I then switched to a delivery app, ordered the same meal (minus the drink) and watched my bill increase by nearly $8. BEWARE that DoorDash base rates for meals here are higher than menu prices BEFORE they add the extra fees. So, I made the walk and sat near the bar. The facility was a standard Chili's. Seemed like plenty of employees but the service was still slow even with most tables sitting empty. I had the 3 item trio (the one the app said wasn't available). Sausage, brisket quesadillas and ribs. The meals was really good! And, including my drink and the tip the final price was a lot less than DoorDash. read more

I stopped in for my favorite old time burger and fries. Harley was my server and he quickly got my order out and everything tasted great. He is very polite and takes care of his customers. So please tip him well when you go and he takes care of you. , and always tip your waitress, or waiters in cash. read more

They were not very busy for a 12:30 lunch rush; only about six tables. We stood at the hostess stand for five minutes with no hostess in sight and no acknowledgement from the two waiters we did see, so we left and went to Chipotle. read more

Food quality issue - we were served a chicken quesadilla with long black hair on top and baked into the meal. Waitress didn't deliver the meal - "delivery staff" did. We waited for the waitress to show up so we can do something - she never did. Stood outside kitchen for a few minutes waiting for someone to appear - a few people looked at me but went back to chatting amongst each other. I had to walk to the front desk and take my hairy quesadilla to them as customers were coming in and ask for someone to help me with my hairy meal. The host looked aghast and said he would get a manager to help. 6 minutes go by and noone ever came over and talked to us. By this time my son and I had finished and my wife didnt have a meal. I go back to the front desk since we still havent seen our waitress and ask for a manager to help us. A few more minutes pass - 10 minutes since we handed our hairy quesadilla to the host, and 5-6 minutes since it was served to us so 15 mins so far. Manager Jason walks up and said "I heard you wanted to speak to me, what can I do for you." - spoke in a rude way. We said we were the people who handed in the hairy meal, did he not get told? "I am aware, another meal is being made, what can I do for you." - like its a freaking inconvenience. We explain everyone else is done, my wife doesnt want to eat a potentially less hairy quesadilla and to just take it off our meal. "We were going to do that anyway." - again, rude as can be. He left. 5 minutes passed we still dont know if the bill is right yet or not - waitress finally shows back up and says that our bill should be taken care of. We look - they removed the hairy quesadilla. Fine, whatever, I paid and left. I've never had such a poor experience at a restaurant, not alone, not in corporate, not with my family - like it was an inconvenience that we sent back an actual hairy meal with long black frizzy hair. The business wasnt busy. There were plenty of empty tables - just no servers, waitresses, waiters, noone around - they were just sitting in kitchen talking. I ordered takeout of the Santa Fe burger with a black bean patty and it was delicious. Btw the Santa Fe spicy sauce is actually spicy. The burger was overall filling and the fries were seasoned well, only downside is that they were freezing cold. I wish there was lettuce or some kind of leafy green in the burger, but other than that it was pretty flavorful and a good size for what it costs. read more

I have visited the location multiple times and this will be my last. During this visit, I sat at the bar. The bartender immediately greeted and offered a drink and before walking away they gave me a menu. This was the last time the bartender interacted with me. They disappeared from the bar for long periods of time. When they did appear they would talk to their locals and take their orders and then disappear. During one of these trips the bartender watched videos on their phone while appearing to be busy. When I sat down there were dirty dishes and empty glasses from prior customers scattered around the bar. The bartender left them and never cleaned them up. I had a similar experience during my prior visit and hesitated to come back to this location. I made a bad decision and stopped anyway. I hope that management reacts and works on their culture. read more

Service was good overall...wasn't busy, appeared locals present receiving service. Ribs/corn/mac&cheese overdone, mac not loaded as ordered.... crispers great, didn't catch brisket quesadillas has bbq which made it too sweet.... Corrected what I mentioned. Did like dry rub approach on ribs with sauce on side...not overly impressed with Nashville sauce, has oily base, bbq sweet is sweet. The service, food and ambiance are always terrific. Tiffany is exceptional. Why is the world would chilli's take chilli off the menu, remove the street corn and take away the dry rub on ribs. Apologize for not more pics! It was pretty busy there and I didn't want to get a ton of people that might not want their photos taken. We came here for a friend's birthday. I literally have not been to a Chili's in years. I will say the service was great. We started with an appetizer sampler that had these spring rolls, and they tasted pretty good. They had chicken and cheese in them and I really like the sauce it came with. The chicken chipotle bowl was okay. It didn't have that much chipotle flavor if you're looking for that. I will say there is a decent amount of chicken in it with some Mexican rice, a lot of greens and cheese. Nothing special but definitely filled me up. The price was also pretty good. I feel like a lot of restaurants are so crazy these days with inflation, but this place was pretty reasonable. They came in saying happy birthday to her friend and gave them a free sundae. They serve up your basic American fare, with variety from meats to veggie dishes to tons of appetizer options and desserts. They also have a full bar and serve a pretty large size margarita. It's definitely more of a bar type casual restaurant but as far as I remember, pretty consistent. This experience was no different. read more

What a mess! From foul language, to lights going out briefly, to having a tray of dirty plates being dropped by our feet, today had to be an off day. It was just NUTS. The host greeted us right away and asked if we wanted to sit in the dining room or bar. My son and I opted for the dining area. We were conveniently seated by the kitchen. Cause what 8 year old doesn't love hearing the kitchen shenanigans?! People watch your mouth! This is a business strictly run on customer service! That's fine, I'd rather her verify than bring the wrong thing. She was polite but just seemed so frantic. Actually, everyone seemed frantic. After receiving our drinks we were greeted by a new server. He took our order; kid slider burgers with fries and chicken tacos no avocado. He was polite and got our order correct. Our food arrived in a reasonable timeframe. The presentation was lacking and looked messy. However it tasted fine. We waited longer than expected for drink refills. The chips are not as I remember them, thin and crispy cantina style. We were never offered more salsa. We had to ask. All in all, it was ok. But I expect better service. The game is now $1.99. We visited for lunch today. I ordered the brisket burger, my friend ordered the bacon rancher and the awesome blossom onion appetizer. Thay onion thing DEFINITIVELY did not warrant the nearly $8.00 price tag. The onions were so tough it pulled out of the breading and they were very hard to chew. My brisket burger had a good flavor, very lean hamburger but the brisket was dried out, hard and stringy. My girlfriend loved her burger and could only eat half. It was enormous. We found this specific restaurant to be very racist the way they behaved. Ambience wise it's not a great as well. Pretty old building and not maintained well. We never coming to this Chiilis again even by mistake. People who want to feel racism at peak do visit, for others find some other Chillis to dine. I recommend Alpharetta one. I have stopped eating at chillis for a long time. I came in to see about the deal and was very upset at my options and the fact that they even pushed this out like it's a deal. Loud as hell some of the employees got off there shift that sat in the booth behind us and some more sat at the bar all congregated in this one area. I haven't been to Chili's in a while, but I was really wanting to have some shrimp tacos and a golden Cadillac. I walked into the store and there was no one there to see you. There was one waitress in the entire restaurant. I asked her where I could sit and she said well you you can sit in the bar there's someone there, so I sat in the bar no one there, and then I looked inside of the kitchen to see if somebody could help me, and the only waitress for the bar was talking to the cook three people had seen in the cells in the bar area, they didn't bring chips and they didn't have shrimp tacos anymore. I ordered a golden Cadillac. They didn't know how to make it and they brought my margarita in a water glass when they brought the chips after I asked for them, they were so greasy they fell apart when you dip them, the only person that was attentive was the bartender, who came in later I would not recommend this place the service was terrible. Love this location. There is always a seat available and no wait. They are very nice and accurate with their orders. Even during Covid and staff shortages they have been consistently open and no signs on the door that due to staffing they will have 45 minute waits like some other Chili's. read more

I like Chili's, but this location is always hit or miss when it comes to service. I have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly here. My last visit was four kids and me. We were told fifteen minutes for a table, and handed a vibrator (not the kind on late night shopping channel). I went to wash my hands and saw two empty tables in the center. Upon my return I asked if we could sit at any of these two open tables, the red headed hostess told me that she did not want to "kill" the kitchen. Questions: 1. Why are we the only party waiting? 2. Why fifteen minutes? 3. Why am I holding this vibrator? So I am i really to believe that a party of five could potentially kill the kitchen crew? Chili's is our place for take out. Great service for take out. Friendly and fast server. Give them a call and they will have it ready, just pull your car into the reserved parking space, and they bring the food to you. My sons absolute favorite place for ribs!
