I went to the 3015 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, Az 85226 on 7/27/25 @ 8pm and was immediately met with insults from the three hostesses at the front. All three of them were literally laughing at our faces when we entered the restaurant. I'm with my wife and two children with disabilities, so I don't know they're laughing at but it better not be my kids. After eating our food, we pay and walk past these hostesses again and they again start laughing at our faces once more. This truly unbelievable disgusting behavior. I received amazing service and food at the Chandler Mall Chili's. I went for lunch and had quick friendly service from Paige. I asked Paige if the chipotle dressing was spicy. She recommended I have it served on the side. She also let me know the pico has jalapenos so I might want that on the side as well. I really appreciated that suggestion. Paige really knows the menu and ingredients and it made a difference in my lunch visit. I also spoke to the manager Sandy about how impressed I was with Paige. Hunter-Steven is AMAZING!! He has great customer service and ALWAYS had a smile on his face. Me and my friend were making a video and asked if he could record us, he did it with no hesitation! I was in that section and could over hear and the account of what happened is 100% false... she greeted me and introduced herself. This experience was definitely a first, especially when it comes to Chili's! First of all, this place was not super packed around lunch time, and maybe that was the biggest factor. Basically, within 5-10min of ordering our food, EVERYTHING ARRIVED: entrees, kids' food and appetizers. It was so quick that our table couldn't fit everything without squishing items to the wall Ordered: _two for $25 deal: my dad and I combined today (sorry Greg ). Side salads, chicken margaritas and a cookie pizookie. _KIDS: grilled cheese and pizza plates, both with fries. *For my chicken margarita, I switched out the rice and beans, for loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The food arrive so quickly that we were seriously thrown off, and apparently there was one chef in the kitchen. THAT DUDE WAS ON FIRE WITH OUR ORDERS. Our waiter, Zach G, is seriously the most nice waiter over ever met. Positive attitude, apologetic if anything was "wrong" and was always smiling. The food is always pretty good. Service isn't always good, however my last visit the service was very good. Food came out hot and in a timely fashion. The restaurant is a great place to enjoy with kids. But also for quick drinks with friends or hangout and watch sports. Dessert was a hit with my children and nephew. We will be back! read more

Pretty dang good food and service for the price. Friday night, wife and I wanted a date night out. We each ordered a tall draft beer and started with the half order of Texas fries, and then we each got an entree. The Texas fries were good - only complaint is they were not layered. Their house made ranch is really good. For our entrees, I got the "3 for Me" deal and ordered the secret sauce burger, fires, and a soda pop. The deal came with an appetizer and I got the baked potato soup. Everything was so good, the soup was creamy and cheesy. The burger, perfectly juicy and cooked, and hot, steamy fries, well seasoned. Very good job, kitchen. All in all, the food was fantastic, we'll be back. We sat in the bar, and the service was a bit slow but not for lack of effort. Every worker in the bar was HUSTLING. Now, for a little more $$, we go to Chili's and get better burgers and fries (I usually sub brócoli for the fries) plus a salad (or chips) and table service. First impressions go a long way in life and the Chandler Blvd Chili's did not quite make the great first impression that Jimi was hoping for. Longtime readers of Jimi remember how incredible his first time at the Albuquerque chilis was, but sadly this experience did not match it. The chicken crispers just weren't right. Did they change the recipe? Or the way they are prepared? They looked and tasted different and this is a serious problem that is not getting nearly enough media coverage. Plus the baby back ribs were over cooked and minimally sauced. Jimi is a forgiving man however and very willing to give this chilis another chance. 5 stars read more

Amazing and consistent food every time I come, however when I order a soda I only ever get one round and rarely does a server come around to offer a refill. After I put down a few margaritas I decided to try their new smokehouse menu similar to a barbecue style menu. The part I liked is that the manager came to us without us asking and let us know that our food was slightly behind schedule. Unfortunately, my son ordered the chicken and steak fajitas. The chicken was fine but the steak was uneatable. You could not chew or bite it. The presentation was nice but the chicken was gross. It tasted like a big piece of mechanically pressed and processed chicken. Yuck. Fresh out of the freezer to the grill where I think it wasn't cooked enough. It was very chewy and the texture was awful. The restaurant was dirty and just did not appeal to me. I took my growing teenager out for lunch to Chili's Bar & Grill on a weekday. My Son and I were both pleasantly surprised with our service, food, presentation, and even paying for the meal. We were not disappointed with our selections. My Son ordered the Beef Brisket and I ordered their Santa Fe Chicken Salad. If you're on keto and craving a delicious salad then I highly recommend it! I had to taste the brisket and again, it was delicious! It fell off the bone. It was so juicy and tender! A good portion of food for the value. The service was friendly and helpful. Normally this is a great location, however, I had a horrible experience this time. When we ordered our food I asked for a plain cheeseburger. She rolled her eyes at me and goes "seriously" laughs at me and then says "you are going to be a problem". I just blankly looked at her and she was like "once the food is out I'm not going to come check on you again." This was very frustrating and hurtful. I have a disorder that makes it hard to have the others items that would have been on the burger. When the food came out she scoffed at me and said "let's hope I got this right." Mine was luckily right but she messed up my friend's order and when we alerted her about this she said "oh I was too busy dealing with you and your plain burger" and then walked away. This was a very unpleasant experience. If you are at the 3015 W Chandler Blvd location and get an older server with tattoos (one was a butterfly) just be prepared to be ridiculed for your food choices. Ordered to-go this evening and really wish I wouldn't have. My fajitas had the minimal amount of cheese included and the beans were lukewarm. The honey-chipotle crispers looked like they were thrown together and broccoli pieces were all over the place. There wasn't any ranch included as was asked for, either. I went to Chili's today at this location because my husband who is an attorney was in the area. I had never been to this Chili's before and I will never be going back. I had the worst dining experience At this location I have had in a very long time. The server in the bar area only attended to my table one time. She came by the first and last time To get our drink and food order. Someone brought our drinks 15 mins after ordering... our appetizer came with dirty crusted cheese on unwashed greasy plates. Within mins the food was delivered. I ordered soft tacos off the lunch menu. I took one bite and could not eat my food bc the "meat" in the taco was cold as if taken out of a fridge. The lettuce was tomatoes were bad. It was clear that they gave zero effffs about my food. I waited for our server to come by so I could ask for a different meal. I tried to get several people attention but after 45 mins we had to go. I took one but of my food and literally cried my way to Taco Bell. I had absolutely no customer service and I am so sad and upset I will never return to any chili's in the future. For all I know the dirty places were infested with herpes and the flu. I am so upset but the uncleanliness offered by this establishment and food frozen taco meats and bad lettuce. So sad. I literally am so hurt by the lack of customer service read more

Came in for a table of 3 and was told it's was only a 5-10 minute wait and ended up waiting 15 minutes(not a big deal) but then got the text that our table was ready. We went in and the guy that we originally checked in with then say "can I help you?" And I said I got a text that our table was ready he then doesn't respond and walks away and then comes back and say "it's going to be about 5 minute" then while we are waiting another 3 top comes in and they get sat right away. When we finally get sat we literally sit there for another 15 minutes before our server comes over and just says "what do you want to drink?" No hi no nothing. I put our drink order in and since we had been sitting for a decent amount of time I said we are also ready to order and the look of annoyance that she gave me was the final straw. I don't complain usually and I get this is a chilis and not a fine dining establishment but basic customer service shouldn't be too much to ask for. read more

I always have an amazing time at the chandler location. It's by far the best location out of the surrounding areas. My new fav is the Santa fe grilled chicken salad as it's cold and light and tasty, with a kick. The bar staff is always friendly and the employees genuinely have fun. Highly recommend ! read more

Warning: menu changed and prices went up about 5 bucks more on average per meal. Not bad because food has always been awesome. They were extremely busy but service was on point. Cody was the main man (our server who was great) but he also had a great team behind him because we encountered 3 other helpers who dropped ice off, or extra drinks. We got the 2 for 25 and let me tell you I was so full I should have stopped before dessert! My husband and I both agreed to "cheat" so that means we had to get the bloomin' onion flower pedals with a horseradish creamy tangy sauce. We also both ordered the BEST BEEF FAJITAS! (We paid extra for the beef) the meat was cooked to perfection with a little pink in the middle and seasoning was great! Always one of my faves at chili's! My parents on the other hand started with salads which I should have gotten! But ate a few bites from each. My mom got the the citrus balsamic vinaigrette (so good!!!!!) and my dad got blue cheese (not always good I don't like it to potent and this was perfect! A little weak in my opinion but that's the way I like it!! Ah ha uh ah! )got the chicken fajitas which were so juicy and the BBQ ribs which looked good but I was unable to try. We both ended with the most amazing textured dessert! Paradise pie, holy cow I was in heaven but man it's super sugary!! Attached are the pictures and description. But like I said, the best texture ever!! You can't go wrong with a cookie, brownie/chocolate layer, yummy texture from the coconut( not overpowering at all with coconut flavor) then topped with cold creamy ice cream. Nothing like a server with attitude. Ask what salad directions they had and he said there's too many to list so I asked if they had a list and he told me to name a dressing and he'll tell me if they had it or not. I told him I wanted oil and vinegar or Italian and got balsamic vinaigrette at at least it was close. After we had finished what we were going to eat of our entrees, we asked for a to-go box. As he was standing next to the station where they stored them. He grabbed one halfway, puts it under his arm so that our pregnant daughter had to twist and reach to get it! How lazy are you? The food was mediocre and our daughter's hamburger was undercooked. Could not get a refill to save our lives unless we specifically tracked them down and asked for one. Also, when we ordered dessert that was dropped at our table was not so much as a nod we had to wait and ask for napkins. Aside from this location being under construction and seriously crowded the food was good and the staff was friendly. I do recommend if you're going eat at any of the Chili's in the East Valley that you go before the dinner rush or after 8pm.
