Frankly the burgers and service here are way better than most independently owned local restaurants. Very attentive servers. Big portions. And reasonable prices. Worst chili's to go to, I ordered Texas cheese fries and the cheese and fries were literally so burnt that the bacon wouldn't even stick & I had to scrape each fry up with my fork.. I got a blackberry iced tea, it was so watered down it tasted almost like water.. We ordered a simple chicken sandwich and a salad online at 6:15pm and received confirmation at 6:17pm stating that the order would be ready for pick up at 6:44pm. It's now 7:25pm and after being told at 6:55pm the orders just about done, we're finally told that the order was overlooked and is now being made. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there as a family hoping for a nice dinner. The hostess was extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for a booth she said we only have one waiter so there's only a table available in the bar side. The one thing that made me really mad was that we had our baby in the car seat and when I asked for a booth she said there's four of you and where are you going to put that pointing at the car seat. Decided to visit today because of the Monday $5 boneless chicken and $3 domestic draft specials. First off, was told politely the special only applies when the game is on. Nowhere on their literature (on table) or email I received was this specified. Ok, then I looked over their new menu and saw they revamped the fajitas offering.
