But I would say they have improved so much I will start coming here weekly. The food has been super fresh which is amazing, my waiter TONY had been so amazing, he is very interactive, fast, fun and just the coolest guy at the establishment. I ordered the triple dipper which consisted of Nashville Hot Mozz, bone-in honey chipotle wings, and the Nashville Hot Chicken crispers. Everything was delicious except the Nashville chicken crisper, which was rubbery in the middle. The service was quick and on point. I sat at the bar & enjoyed 2 lemon drops, which were thirst-quenching. The bartender was on point. He really didn't disappoint, not once. The food was thrown in the box not separated at all. Sauce from my chicken crispers got all over the other items. This caused them to be soggy and sticky. Extra time could have been taken to but the sauced chicken crispers in foil or parchment paper to prevent the sauce from getting all over. I know this location has had a reputation of being slow and "not so good" service and food, but I do have to say, the last 2 times I have eaten here it has gotten a lot better. The classic ribeye is actually very good for the price of $24. It was cooked just like I had asked for and the flavor was amazing. This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever walked into. We arrived 30 minutes after they opened, and you are first hit with an obnoxious odor(11/23/22). By the time we were seated at the table I realized it was from the filth. There was so much food and dirt on the floor, and the floors were so grimy feeling as you walked. The POS system at the table was filled with dirt and crumbs and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. I snapped a few photos before we left to send to corporate. I wish I could say whether the food was good here or not. Unfortunately, I can't. My husband and 2 girls came in around 4:00. We get seating right away. The waitress sees us, tells us I'll be right with you. We wait about 10 min she walks by and says I'll be right back. We wait another 10 min and she says let me take these back and I'll be with you. It's now 4:36 and we just walked out. This waitress was helping people all around her. Maybe 3 other tables. For some reason we just weren't a priority for her. I was in the area for an almost 2 week business trip. Our Host's preferred Hotel was the nearby Hampton Inn, which provided a variety of chain restaurants for our dining "pleasure". We were often too busy or tired to go further down the road and at the end of a long day, these places were good enough. This part of the I-10 Corridor seems to have a server shortage, as evidenced here by cordoned off sections of the restaurant. Our waitress mentioned that she had started only a few days prior, and was eager to please. However, we didn't see her that much as she got pulled away a lot. Business trips can often involve a lot of food and not always the most nutritious kind. Hence, I went for the salad, even though that choice isn't always the most healthy. For me and the rest of our group, the food was decent and came out with decent speed.
