Giving all restaurants the benefit of the doubt regarding understaffing, training issues etc, etc. We have been to this establishment 3 separate times and it's been an upsetting experience every time. Starting with the host who looks like he got out of bed and showed up to work against his will, server couldn't decide if she wanted to take our table or not and food quality at some fast food restaurants are far better than what Chili's had served us. We visited the bar around 3pm on a Monday afternoon. It wasn't too many people at 1st but it got a little crowded the closer it got to 4p. The bartender was BEYOND BUSY. He was working the entire bar area including the tables. Food was alright, lack luster. We ordered sizzling fajitas that weren't sizzling & a burger order medium that arrived well done so that about sums that up. Oh! Service could've been better had he had help from the other women who was on her phone most of the time. He repeatedly forgot things that we asked for but I understand. We were sat around 6:00 pm, and our waiter came to our table and said " what do y'all want to drink and to eat" with an attitude as if he dint want to be there. He took our order, came with the drinks right away and then came back 20 minutes later and he brought us toppings for a fajita plate, which we did not order. As we were waiting for our food there was many people who left because they weren't being seated. They are very understaffed after waiting for an hour for our food. We decided to leave. My husband had to wait inside the restaurant for 20 minutes just to let someone know that we were leaving, we ended up leaving at 7:20pm . I thought I was at Texas Road house BUT instead of PEANUTS it was trash, dish towels, utensils and everything else you can think of on the floor with pictures to prove it. Wait time was horrible! People literally had to seat themselves because the hostess was overran by extreme dirty tables due to piss poor management. Our waiter was sweet but he messed up our order, you would think that if I have two kids he would bring two orders but he didn't which caused us to wait even longer for my sons plate. Once again Chili's doesn't fail me in my time of need. I open the door with baited breath eyes bleary from the weather and the drive. " Welcome to Chili's!"...took us a minute then we got seated. Our drinks were taken quickly and then the bottom fell out. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to remember us. She straight up forgot we exsisted. I ordered the chicken crispers (also known as chicken tumors) and had my fries upgraded to the Texas cheese fries. We also ordered chips and salsa with our food that took a while to come out. Should have come out within minutes of ordering them imo. The chips were cold as well. Salsa here always tastes strongly of vinegar. My wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Imo they are super greasy. My food came out 20 minutes later and it was straight up nasty. Waitress never refilled the drinks. Don't waste time or money here. read more

Me and my fiancé were running errands and we're starving and decided to stop at this Chili's. There was no one at the front to seat us and when we finally saw someone they just looked at us and walked around , it wasn't until 10 minutes they decided to seat us .it looked like there was no one working there . I ordered a three for 10 my waitress was horrible not attentive whatsoever my chicken tenders looked raw had to send them back my loaded baked potato soup tasted like powder , I sent both back . We went to Chili's for a nice meal with the family and they said that the wait time was around 20-40 minutes even though the restaurant was almost empty. They were worrying about the takeout orders more than they were with the dine ins and that's why they didn't have people available. They need to figure out how to make their staff be more organized between dine in and takeout and give equal priority to them. read more

Bad Experience On Friday December 20,2019 My family and I went to our local chilis for dinner. Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted by the host that looked very unprofessional wearing his had facing backwards. After about 15 minutes of waiting without being greeted and observing multiple open tables. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager named David came up and assisted us in getting a table. David came by multiple times during out meal to check on us, I let David know that our order was wrong . My food came out room temperature and overcooked, we also ordered and just bacon burger without pickle, tomato, and onion but the burger had everything on it, and we also ordered a chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich with mushrooms. the sandwich came out with no avocado and no mushrooms. David brought out the avocado on the side after were done eating. The experience was absolutely horrible and nothing was done to make it better. To top it all off the they had to figure out what happened to our bill when we were ready to pay and once they figured that out I did not receive a copy of my receipt to look at or to retain for my records. this is not how a restaurant should run. Went here to celebrate a pre-mother's day with my mom and siblings. Food was great but service was awful. Only saw my waitress a total of two times. Once to take our orders and once to give us our food. The hostess was more of our waitress than our server herself. My family would try to get our server or any servers attention, but we couldn't even find the three servers. Would highly recommend any other location nearby. Don't waste your time. read more

The place was half empty and we stood waiting for a hostess for too long I thought and finally what looked like a manager came out to seat us. Everyone and their mama has been to chili's. Some are better than others...this one is definitely on the bottom of the chili's list. The only reason I've been here so many times is the location...it's down the street from my office and my son's school. There's the menu favorites that always taste great, and that consistency is appreciated, however the water is consistently gross. Pretty much every drink I've ordered is. I wonder if they've ever cleaned their ice machine or fountain drink thingy. They always taste like either soap, mildew, or flat sweet soda. Yuck. The restroom is pretty gross too, with dust and hair balls in every corner. I'm afraid to see what the kitchen looks like. An hour later when we finally got our food..: they forgot the beer, messed up on one of the entrees, as well as the appetizer (we asked for no bacon), and the food was cold. Not warm. Cold. They brought the appetizer back to the kitchen and brought back a second one that also had bacon on it, 20 minutes later... We ended up getting the appetizer when we were ready to leave. We weren't greeted when we walked into the door. We were never asked how many of us there was or if we needed a table. We had to go in search of the hostess to let them know we were waiting. We waited at the bar which was the only nice encounter we had. The bartender was nice and friendly and quickly served us. Once we we seated however, the service was slow, even though the restaurant was not that busy and had about 5 servers in our area. I was never asked if i needed another drink by our waiter. Another waiter asked if i needed a drink but still was never brought to me. My fiancé had to go up to the bar to ask for a coke. An employee that was about to leave work dropped of the coke. That being said, without a doubt, this was the worst margherita flatbread I've ever had from Chili's. It was burnt to a crisp, the toppings where completely uneven, and the whole thing tasted stale. I took my mum two Saturdays ago to have a early dinner. Maybe that was the reason why the hostess took several minutes to show up and take us to our table. Aside from that, the service from our waitress was pretty good (I have to give her extra-credit since she was pregnant and even so, our orders came out pretty fast, she was attentive with the drinks and taking our orders too.) My mum had the Cajun Pasta with Shrimp and she loved it! I had my regular order of Buffalo Wings and we had half of the Texas Chili Fries. All our dishes were pretty good, though the portions are well-sized and we did take to go boxes. Many people would love to disrespect chain restaurants, but at least you know what to expect, there some standards you can look forward to. read more
