I don't come to this location often but when I do it's great service. Our drinks and food came out quickly even on a pretty busy night (it was over an hour wait and the service was still super quick and kind once seated) Our server was very kind and checked on us often. Prices are reasonable and the food quality was good, during the day has great open natural lighting from the windows and at night has a very nice dim lit appearance which is not overwhelming. My spouse and I came for dinner on 3/10/24 and sat at table 31/1. Our server was Caress and we will most definitely be back based off of her alone. She was obviously very busy but never once let it show in her attitude or service. She still took time to help with the menu, grabbed some sauces for my partner to try before ordering wings, was quick with refills and brought our food out within 10 minutes of putting our orders in. She provided recommendations that fit our questions perfectly and never made us feel rushed. And everything came with a big smile. All the while, we also saw her clearing tables, giving the same level of attention to all of her tables, and helping her coworkers. Don't even think about getting the steak. So full of gristle it is very hard to cut and even harder to chew. After 4 times of dining at this restaurant this one has to be the last. Each trip had some problem like not getting a military discount even though the server was asked in advance of ordering. I used to eat at Chili's ALL THE TIME, but now I only go once every so often, I am sad at a lot of the changes they made to the dishes that have been standard for years, I know they are probably trying to keep up with the new/modern restaraunts in the area, but sometimes leaving a good thing alone is best! With that being said, they still have the best chips and salsa around, and their drink menu always has something new and exciting on it! I like Chili's, man. The nostalgic part of me wished they still had all that crap on the walls and tiled tables but, from a branding POV, I get it. I've only been here once in I don't know how long but the food was good and the service was great! They have my favorite salad (Caribbean) that they took off the menu a while back so I'm happy about that! We had a poor experience after being told we had to wait 30 minutes with a party of two. Immediately afterwards, the host seated a young couple. He showed extreme lack of interest when two black people came in to get their carry out order. I had the chicken & bacon ranch quesadillas, which and all the ingredients were pleasantly well balanced. I went here on Veterans day (yesterday) to get my annual free Burger. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I got the distinct impression that my waitress hates Veterans. The only words she said to me were when I placed my order. And she was very curt. She kept pushing me with a negative attitude, "You ready to order?"; with disdain. After I placed my order, a couple of minutes went by and she brought me my soup. She slid it more or less in front of me, without a word, and just kept walking. She had no more food in her hands, did not go to another customer, and her section did not appear to be very busy. In fact, when I came in, the place was pretty much dead (save the bar and a small family in the back). After I finished my soup, I was brought my burger. It was delivered in the same manner, but even more agressive. She practically threw down my plate of food, without a word or even looking at me, then walked away. I had to ask the host to find her to get my check. And, when she brought my check, and brought my card back, not a word, not a smile, nothing. It was like she hated me. I did nothing but smile and thank this lady. I even tipped 25 percent of what the original bill would have been before my veterans discount.
