I have to admit, I haven't been to this Chili's (or any Chili's) in quite awhile. But after our great experience last night, I know we'll be back soon. We arrived around 6:00. The restaurant was very busy-the line at the hostess stand was out the door. Despite being so busy, we were sat immediately. We were sat at this great smaller booth (just my wife and myself) in the bar area. I loved this booth, well lit, great view of many TV's and comfortable. The server came over very quickly to take our drink order. Our drinks came quickly. We ordered wings as an appetizer. Excellent! I had the Ribeye which was cooked exactly medium as ordered. My wife had the Ribs. Both entrees were excellent! The service was outstanding! We will be back soon! read more

Chili's is chili's always consistent, food is ok for chain food. They do have pretty good drinks (although I have not had one here in a while) My one gf loves to meet here for lunch as she has a pretty bad cheese addiction. I like this location as it doesn't get that busy read more

It would be nice if the employees of chili will update the website to reflect the fact that they do not have a kitchen open past 9 o'clock at night instead of having it listed on Yelp that the kitchen is open. This is a great Chili's location. I usually come here for takeout and my orders are always correct. A lot of times, the order is ready as soon as I arrive. I never have to wait long for it to be ready. The staff is super friendly, and the restaurant is overall very clean. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location. read more

Try to avoid chain restaurants, but my sister wanted tacos and we were driving by. This is a typical Chili's-an ok atmosphere with their standard menu. Our server was pleasant and the service was fine. I happen to really like their ribs, so I was happy. The tap list is unimpressive. I'm rating this place 3 stars, because it wasn't that bad. If it wasn't because our waiter, i'd rate it 2 stars at most. The food is very simple - americanized latin style and all that food is very simple as well as simple to make - rice, beans, pico de gallo. The only exception was is chicken breast. In the chipotle bowl i got, it stood out - well grilled and moist. However, the whole dish was just a mess of tasteless rice and beans, too much jalapeño and greasy tortilla strips. Overall my family and i had an amazing experience. The waiter for our table was very attentive and friendly with the 1 year birthday boy. Unfortunately, the food didn't stand out. I'm guessing this is what happens when a restaurant becomes a chain. The only way i'd come back, if i knew that people like "our" waiters would be there to serve the table, otherwise, not a chance. read more

My girlfriend and I decided to stop in and try the 3 for $10 deal. Overall the meal was pretty good, for the exception that there was a hair in her potato soup. It was disappointing but our waiter brought out a new one as soon as we brought it to his attention. I ordered chips and salsa/guac and a bacon burger. She had the chipotle chicken crispers in addition to the soup. The hair in her food ruined the night. We might try a different location. read more

I understand the issue with personnel and how difficult it is to get help, and I wish this was something that could be easily solved. In the past, always had solid meal and it was hot, good food. I had not gone to Chili's probably until the ending of last year & I have to say I am such a fan. Applebees & TGIF's are so expected in how they prepare food in the sense that it tastes like it came right out of a microwave but Chili's tastes better. I give Chilis four stars. We have come here three times recently. It has a great location on the highway with good amount of parking. It is clear they hostess staff understands customer service. They make you feel welcome and at home. The waiting staff is hit or miss. Out of our last three visits, we had two females and one male. Our only good experience was with the male. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. We always start with the cheese curds 'crispy cheese bites' on the menu. The breading is light & the cheese is addicting!! The dipping sauce it great, I really enjoy it. I always get the chicken fajitas loaded with queso. The chicken is cooked perfectly, nice and juicy. The queso adds great flavor too! Only issue is with both female waitresses, I didn't get my tortillas until AFTER my boyfriend was done eating his whole meal which is really annoying. My boyfriend got a burger during our first visit and returned it. He said it was the worst burger he ever had. Since then, he has been consisently getting the ribs & texas toast and has loved it. I stopped by to pick up a quick lunch to go and even though my expectations were relatively low I was still disappointed. I tried ordering online but that function was out of service so I called in the order. I got a chicken sandwich and added bacon and avocado. The portion, price and food was ok but I'm ticked off about the service. We ordered two $10 each dinners. I go to curbside pick up last Friday night and hand the girl $25 and I don't get any change. When I asked about the change, she says that it's only $3.00 and asked me if I really want it back. Yes, I do. We went Saturday night to celebrate my niece going off to college... not crowded at all but still waited for a table. Finally sat, waited a good 20 mins for a waitress to take drink order, another 10 to get drinks and 10 more for answer to a question about something on menu. Food was ok but service sucked. Like most franchise restaurants, there's really nothing all that special about this location. It's got the great Chili's food that we all know and love, but nothing really stands out. Hold the phone, nothing stands out - with the exception of our yummy bartender/server, Evan. Probably the highlight of one of my visits, but all my other visits just blend together. It's always always ALWAYS busy, weeknight, weekday, never seems to really make a difference. Sometimes the wait has been so long that we have just gotten tired of waiting and just walked next door for Taco Bell. When hunger calls, it's your duty to feed it! But should you be patient enough to sustain the wait or should you be so lucky that you happen to get there at a non-peak hour, Bloomin' Onion. That's all you need to know. I've been to this Chili's plenty of times and I've always had a pleasurable experience. Today, however, was one for the books. My boyfriend, our daughter and I decided to pull over on our way home to have something to eat. We were greeted by a man who sat us, but with witty banter. Quite entertaining and friendly. After being seated, he introduced himself to us as our waiter, Gunay. Throughout the entire meal, he was very attentive to us as well as our 11 month old daughter, and anyone who has a baby that young understands the difficulties of eating out. At least twice, possibly three times during our meal, the manager, Dan, had come by to check on us. First, noticing that in a few minutes, the sun would be shining directly on my boyfriend's face, he offered to pull the shade down and after that had just come by make sure all was ok. Being that it was around dinnertime and the restaurant was getting busier, I was surprised to have been shown so much attentiveness. I felt like our patriotism was appreciated and that doesn't happen much these days unless someone is looking for a 5 star Yelp review lol. This place however, has shown exceptional customer service and I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for good food and great service. My recommendation is to ask to be seated in Gunay's section. Very nice, very friendly, funny and handsome. We ordered the guacamole, smoked chicken wings, southwestern egg rolls and cheddar bites. Then we finished with the Chocolate toffee brownie...which was also delicious! I come to this chilis on a semi-regular basis. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I have yet to have a bad meal and the drinks are good considering it's a chain restaurant and chains are notorious for their pours to be on the light side. I will continue to patronize this Chilis. Whoever the manager is for this restaurant deserves a pat on the back for running such a tight ship. read more

The worst chili's around. I rather take the extra drive and goto the Paramus location. They take forever to greet you, meats are never well done. You can advise the waiter 3 times and the meat still comes out super pink. This is the 4th and last time this happens. read more

I give it 5 stars. Awesome way of entertaining my kids while waiting for our food. We played Trivia on the Ziosk. It was great to order our appetizer without having to talk to a waitress. This place was awesome. They happy hour started a little early and we loved that. The staff was attentive and even showed us how to use the new technology in the Place. Everything arrived quickly. There was not enough space on the table so the cook came out himself and stated that he would keep the food warm for us. It was great to see such team work. The environment was clean and the food was delicious. The drinks were phenomenal and we keep them coming. The queso dip was perfect and the chips were fresh and not stale.
