Went here at about 4pm and the first server was fantastic, however, the second server just seemed like he didn't want to be there. I've never been to a place where the kitchen closes at 5:30. That in itself is irritating, however, on top of not checking on us more than maybe twice they also proceeded to check us completely out 15 minutes before our hour was up after just asking if we wanted to use the card on file. We had a gift card to use, but couldn't use it due to the server not specifying he was checking us out. In short just make sure your servers actually want to be there. I am a long time golfer but certainly no pro, and I naively viewed Top Golf as a glorified driving range. Boy was I wrong. WHAT. A. BLAST!!! Came here with my grown (21+) kids and it was awesome. This is a driving range, but this has shot tracers and tons of games that you can play with up to 6 people per bay. The rentals are per bay and it's the same price if 1 or up to 6. The range is all under roof and they have heaters and fans, so while you are kind of outside, you'll be comfortable nearly any time of the year. The games can be simple where you are just shooting for specific colored targets at various ranges (about 30 to 185 yards for most), or you can play highly animated games such as Angry Birds where your shot knocks down virtual structures. It is absolutely a ton of fun and really helps open the age range and skill lever required to have a great time. No matter if you're a pro or have only picked up a club a time or two, you'll have fun here. I'd say if you are capable of just hitting the ball 50 yards you can have a good time. (30 yards is the minimum for the tracking system). The service here was excellent and inside that 5 stars all day. I would also rate the value and the golfing fun 5 stars. The food was good and everything was hot, fresh and tasty, but it's not the cheapest. For the value on the food I'd rate it 4 to 4.5 stars but overall, very good. We had the wings, nachos, flat bread, pretzel bites and burgers. Everything we tried was good. The place is new so everything is clean and they have a great selection of wearables too and I picked myself up a nice light jacket. You should note that early times like 10am are cheaper per hour than say at 1pm or 6pm. You will also see deals during the week versus the weekends. Overall, my only complaint was that we only booked 2 hours and I could have seen us spending 3 or 4 hours here. Looking forward to coming back soon with my wife and some friends. Enjoy! read more

Played Angry Birds with my kids. It was Great! Service was excellent (thank you Maddy). We had an Excellent time! Highly recommended.

The food took more than an hour. It is a nice place though. Very fun to go to just low.

Good use of time and money make my long awaited return to the links, and able to do it at the best possible option to not have to worry about embarrassing myself in the process. I went by myself while I was in town for work and had been referred by work colleagues (not to mention I'd been starring at a full frame view of the place- lit up, every night from my hotel room window at The Marriott). A lot of games to choose from and the food was much better than I expected. My waitresses name was Kaylee I think? Or something with a "K". She immediately offered to help me set the user screen you choose the various options from and was able to answer all my questions. Then she actually went out of her way to get me 2 gloves to try on and choose from via the (pro shop?) area where they sold them at the entrance- since the hour I paid for had already begun; insuring I wouldn't miss a second of golfing, or leave with horrible blisters. She was then able to just add the glove I chose to purchase to my bill/tab. I couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive server to provide me with the best experience possible, at what turned out to be a very fun and worthwhile last night in Lafayette. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for Topgolf locations wherever I go, and needless to say I immediately checked to make sure they had them where I live in SoCal. read more

Lexie was our server and she was so great she had an awesome attitude and because it was our first time she gave us a thorough explanation and some good recommendations for the most fun game! The service was really good and the drinks were on point. The actual time playing golf was a blast. My only issue is it took so long to enter each person into the system that we lost a bunch of play time. I get it, you want to send us junk mail, but having all 12 of us enter a first and last name, an email address and home address took us forever since we all had to do it on the same two devices. Why do you need all of that for all of us? it took up at least 20 minutes of our play time and made everyone anxious and a little annoyed. There has to be a better way. Food was mediocre and definitely corporate choices. The "flatbread" was a frozen pizza type item. The nachos had a weird green sauce and overly spicy jalapeño on each bite so we didn't even mind how small the dish was because no one ate it. The caso dip was cold and so thick the chips couldn't get through without breaking. The chicken wings were delicious and I can highly recommend those. The one item that outshined all others would be the donut holes. They are a must have. The blond female manager and the long haired (brunette) who waited on us upstairs were exceptional. Would I go back? No, but I may swing in to grab those donuts holes to go! read more
