Wow. Had a hot meal at Hinesville Chilli's. My server Brittany was so attentive and kind. Had great meal suggestions and let me know that I could add to or modify my food choice. My appetizer to my main meal was given a timely manner My drink refills were quick; didn't have ask for my server placed on table. Brittany thank you for great service and making me feel valued as a customer here in Hinesville this afternoon. It was a good welcoming atmosphere to dine inside. Thanks. read more

Had a great lunchtime visit to this Chili's today. The middling star average for Yelp reviews gave us some pause before going in, but we had a great experience. Extremely quick and professional service; our burger, fries, salad, and drink came quickly and just like we'd ordered. No complaints! read more

Awesome Chilis experience - actually currently enjoying it. The food good, beer cold and the servers are all helping each other. Very pleasant experience! read more

We were told 15 minute wait for a table. At the 25 minute mark we asked how much longer and were told 10 minutes. Finally got to our table, ordered our beverages and a Queso Beef dip appetizer. What we got was more like little meatballs and runny sauce poured out of spaghetti-o's can (minus the noodles). Took about 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive. I ordered my steak Medium, but got a very well done steak and dried out asparagus. Sent it back for a replacement. After waiting another 15 minutes , I told our waitress to forget it, I'll make a sandwich at home. Both my sons had their food, finished it and were eating desert while I was still waiting on my food! So over an hour and never ate dinner! The mngr came over and offered to remove the $10 desert, but that doesn't account for me having to go home and make something to eat! He should've taken off another entree to help make up for this absolute disaster! On top of that, paying at the table has the tip amounts completely wrong. They are ripping people off!!! My bill was $52.82 after tax, the on-screen options were 15-25%. I clicked 20%, and saw tip amount of $16.99!! I'm not a math whiz, but I knew that was far beyond 20%! 20% is just over $10, so I clicked the 15% option on-screen (which was still over at $12.50)!! Watch what you're being charged, these places will rip you off!!!! I will never go back to a chili's restaurant!!! read more

We always enjoy the wide variety of food choices at Chili's, and today was no different. We were not real hungry, so we ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer with mozzarella sticks, burger bites, and Chipotle chicken crispers, and split it between us. We wanted something sweet, so we ended with the Skillet Chocolate Cookie. Our server was great. I would have given it 5 stars, but $40 bucks for an appetizer and dessert is TOO MUCH. read more

First thing first my fajitas came out soggy steak undercooked, but then notice a hair on the very hard and old pre-sliced chicken to use. They did replace the plate but when it came out, the chicken was so hard on the edges that I could not chew it so I ate around it leaving mostly what was left on the plate in the picture as what was left because it was not very good.. read more

So the Queso taste like cream of chicken with jalapeños, even the texture is off. To top it off that's what they use for new steak sandwiches. The actual steak sandwich itself is good, but I would highly recommend using regular cheese. The amt of salt in the cheese was crazy. The Mac and cheese was bland and needed more salt. The chips and salsa was really good. The service was fantastic, it's not their fault your quality in ingredients suck. Except for the actual meat in the steak was good. read more

Stopped by today after the lunch's rush hour to have a quick meal with my son. We came in masked and asked to be seated outside. Naturally, we assumed that outside seating was ok because we saw three dirty tables. The hostess asked for a moment, walked away to speak with a couple of waitresses. She came back and said that outside seating was available but no one wanted to serve us out there. I politely thanked her and we left.. I'm not one for scenes and I'm pretty sure I could have forced the issue by asking for a manager, blah blah blah. But why should I have to beg an establishment to actually do their jobs and in turn take my money? read more

What can I say......They don't make them like they use to. The staff was courteous, however some of our food was not well prepared in my opinion. You can't go wrong ordering the Southwestern Egg Rolls. They were delicious as always. but this is not the place you want to order a good steak from. It was underprepared and the broccoli was cold and seemed to still be raw. I'm sure the staff would have replaced the steak and broccoli if my guest would have complained but they chose not to. I believe it is our duty as consumers to hold establishments responsible for the services they provide. With that said, please let your feelings be know whenever you have anything less than awesome service. This is why we Yelp, right? So, stay Yelping my friends! read more

The service from miss April was beyond expected She truly k owe how to understand her customers need and want before they do and she knows the menu very well offering great suggestions to an unsure customer.the cook in the back was great providing food that beat our expectations. The manager Brendan has made a great team an provides a great and pleasant atmosphere for all the guests as we where surrounded by happy guests laughing and enjoying themselves definitely recommend and we will be back regularly!!! read more

To go order was accurate and fast. Friendly nice ladies all had smiles. Food was good

In town for a few days from NJ for the Thanksgiving holiday with family. Was looking for a local bar to call my own for my visit but Hinesville is woefully short on nice places to hang out. Chili's is the closest thing to a good sports bar here. Downside...it's Chili's...upside....a lot of really nice locals frequent the bar and it's a relatively inexpensive safe spot to relax and have a couple of beers. Day Bartender Kenya is a wonderful host and the staff seems happy and ready to make your stay amazing. I haven't found better here in Hinesville! read more

Food is always good never had an issue just don't get the mash potatoes or the Mac and cheese and your good . Chipotle honey chicken crispers are always chefs kiss. Along-some with the delicious street corn. The service depends on the server of course. I went today they were slow but the lady was amazing, super sweet and had everything come out good, fast, and hot ! She was even smiling with my baby which was my favorite part ! Will definitely be looking for her when I come back I wish I got to ketch a name . After my meal I had the lava cake and all my problems melted away ! Absolutely amazing and the small one is just perfect for a mother and her child . Ambiance is great never had any issues, awesome place to come to when your in hinesville ! If I could rate this place a zero I would. In fact it was closed down for a day or two a few weeks ago by the health department for UNCLEANLINESS. The manager Jamal, has no idea how to serve his customers. This became evident when we asked to speak to him regarding our bill and terrible service and he took 43 minutes to even make it over to our table. This place should be SHUT DOWN. You've been warned. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. Both of our steaks were overcooked and cold. Our sides were ice-cold, mine were unsalted hers were way too salty. I had to spit out my uncooked shrimp. I'd give this place a 1 if not for the waitress. She did her job well. read more

This was our first and last time eating at this Chili's. The food was alright and our waitress was great but there was an issue with roaches. After we got our food we had a roach crawl on our table, my husband killed it and then we showed to the waitress, so she took the roach and left for about 10 minutes. Once she came back she said "we deducted the price of most of your food" but once we looked at the ticket only $5 was taken off. read more

Very upset with the service we received considering the restaurant is at half capacity with patrons and our waitress wouldn't come to our table very often and we had to wait a couple of times on her to come back to our table. There was also a roach crawling on the wall behind us and my husband crushed it with a napkin and showed the manager and the manager acted like it happens all the time and that they had just had the place fumigated. We also told the waitress we would order a dessert and after a long wait she came back with the bill without asking what dessert we wanted, so we just paid the bill and left a tip. Won't be returning to this location until their health code is an A and they get their roach problem to be non existent. read more

Stopped in for dinner while visiting my brother. We were seated immediately and the server was nice but not too attentive. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my brother had the cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was delicious as were the onions and peppers. The side platter with the sour cream and cheese looked like it was barely enough for one fajita. I didn't want to ask for more as it would have taken way too long to get to the table. My brother said the pasta was good but incredibly salty. The waitress came to our table twice and saw the finished plates and would not clear them. Didn't care for that. Nothing special. read more

We go on Tuesday's for the Oldtimer Burger special for $5.99 and they have other great specials during the week. Specials are listed on the back of the menu. We had Amber as our server and she did an excellent job. She came back to our table to make sure our burgers we cooked as we ordered them. I always like my burgers cooked medium.
