at the bar. We waited for any type of greeting but the bartender never even acknowledged us. We watched him clear tables and close checks. Never said "hello" or "be with you shortly" He refilled a guest's water and walked right past us without a word. After 10 minutes of being ignored we left. We've had sub-par service here before but this was the worst. Customer Service is dead at Chili's. The food in the past has been decent but this time we didn't wait to try it. read more

I meet my children once a week for dinner or lunch. We decided to meet at Chili's on Hull Street Virginia. The service sucked. The food sucked. We literally waited 30 minutes for water. And with all of my reviews, I like to tell you about the bathrooms. I'm not sure they have been cleaned in over a week. No toilet paper. And no paper towels, lol i had to drip dry from all ends lol. we will not be returning there and will make sure no one we know goes there. I'm so surprised they're even still open. There was a couple of ladies behind us who got there right after we did and complained the entire time they were sitting there and still got no results. I was happy to sit there and visit with my kids with no water no food lol but it's still would've been nice to have a little bit of service. read more

I stand by chilis being underrated! I have always had a great experience at this location both for dine in and pickup. Pickup has been very busy lately so the time on the app isn't always accurate but if you go in they try to get it moving. The food has always been consistent. Went here to celebrate my mommy's 58th birthday. The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. Next to the window was a little cold though. My Pop pop had to wear his jacket and order coffee; he still complained about his head being cold. I ordered the baked seafood pasta, sweet tea, and a jackberry margarita. The pasta was good. It was REALLY cheesy and I would have liked more crab but other than that, I took leftovers home for tomorrow's lunch. The margarita was OK. There was a lot of ice and it was a little "syrupy". We went to Chili's for lunch and they were understaffed, not friendly, had to wait 20 minutes to get anyone to come to our table and take our order. Spencer and Katie were the only bright spots of that Chilis. The leadership there is non-existent and the teamwork there is less than that, noone was helping Spencer with anything besides Katie. As a former Chili's employee, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I have always enjoyed the food at Chili's, but this location did not seem to care about the quality. First off, our food arrived before our drinks from the bar. The lid on my Presidente margarita was incorrectly screwed on, causing the liquid to spill everywhere. Also, I'm a little unsure if there was in fact tequila in my drink. I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion salad, which I've had many, many times, but never this terrible. The salad was not tossed in dressing (I was told "sometimes they just forget" - the dressing on a salad?), it did not have tortilla strips (the ones she ended up bringing me were crumbs and stale), it was lacking black beans from the corn relish (which I was told it didn't have, wrong again), and my quesadillas were literally burnt. When I asked for a replacement quesadilla, as mine was extremely unappetizing, I was told by the manager "that's the way it looks". The cheese was literally burnt to the tortilla and the tortilla was hard. I'm sorry, but a quesadilla has melted cheese, not hard cheese. Um, no "manager" - I could not believe she had the audacity to tell me "that's the way it looks". Overall, extremely disappointed. No manager seemed concerned - I have never been to a restaurant where the "manager" disagreed with me. Very unfortunate for this chain. read more

Never will I ever order from Chili's again I don't even care if it's a Chili's in a different city. I ordered@7:13 pm my receipt says the order was ready@732pm. The first Dasher apparently gave up and left. My second Dasher arrived and waited 35 mins for my order, although it had been finished over an hour prior by the time and I finally got my order at almost 9pm. If you made the Dasher wait over 35 mins the least you could do is remake my $65 meal fresh instead of giving him something that had been sitting there for an hour and a half. read more

someone please save this restaurant for the love of god. i know that its "hard to find employees" or whatever crap yall spew out now but lord almighty ... this is just insane. prepare for this. we got there, 3 of us, decided to eat in somewhere, and unfortunately chose this chilis. nobody even looked in our direction while we were standing in the front, waiting to to be seated, for 15 minutes at least. finally, two disoriented looking people came speed walking from the back and told us to sit wherever but it HAS to be on the bar side. we went and sat in a booth in the corner, most of that side of the restaurant was filled. we ordered 3 waters (with the bartender who was also going to be our server) and the man said he would be back with chips and salsa, we thought nothing of it, lots of restaurants hand out chips and salsa. he brings it to the table and the bartender told us that we have to pay for that and asked if we knew that it was only free for rewards members. we said no, the gentleman brought it to us, we didn't ask for them. she said, and i quote, " i keep telling him to stop doing that" so we said okay well its fine because we have a rewards account and we will just sign in. she leaves. then another girl brings us 3 MORE CUPS OF WATER immediately after we had already got some. so thats SIX cups on the table. then our food came with drinks so we had a total of NINE CUPS on our table. nobody offered to take some for us, nobody said anything. (pictures of all the cups below) remember there are THREE of us. then we noticed something... the bartender (who is also everyones waitress) is drunk! we can smell the booze on her breath. she is moving slowly, and had quite the attitude whenever we pointed out things that were not correct. our food was fine, good actually. just as it always is. there were no issues at all with the food. we then all witnessed another waitress, the same one who brought us an extra 6 cups, went behind the bar, and the bartender handed her a fifth and let this girl pour a LARGE foam cup of alcohol and walk back into the kitchen with it, drinking it, of course. so then we just came to the conclusion that ALL of the staff was intoxicated, because everyone was acting as though they had never done any of this before and were very frantic and disorganized. we asked for another ketchup bottle because ours was empty. something very simple, and it took about 15-20 to receive that ketchup because all 3 employees were struggling to open the bottle. yes you read that correctly, they were completely dumbfounded as to what to do. and then when it finally got to us, all three were standing there at our table, giggling, and asked us to "test" the ketchup bottle and make sure it worked. ??? if you opened it, it should work... i don't understand why you have to watch me use it? if you were that concerned it didn't work, test it yourself on a napkin in the back, or a plate i dont care. then when we finished eating we had to flag the bartender down to get boxes because all the employees were huddled in the back talking and laughing. there was another couple who came in while we were seated, and they stood and waited for at least 20 minutes and nobody ever came to seat them or anything. they left. everything was a complete disaster, it was freezing in there as well. and i am appalled that they employees are drinking from your pocket on the clock and still employed there. our check came wrong, too. we all got the "3 for me" special thing where u get a drink and a soup or salad and an entree for various prices. mine and my mother in laws were 10.99 post tax and my husbands was 14.99 post tax. then the "free" chips and salsa because we are rewards members. none of us, not a single on had a reward on our apps for free chips and salsa. the bartender said "well u have to come in every 45 days" and then just looked at us like we were going to pay for it, we didn't ask for it, it was brought to us by the other waiter, who clearly was confused. we asked about it before we ate it even and we were told it was fine. then the system had put the chips and salsa in place of the caesar salad my husband got with his meal and they had charged us for a full size caesar salad which is $6.49 when all he got was a tiny side salad. we had this corrected of course and ultimately the chips were taken off the check. we got out of there as quickly as we could trust me. this was a miserable performance from this staff, and i cannot fathom how these people are employed. quite ridiculous. needless to say, none of us will be back in the near future, if ever. good luck explaining this to the health department. read more

We called ahead Thursday evening and we're told there would be no wait to seat a party of two, we came into the restaurant doors less than five minutes later to an empty host station. The older women in front of us was trying to be seated, she had asked the hostess a question to which she promptly said she had to speak with her manager and disappeared for the next ten minutes. Came back to exchange some words and disappeared for roughly ten more. In between this she made eye contact with and acknowledged us and more people were flowing in, she did not extend an apology or time estimate. I would attribute her lack of service to the frantic nature of the restaurant that night however this was the tip of the ice burg with our experience. When we were up in line to be seated we were told to seat ourselves and did so. We waited another fifteen minutes to be waited on and got our drinks and apps without much hassle however when it came to order we decided to split the fajita trio. Not only was the food sub par we got no plates. The server came by several times and interacted with us and we were never offered plates truthfully the experience was going so badly I just wanted to go home. My drink was refilled once at the end of our meal. We took some of it home in a leftover box feeling bad for not eating it but ended up throwing it out. What's pictured is pretty much what was consumed and for $57 plus tip it was just pure disappointment. I've been coming to this location for years, I've known several people that have worked here in the past and I have never had an issue but this was absolutely unacceptable. read more

I ate dinner here with my husband and was so disappointed. A rack of ribs is between 12-13 bones so a half of rack should be at least 6 bones. Chili's considers a half of rack 4 bones. Why? This allows them to get 3 servings out of a rack instead of 2. Why cheat the customer more when prices have already been raised. I always order the fajitas. I was totally disappointed as it lacked any color as it consisted of only green peppers and an abundance of onions(1 piece of red was in it). My husband kept complaing of the floor where he was seated being dirty. When we got up to leave I looked around informed the hostess that the floor was inneed of a good sweeping and mopping. Over all we were totally disappointed with our visit. This made me wonder where the days when the manager walked around the restautant and checked on the guest have gone to. The only positive thing was our waiter CJ. When we chose to come here I commented that I would bring my granddaughters there later during the week for dinner.
