My iPhone 5 disappeared from the table I sat for dinner and drinks with good friends in Chilis San Patricio, Puerto Rico. I made the mistake of forgetting my iPhone 5 under a napkin after a confusion with my bill. When I went downstairs and was in the parking lot I realized I had left it. When I went back to claim for it the table had been cleaned and cleared. Nobody in Chili's knew or helped me. Nobody tried calling my iphone5, the manager seemed in a rush since he barely even looked at me. I am certain that it was an employee. I was told by management the following day I had to wait for them to investigate and see the "security cameras". You know what the security cameras captured? NOTHING because the cameras didn't see the table where I was sitting. You know what I was told today June 19 through inbox? That since the cameras didn't show the table they had no evidence it was an employee. I am convinced due to the fact that there were hardly customers in the area and that it was UNDER a napkin. They did not care. Their indifference was shocking. You would expect that they would say, as a valuable customer and the quality service we provide ; we apologize for all the inconvenience you have been through, we know you returned immediately to the table and that only employees where in the area, we want to keep you as a happy customer and for that reason we will compensate you with another iPhone 5 though we know the info and pics in your phone were priceless.THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE after keeping me more then a month waiting for them to investigate. What would you do if you knew, it was an employee who stole your iPhone but because the security cameras didn't capture the table, the restaurant does nothing, or the manager, or the coordinator, or the area director from Chilis Puerto Rico . What would you do? read more
