I went to Chili's last night with my daughter and son and our experience was excellent! I regretfully didn't catch our Server's name but she was very sweet. We ordered the chips and salsa and triple Dipper for our appetizers(burger bites, mozzarella sticks and bbq boneless wings). All delicious! I had the burger that is like a big Mac but could only eat a quarter of it. My son had Alex's burger and my daughter had the chicken crispers. Worst chili's to go to, I ordered Texas cheese fries and the cheese and fries were literally so burnt that the bacon wouldn't even stick & I had to scrape each fry up with my fork.. I got a blackberry iced tea, it was so watered down it tasted almost like water.. But my daughter's meal was a total fiasco! She had Cajun Chicken pasta with a Caesar salad and raspberry tea. Her salad cheddar cheese which is wrong and her tomato's tasted like bacon. We ordered a simple chicken sandwich and a salad online at 6:15pm and received confirmation at 6:17pm stating that the order would be ready for pick up at 6:44pm. It's now 7:25pm and after being told at 6:55pm the orders just about done, we're finally told that the order was overlooked and is now being made. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there as a family hoping for a nice dinner. The hostess was extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for a booth she said we only have one waiter so there's only a table available in the bar side. The one thing that made me really mad was that we had our baby in the car seat and when I asked for a booth she said there's four of you and where are you going to put that pointing at the car seat. Decided to visit today because of the Monday $5 boneless chicken and $3 domestic draft specials. First off, was told politely the special only applies when the game is on. Nowhere on their literature (on table) or email I received was this specified. Ok, then I looked over their new menu and saw they revamped the fajitas offering. They use to have pork and prime rib choices, not anymore. Well I tried their beef and chicken combo and was disappointed. Flavor was lacking and the beef was a little tough.
