My experience at my nearby Chili's was a good experience. The food was nice, the waitress was very friendly and nice as well, and other employees occasionally checked on me and my family to see if we needed anything else. But the food does come in large sizes, so i couldn't eat all of it at the restaurant, but it was all still great. read more

The staff seemed a bit rude they didn't seem welcoming and that made the ambiance feel uncomfortable and we didn't get our refills until after we had already finished eating even though it wasn't busy. I'm not sure if the first person who attended us was the manager but she wasn't nice. I won't be coming back! read more

I came with my friend to the Fall Creek Chili's Restaurant in Humble. This was my first time and his 2nd time. He had a different experience than me. Because he was in wheelchair, one employee came to help us at the door as we walked in. Then, the wait staff was very cordial. He felt good and let the manager know about the improvement they provided. Awww so nice. Here comes the food. He ordered Radical Rita and Triple Dipper. I didn't think he liked the drink, he barely touched it. I hate to ask people about their food at a restaurant. He took the leftover home. I guess he liked the food. For me, I regretted that I ordered Cajun Pasta. The Alfredo sauce was so thick. It made the pasta tasted like Mac N Cheese. The seasoning was not mixed well with the rest of dish. Grilled chicken was ok. Oh. That giant piece of dry toast ruined the pasta because it was cold. Plus, it covered half of my dish. I remember Chili's restaurants back in my military days. It was a treat to go off post to enjoy meals with friends. I've seen commercials about Chili's and free meals on Veterans Day. I don't know why I have never gone back. read more

Go get em, they are good but remember too much of something is not good! I ordered six but could not finish them and should've just ordered three I think I still have three in the fridge. lol On my visit today, I really had a taste for those southwest egg rolls, but they ended up putting the wrong item in my trio as burgers but but it's OK. I will doublecheck next time. Overall, they give you a lot of food however it is a little salty so I wasn't really able to finish anything. The salt taste was just too strong, but I understand because it is processed food. The chicken tender was so big that I was only able to eat one and a half, and I ate some of the macaroni and cheese, which was not the best macaroni but it's something to eat. I love their honey mustard. I would choose that over the ranch any day. I tried the buffalo sauce. It was more like a buffalo ranch sauce, but it was a little salty also so I guess I will graduate to something baked on their menu to change up the pace. read more

The smash burger is delicious its the service in the Togo area that needs improvement. I went say and ordered the smash burger togo and I requested all my condiments o. The side. And the young lady who took my oder asked for my phone number and said I would recieve a text when my oder was ready, well 30min passed and no text so I went in there and my food had been ready just sitting there. Service is horrible, food is terribly overpriced for what they give you , wait time is highly ridicules for the employee to customer ratio, and no doubt your server will forget at least one item for your table and still expect a 20% tip. And that's just for dinning in! To go service will somehow take 3x longer and since they aren't catering to you , you best believe your experience will be even worse. Not a good experience. Our server was not attentive at all and we had to flag her down for everything. We got our drinks and chips with salsa but she never came back with the wife's beer. Had to flag her down and ask where it was. She went over to the bar entered it into the POS and we watched the bartender get the order then pour the beer. The beer was gross.....almoat sour and tasted like the lines have never been cleaned. The kids and wife food came out then I waited more about 10 mins before mine came out. Why can't you bring it out together. Had to flag her down to get my water refilled. We all finished our food waiting for her to bring the bill....again had to flag her down. I hate that we have to use that computer on the table and I can't get a paper receipt...I'm not putting my email in there to get spam email from chilis. Won't be back. read more

absolutely won't be going back. went here last month with my grandma , our server was some short white girl with blonde hair. my grandma ordered a cheese burger, while i asked for the veggie santa fe burger. when i received my food it had a beef patty instead of a veggie patty. i had them return it and that's when they finally got it right. we went there again tonight and had the same server, when we were sat down , there was no silverware or napkins on the table. we got our drinks and didn't get straws until almost 10 mins later. i told the girl that was our server i wanted the VEGGIE SANTA FE BURGER WITH NO RED ONIONS, while my grandma got another cheeseburger. she had already sent the order in before we even came to a consensus on what we wanted to order... my grandmothers food came out just as she asked for it, however my food came out as just a veggie patty on a damn bun. how is this your second time getting MY order incorrect ?? she came over like " you said the veggie santa fe ? I failed to look at the reviews prior to ordering. Reviews say it all. I called in to order due to the app not working properly & got poor customer service by Solamon. Attitude, unfriendly tone, & frustration throughout the phone call. Should of been my sign to hang up. Food order got billed incorrectly & made sloppy with missing items. Crazy part he read the exact order back to me. . Overall the restaurant bottom line comes from poor management. An employee who has no self-control of their emotions and can't use good judgement when speaking to customers should be in the back washing dishes instead because it's obvious he's just there for a paycheck. Horrible service for curbside to go! I ordered my food online to make it faster and ended it up worst. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:41pm and no one ever came outside with my order. At 9:56 I went in and told them where was my order and my order was on their bins the whole time smh .... I told the guy why he never took my order out and he's like I'm sorry ma'am I didn't see the order come through and then I asked for silverware because he had only given me 2 and I had 4 plates and he just took a bunch and threw them in my bag. This will be the first and last time I come to this location. My overall experience was horrible and came home to almost cold food . We came on a Saturday night, a group of 5 of us and a child and we were seated right away. I think more of it now they want you to do stuff on the kiosk at the table which was nice for rewards etc. We were helped quickly and got things moving along. I tried their new black bean Pattie's instead of beef for the sliders and it was really good! They have a lot of different options that are all super tasty. We had excellent service tonight! Kendra was super upbeat and attentive. I was part of a large party (12). I know large parties are harder for servers. But she made it look easy. Don't expect even on-par service. If you want better food and service, there's a gas station with a convenience store about 800 ft away that's worth your money.
