Chili's is our place for take out. Great service for take out. Friendly and fast server. Give them a call and they will have it ready, just pull your car into the reserved parking space, and they bring the food to you. My sons absolute favorite place for ribs! My review is based on take out service only. read more

The food was decent. The waiter smelled of cigarette smoke. Five people at a rectangle six-top and would have preferred a round table. Non-existent. read more

Have to say I was quite pleased with the service and food at this location. Good waitress sat us, hit us drinks quick- the tropical margarita was really good! Had a quesadilla salad and a special- 2 for $8 enchilada and taco and it was really tasty. Not too loud, excellent service, and great food quality. I'll be back to this location. read more

The food was exquisite. Wet loved getting to taste such a variety of small plates, and each one was executed perfectly and with thought. This place is simply impeccable. As they say I WANT MY BABY BACK BABY BACK BABY BACK!!!!!!! read more

Hadn't been to this location before. Needed something good and quick. Decided to try it out. Had a cool waitress, Felicia. She was attentive and kind. Food came out incredibly fast. read more

Truthfully speaking, this is the least Chili's i like among other locations. Came pretty late, sat down quickly and the waiter took our order right away. The sirloin steak with grill avocado is pretty good as well as their fiery hot boneless wings. The salmon wasn't bad as well. Service is just below par, waiter barely came to refill water. He came when we finish and asked if we care for any dessert, and then he came with the check. I'd rather visit other Chili's if we have other choices. read more

Love this place!!! Very friendly staff. Great food. Best Chili's around. If you get a chance- try a margarita

My friends and I decided to go to Chilis in Cumming and the bartender Masaki was there and I haven't been back in a long time due to work and when I sat down, there he was with my drink ! He had remembered after all this time ! He had that smile on his face and was very very pleasant ! Thank you again! What a great bartender ! Michelle So today is 4/4/18 went into Chili's to have a beer after work and Masaki was there and he remembered me after not seeing me for awhile (due to a job change for me) !! He knew right away my drink choice !! He is the best bartender! He is kind, smart and funny ! He's the best !! Please go and see him !! read more

They did a amazing job when we was there to surprise our brother for dinner. Thank you so much

The young lady at the host stand was absolutely phenomenal! Great quick service, outstanding manners, very pleasant. She was quick to answer questions and help when needed. She got me and my wife extra silverware when our son dropped his. Overall she was a 10/10. Definitely deserves raise!!! Will certainly be coming back!!!! read more

We've eaten at this location on numerous occasions and have ordered take out as well. Typically the food has been very good and as expected. Always good service too. This evening, we ordered through Door Dash and our ordered arrived in a timely manner. However, the quality of our food was subpar. The burger was cold and dry, fries were soggy, salads were wilty and overloaded with jalapeños. The cheese quesadillas that came with the salads were cold and hard, as if they had been sitting for hours. Disappointing experience. read more

I ate in chili'$ restaurant and it sucks . Food came cold waiting 45min to 1 hour. My date had 1/2 rack of ribs and I had faijaits I had double portion of loaded potato and she had loaded potato????sides are cold WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHILI'S TO ANYONE... paul read more

Took about 30 minutes to get our food. The food was presented well and the staff was very nice.

This was probably the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. When we were seated we waited 15 minutes before our waitress took our drink orders. When she returned to the table, she gave one of us a Pale Ale rather than the ordered IPA. In addition she discovered their was no chocolate mile, so she suggested the cherry Coke instead...really. Next she took the order. We waited between 35 and 40 minutes for the meal to arrive. The fish tacos were under cooked. The boneless wings were hard and cold. The only things that were good were the man n cheese and the mashed potatoes. Even the French fries were cold. As we were eating the waitress did come by the table and say she was normally at 10 but today she was a 7 because it was crazy in the restaurant. Personally I would give her a 4. It would really be hard for me to ever frequent this restaurant again. read more

Very slow food delivery. Waiter was prompt with drinks and order taking but took almost half an hour to get three burgers delivered. The waiter did a quick fly by to drop off refills but never mentioned checking on or hurrying up the kitchen. Was just about to cancel the order and leave when it arrived. The burgers greasy but over all OK flavor. read more

I've been coming to the Chilis in Cumming for years now and absolutely love the place. They always treat us like we are family and even when a party of 25 or more show up at 10:30 at night after a show they are welcoming and accommodating. (We call ahead of course to give them a heads up!) Harley, one of the bartenders, and the new manager, Aaron, are fantastic. The servers are patient and kind and even though they are short on staff sometimes they never fail to provide the best service. Food and drinks are always great too. We were there last night and Derek was a fantastic server. Thanks to all for being so accommodating. read more

This location is always filthy and I won't be going back after last visit. The guy who seated us spent at least 5 minutes wiping his nose with the back of his hand before seating us. This is the first person you see when you walk in; if they don't care that he's doing that I don't even want to imagine what's going on in the kicthen that we can't see. Normally I like Chili's but this particular location is just dirty and not managed well. read more

Five stars to Audrey who works in the bar area. Very sweet and polite young lady who always greets you with a smile. It's nice to come in for a bite to eat after shopping and have great customer service. Every single piece of food that was brought out was nice, hot, and fresh. Did I forget to mention with perfect timing. The $5 monthly drink she recommended and made herself was perfect. From beginning to end she never missed a beat this young lady definitely needs a raise. read more

Went somewhat late and maybe this was a little bit of the problem, but slow service, disgraced server/bartender. Seemed more focused on chatting with dude than taking care of me and my fellow worker. Props to the chef though- had a burger and a salad- super good and great portions. The cheese curds were on point- good portion and tasted great! The salad was big enough I took some with me. The Texas lemonade while good is overpriced at 7.50, would not order again- wasn't that good and was too high priced. read more

Notice the trend lately? I have eaten here for years... last week... Was given the wrong food for one person. No one to talk to when discovered . Ate it. After our food was dropped without time to talk, went scavenging for : - Napkins, had none. - Ketchup, had none - Filled our water from a pitcher I found. Waiter explained he was sorry he was busy preparing for shift change ( It was 4:20 when he said that). Watched the manager looking guy smoke outside while waiting for the bill. Then waiting for the check. Same waiter, I guess he was preparing for shift change at 5. read more

Won't be returning. Wish we'd read the previous reviews. Seated us quickly on a Sunday a bit after noon. The table was filthy - the 4 other empty tables around us were just as dirty (food crumbs) and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Appetizer arrived with the meal. Baked loaded fries, kids pizza, chicken crisspers were all over cooked and appeared as though they had been sitting under heat lamps for some time. The celery sticks all had brown rotten ends. 1 of the orders was wrong - wrong style crispers. The server worked hard and maintained a great attitude - enough for me get past my personal prejudice against being served food by people with multiple facial jewelry. read more

Don't come here on Cinco de Drink-O. They were under staffed. Had to call management in. Server was crying the whole time. It was a mess. Love the margs, those helped my nerves :) read more

It is a Chili's. Of all the Chili's I have been to, this one is absolutely no different than the others. Food is served, as well as drink. The chili pepper itself is somewhat absent from the menu, save for iconographical status. The baby back ribs are delicious, and you will find yourself singing that d*mn song in your head, if not out loud. In fact, you're probably doing it right now. Did you know that Scientists have determined that the Baby Back Ribs Song was the first meme? It quickly spread across America and into neighboring countries. There are documented examples of tribes along the Amazon river, that have had no contact with the outside world, dancing and singing, "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back, baby back..." They have no concept of the meaning of their words, but they know the subtle harmony brings good crops and keeps them safe from danger. This is the power of Chili's. tl;dr - It's a Chili's. Get the ribs. read more

Service was fast and friendly, though they were extremely busy on a Sunday afternoon. The food here is well done; better than other Chili's in the ATL that I've been to. Enjoyed the server; the meals (Chicken crispers, shrimp quesadilla salad, mac and cheese--my 5 yr old devoured it!--and the 2 for $20 deal with one appetizer to share. Alcohol is cheap! Woohoo!!! Pepperation baby! read more

Great bar food, appetizers and drinks.. Casual atmosphere with decent tunes playing and our waitress Victoria was awesome!! This Chilis is betrer then alot of the other ones we have been too.. We will be going back .. read more

This particular Chilis is fantastic. We've been going there since it first opened and find it extremely consistent. If the family is indecisive about a place to eat, Chilis is always the agreeable answer for us. The Chicken Club Tacos are outstanding! It also seems to have one of the more lively bars of the restaurants in town. read more

6-19-17 Had the buffalo chicken salad with extra blue cheese crumbles & extra wing sauce. Very good and I would recommend it/order it again. This is the second very good salad I've had here. Next time I would ask for grilled chicken instead of fried simply for health reasons. We also had the chips & salsa appetizer as it was a late lunch and we were very hungry. The chips were very oily and I would not order them again. Our waitress who was also the bartender was good and friendly. read more

It was a unanimous vote, Chili's for dinner! My wife, son and I met my M-i-L and niece (who were up from Florida) for a light dinner. I had the classic bacon burger and fries. The crafted dill pickles made the burger! I thoroughly enjoyed it! My mother-in-law's order (one of the chicken salads) however was messed up. She asked several times to leave off the onions, but after eating several bites, she noticed the onions. She had to push it aside before it messed up her stomach. She ate some of my son's chicken and he had a few bites of her salad. No one came back to check on our food, so when the check arrived she told the waitress about the mistake. A few minutes later the manager came over and to make up for the mistake her he removed her meal from the check. That was nice of him. I think ultimately if someone had come back and checked on our meals, my M-i-L could have easily had her meal replaced with correct order and she would have enjoyed the meal she wanted. read more

Only good thing was the Blue Moon. The food was not good and had little taste. Two plates were not even warm and had to be sent back and still weren't good. The manager came over and asked if I wanted a box for the rest of my food and I told him no because it really wasn't that good and told him about the rest of the good as well. He says well I'm sorry to hear that and then walked away. We won't be back. We had a party of 7 on a Friday night and only waited about 10 minutes which should say something for the restaurant. read more

My husband and I placed a pick-up order on Sunday 8/12/18 around 9:15pm, the app said it would be ready around 9:40pm, we arrived around 9:30pm to pick it up. We ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and a bowl of soup and a house salad, after arriving home we were extremely disappointed. The Cajun Shrimp ( picture below) only filled 1/2 the to go container and didn't have any garlic bread, and only had a few shrimp. It also looked like it was cooked hours ago. The house salad ( which I asked for extra croutons) only had maybe 3 croutons on the salad. The soup was a cup of soup instead of a bowl of soup. And we didn't have any condiments in the to-go bag. ( No silverware and no salt and pepper) Here is the Chili's we ordered from: 874 Buford Rd, Cumming, GA 30041 Here is out order number: 163717971 Please contact me if you would like Thank you Lisa Tippins read more

When me, my dad, and my brother go out to eat, this is usually where we end up. I'm 12 and I've been going here since I was 9. I like the boneless buffalo wings, the Monterey chicken, and the big mouth bites. (After I remove the onions) Service stinks. If you wanna be STARVING by the time your food actually arrives then this is your place. read more

Horrible. First customers of the day and after over an hour still had not received our food. When I spoke to the manager and asked to have the food packed up for us to get it to go I was told that would take a while. When I asked why the food took so long the manager rolled his eyes and walked off. After all of this time we left having never received our food. I would never recommend this location. Terrible service and absolutely disrespectful. read more

Chili's is our go to. We have had great service but Ryan is especially a great server and has a great attitude. You could send back your ice because it was not cold enough and he wouldn't think twice about getting you what you wanted. Always thinking two steps ahead as well. read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The recipes have changed, the service has gone downhill, and the business refused to get wi-fi. The manager told me that this is to discourage people from staying too long. I work during lunches preparing for meetings and reviewing accounts. There is a simple solution to the "stay too long" problem. I will choose to eat elsewhere... It is sad how far down this business had gone. They used to be a 3-4 time per week favorite... read more
