She made sure to sanitize the setting in its entirety. The table and all 4 chairs. (Insert fist pump here) We ordered boneless wings, chicken and ranch quesadillas, and the super meat burger-- THE BOSS!. It's the boss and it will TOSS you right out! All of our food was made fresh and delivered quickly to our table. The server made sure she gave us plenty of family time while also clearing our table and providing refills. This Chili's is very unprofessional and inconsistent as hell. If you order something, sometimes they bring it out to you and sometimes they don't. And it's hard to tell when they'll bring the order out to you because it's very inconsistent like there's not a certain time you can go off of which makes it a huge inconvenience. It's like sometimes they care and sometimes they don't care at all. You'll sit in your car for like 30 minutes and then finally get frustrated and go inside, only to find your order sitting on the rack. It's very irritating since they do this very often. You can literally walk into the lobby and take an order and they wouldn't care, not that I've done it personally but they're very non chalant with the orders that you can tell it has happened before. So if your order has ever been lost at this Chili's, it's likely that they let someone take your order. You can hear them flirting with each other and rough housing with loud music in the back instead of working. I experience this everytime I get an order for them. What's the point of having a service (curbside pickup) and not actually participating in it as advertised ? Chili's customer service is a flop. read more

Today my daughter and i went to Chilis thinking we would get some apps and a couple drinks but that was not the case. When we got there there was a sign on the door stating there was seating on one side of the Resturant in the bar area. We waited 5 mins for someone to ask us if we needed a table. There were three servers working in this confined area. One we were approached by the server she advised one server had been cut, so it would be a 45 min wait. Now I understand being short handed but there were multiple people working tables dirty and a 45 min wait when it appeared almost everyone had their food. This is not the first or second time i have experience awful service at this location and to be honest they just need to close! They need to hire employees with people skills. I will go to that location ever again. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have! read more

We go to Chili's quite often and I would say it's our number 1 in dining out, the service has always been very good! Friendly Staff. We have favorites,, in food , love the Cajun Chicken Pasta, the salmon is very good too. Mashed potatoes are awesome. Burgers are the bomb! Well, all of their food is really delicious. Food has always been served hot. If there has ever been an issue , it has always been made right! . Issues are really very rare there. We have come to call our waiters and waitresses by their names and they are always respectful. And even as to remember what we love to eat. They greet us by name also. It's more like family. I ordered online for curbside so it should have been very easy to get my order correct. The young man bringing food out kept bringing multiple orders at once. He repeatedly took orders to the wrong vehicles. I either received the wrong order or the kitchen messed up. Regardless I had waited over an hour already. When I left them know it was wrong and I did not have the time to wait for it to be remade. I was refused a refund and told the only option was to correct the food. This Chili's location is really a hit or miss in my opinion. Sometimes you will go and everything will be perfect. Little wait time, hot food, the whole nine yards. Other times you'll be waiting for a while, food won't taste the best. You never know what to expect. Maybe the other locations aren't as bad, but this isn't the best location in my eyes. read more

The afternoon continued at that pace. The food was decent - I ordered the tenders, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. This was my first visit to a Chili's with the new automated touchscreen checkout device located on the table, and I feel like they are already starting to slack on the wait staff in anticipation of these more robotic systems. Our server, although very nice, did not have a competent grasp on his job role. He didn't know the menu, didn't seem to understand what we were saying, and was not attentive to the table's needs. It seemed like he was on his first day and no one showed him what to do... Our touchscreen, on the other hand, did a great job! When it was time to pay, it showed us the bill, immediately took my credit card payment, automatically calculated and added the tip percentage I entered, and printed me a receipt. Perhaps if the touchscreen took our order too......... The food was typical Chili's... just what I was expecting in selection and taste.
