    The service sucked tonight from beginning to end. The food was decent I give them that. Considering our schedules the hubby and I only go out once a week and I hate we wasted it here tonight. I remember the service being much better not sure what changed. Our server Maddie took so long coming back to get our order after bringing our drinks I knew then it wasn't off to a good start. The wait time after to get it wasn't bad. But then after we were done and tired of sitting there waiting and waiting I had to yell her name out to get her attention so I could get the bill bc the computer on the table was froze and we were ready to go. Asked for two togo trays bc we were not even in the mood to eat with the service we had gotten tonight. I brung almost my whole meal home. Not satisfied AT ALL!

    *****Amazing***** We dropped in for a quick lunch and it was AWESOME. My son had been dying to sit at a high top table and the server went out of her way to make that happen. She made sure to sanitize the setting in its entirety. The table and all 4 chairs. (Insert fist pump here) We ordered boneless wings, chicken and ranch quesadillas, and the super meat burger-- THE BOSS!. It's the boss and it will TOSS you right out! All of our food was made fresh and delivered quickly to our table. The server made sure she gave us plenty of family time while also clearing our table and providing refills. Her timing and friendliness was perfect. We will definitely stop in again while passing through!

    Was hungry for Chili's & delivery through Door Dash. Chili's Classic sirloin was burnt with black splotches, shrimp pulled from fridge & not cooked. Corn on the cob & loaded potatoes was yummy but not really enjoyed without the main courses. Picture proof unbelievable so I emailed update to DoorDash & greatly appreciate their resolution. DoorDash driver amazing & clearly earned above 5 star rating!!!

    Service was poor on our visit here. And the food was burnt. The waitress never came to check on us or refill our drinks I was not impressed

    Bad service and food. Bias towards people of color. Never been treated so badly. Will not come back and passing the word about complaints

We waited 15 minutes before drink order was taken and approximately 10+ minutes to receive our drinks . BTW , asked for coffee and was told they didn't have any. We waited another 10 or so minutes after receiving our drinks before our order was taken. It took over 35 minutes Before we received food which came out in stages. The children got part of theirs and the adults were served minutes apart from each other. After most of us had food in Front of us ( my brothers food came out about 15 minutes after the rest of us with no explanation as to why) we discovered we had no silverware so we had to wait again for silverware. All of my food was cold except my baked beans. I will say it was tasty but would have tasted much better if it was hot. My wife's was also cold except for her beans. I can say this because I brought most of mine home and warmed it up and it was very tasty. On different note I originally ordered sausage for lunch and right before our food was coming out I was told that I was supposed to get 4 pieces of sausage with my order but they only had 2 left. I was offered a choice of taking the 2 sausage links or a different meat. No mention of a discount or something if I chose to take 2 links versus 4. Along with large failures we asked for bbq sauce and never received any,2 people didn't get the dinner rolls they were supposed to, and we ordered 2 orders of fried chicken to split between 5 children and they were not given plates to put chicken on to eat. Through all of this, no one apologized for all the breakdowns. With all this said, the adults we were with gave the benefit of the doubt and said it must just be an off day and would probably return. That is , until the bill came. We were charged $2.99 for a glass of water ( not bottled ) , tap water. When I questioned it I was told by my server it would be corrected. So the updated bill came back and it showed $0.89 a glass of tap water. I confirmed that was correct with the server. I can handle slow service. I can handle for getting silverware and food. I can handle having to change my order. But I am NOT paying for tap water and will not be spending any of our hard earned money here again. And that sucks because the food was very tasty.

First impressions were as follows first off .. that wonderful smell of barbecue with a hint of smoke smell was nonexistent inside the store . Secondly prices are way way to expensive for that area .! And third and most importantly food is not good . Should have listened to my nose in the beginning when I entered the door . But I didn't should have taken family somewhere else but again I didn't. Now am I prejudice? No I went incognito like a good spy would. I'm a 3 time winner of smoked brisket and barbecue cook offs around Louisiana Texas and southern Arkansas they had no idea of that I paid the high prices like all the rest Word of advice to dickeys slow your cooking down. Take those well trimmed briskets off the smoker 30-40 minutes sooner leave them to baste in their on juices. Stop buying okra from store already breaded . How ever you macaroni and cheese was good . If your gonna make in a small community don't fake it .. if you need a real barbecue and meat smoker. Look me up .. very very disappointed . Next time I'll trust my instincts . Don't waste y'all's time you've been warned by a friend's advise . Kinda ruined a good day so thanks but nooo thanks !!

    A few things upset me tonight. There were 7 of us 4 children. I sat down and found something…read moresticky in the side of my chair, I asked the waitress to bring me a wet cloth so I could clean it off and then went to the restroom to wash my hands. When I came back my husband was cleaning the chair and told me she had brought a dry cloth and he had to use the water out of the glass to wet it. Not the way it should be. Then later I closed my legs and got my pants dirty from under the table edge. What ever was on the chair was there as well. I cleaned it up and then told her when she came back by that they should take care to make sure the underside of the table was clean in the future. Her response was that they were going to do a deep cleaning on Sunday... don't help me tonight.... The ac was leaking on to the floor and we told someone else about that but nothing was done, if someone was to fall that would be a real liability. Then we needed 2 more soft drinks and she hadn't been around for awhile so my granddaughter tried to find her but couldn't so someone else brought them to us. When we received the bill I got upset about the 18% gratuity that was automatically added and wrote a note on the bill. The waitress came back and corrected me that it was only 18% not the 20% I wrote on the bill. When I tried to explain that a tip should be based on the level of service not the number of people at the table and as such there is no incentive to give good service. She just kept arguing that the computer added it and I told I didn't care that it was automatically added. I could not make her understand that she could have done more when I commented on the table and chair being dirty. I asked to speak to the manager. A guy came over and I went through it all over again and got the same response. I was getting upset so he said I'm going to get my supervisor... to which I said I thought you were the manager and he said I'm not going to talk to you anymore I'm going to get my supervisor. I told him to forget about it and walked out because I didn't want to make a seen, I was that upset. I have 15 years experience in restaurant service including management and I have very little patience when it comes to less than good service and even less when it comes to arguing with the customer. Many things could have been done differently tonight that would have made the over $200 bill not be an issue.... Better training and leave the tip as a reward for superior service not the number of people at the table.
