This has been my family's go-to for birthdays and Saturdays out since I was a small child. Things I like about Carlos: - Margs. They really do hit the spot. Perfect punch and taste. - Daily specials and for holidays. Ask your waiter or check social media. - Salsa. The chips and salsa are both endless and delish. - I'm a big fan of their enchiladas-- with pulled chicken and cheese sauce. - Kids eat free sometimes. - Parking is a non issue. - There's seating for large groups! - Margs, Chips and Salsa to-go option? Yes, please! Things I don't particularly like about Carlos: - Pricing is high for quality and quantity. - Quality of food can be so hit or miss. She turned around and, while preparing something (I believe it was my fiance's food), she and the other employee started talking. I could not hear what they said exactly, so I could be entirely mistaken, but I heard "queso" and the vibe I got was they were saying something about my order/me. If this is true, and they were having a laugh at me for either calling it cheese rather than queso or for ordering just chips and queso, I am not very happy about that. I felt extremely awkward afterward. I very much enjoy the cheese and queso and usually get it when I visit. If I am entirely mistaken about what was said, then I apologize, but please be aware of your surroundings and your customers when you are saying certain things because it came off as talking negatively about my order. Like I said, unless something like this happens again, I will likely come back at some point because both my SO and I enjoy eating here.

I scheduled the delivery for 11-11:15am because lunch for the group was at 11:30am and I figured that would give them time to set up. At 11:15am I received a call from the delivery driver that she was running late. At 11:30am I received another call from her saying she can't find the place. Finally, at 11:45am the food arrived. It was set up by 12, so an hour late. This ordeal jacked up the whole work schedule for the day. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Moe's again.
