Their fresh waters (specially the one with chia seeds), nacho fries, and tortas are all a must try! For a place that does fast food, all of their stuff is mighty fresh. You know their stuff hasn't been sitting there waiting to be reheated. The place is family owned, which makes for great friendly customer service. Their prices are a Bargain! The place has a nice set up and free WiFi, so you could literally take your laptop there and work as you indulge in one of their goodies; Starbucks or panera style but you have the luxury of having authentic Mexican food!!!

Found a new burrito spot. Whoa. Had the Philly cheesesteak burrito. Wow...it was top 5 philly I've had in the area. Perfectly made. Will be coming back again for sure. My buddy had the California burrito and it looked great too. Almost split em up so we can share but I started eating it right away.

They are renowned for their vibrant flavors, bold spices, and diverse dishes catering to all tastes using ingredients such as tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cilantro. Authentic Mexican food is more than tacos and salsa. The Garden State is hailed as one of the most diverse states when it comes to food, hosting some of the best Mexican restaurants on the East Coast. Whether one desires a quick taco or a full-course meal, my friends and I were craving rich and bold tastes from Mexico and decided on this family-owned establishment for an early Cinco de Mayo dinner. The reservation was easily made by calling Mariachi Grill, located on Ridge Road in Lyndhurst. Upon arrival at this popular spot to locals, with its cozy and casual interior decked out in traditional Mexican vibes, we were greeted by the staff and immediately got a table by the entrance, but they also have outdoor dining, weather permitting. The menu selection is much smaller than at other restaurants. We decided on the Cheese Enchiladas, Beef Enchiladas, California Burrito, Beef Burrito, Chicken Fries with Fries, and Shrimp Fajitas. Some meals are accompanied with a small portion of rice and black beans. Complimentary house chips and salsa started our meal. As the restaurant is working on their liquor license, it's BYOB. One can bring your own tequila or wine, and the staff will mix it with their sangria or margarita mixes. We washed our meal down with a pitcher of sangria. The presentation was very good. The food was made incredibly fresh, well seasoned, deliciously tasty, and generous. The price was very reasonable for the area. Our server Lisa with her outgoing personality and her desire to make our visit enjoyable, which we didn't feel rushed. Good experience overall, which we can recommend.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly host team and we waited no more than 5 minutes to be seated. I enjoy the Chilis Strawberry Lemonade and this one was on point. The other drink was Wicked related, The Good Witch Margarita. Pink in color and served in a large glass. The entrees were: Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl (Grilled chicken, pico, shredded lettuce, Mexican rice, corn salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, cilantro, drizzled with pesto and house-made ranch). The next was the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad (Grilled chicken, pico, house-made guacamole, cilantro, tortilla strips, house-made ranch, and spicy Santa Fe sauce on the side). The final entree was the Grilled Chicken Cajun Pasta (Grilled chicken, penne in Alfredo sauce, topped with chili spices, Parmesan, tomatoes, green onions, with garlic toast). Every item was flavorful, very filling, and the ambiance...which was a packed house...added to the enjoyment of the meal. Chilis will always be my "happy food" and hope everyone leaves happy after their visit(s).
