Consistently good service and pretty decent Tex Mex at reasonable prices. Try the table side guacamole, fresh and flavorful. Chips are freshly made and have just the right amount of salt. Ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. The new skillet sides (I have had the cornbread and skillet potatoes) are delicious. Tara is a great waitress and makes you feel very welcome. Location is pretty busy nights and weekends, but they do have call ahead seating which will cut down the wait in the restaurant. read more

Ordered a chicken and steak fajita. The steak and vegetables were burnt you could smell the burnt ness when they brought it too the table. I decided to try it anyways. It had the worst burnt taste to it I couldn't finish it. I order queso on top and it tasted nasty like fake cheese cheap nacho cheese. I recently visited the Chilis in Beldon Village Mall area and service and restaurant were okay but quality of food was lacking. The brisket was all fatty and the street corn that you pay extra for was swimming in butter, soggy and not edible. We asked for replacement and they came out the same way. I usually love Chilis but I was very disappointed with this location. Our server Jeffrey was a condescending jerk. He never asked how the food was, never asked if we wanted more drinks, never really returned to the table. We had to flag him down to get the check and again to pay the check he then came back a half hour later to ask which card went to which receipt, and even after we told him i was still charged the wrong amount. I also had to flag him down to put in my to go order which i told him about upfront. The section wasnt busy and he seemed attentive to his other tables just not ours. In the end the food was cold and not good and our dining experience was over 2 hours long due to how hard it was to get our waiters attention. Will likely never return. read more

Best chips and salsa. Great variety of menu items. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff is always friendly. Gets very busy on the weekends. Great place for lunch, dinner or a drink. Always different specials going on. One of my favorites is the 'Build your own Burger' on Tuesday's for around $5 and includes fries. Their chicken enchilada soup is the best. Not true Mexican food but not bad either. There call ahead seating isn't much on weekends as you still have to wait a good half hour. The waitstaff is friendly and really trying to keep up with the demand. They did forget our drinks and when we asked they forgot again. Where to begin. Let's start with service. It seemed like it was everyone's first day working. We were told one person was our server but only saw her once and then at the end of our meal. My son got hurt ( he is 20 months old) and not one employee asked if he was ok. Luckily the customers around us were great and understanding ( he was screaming when he fell). Our food was so so. Ok so this is my family's like "Ultimate Restaurant"!! Let me just say there Mac and cheese is SOOO Good. And the salad dressing is heaven. And there Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet is so delicious! It is a warm chocolate chip cookie, with yummy vanilla ice cream, and chocolate syrup!! Can it get better then that? On another note, once we got our Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet to go and had burnt plastic on the bottom... So we trew it away. Been here at least 4 times. The last two times the service has been awful. Bringing out our entrees before our appetizers? Entrees that are room temperature mind you. I love their south eastern egg rolls! Those I could eat all the time. However, I have noticed the last couple times I have went, that they are getting pretty disgusting. They are not cleaning the tables after the previous customers leave and if the do it is just a sweep. Last time I went, I picked up the triangle view of specials and there was a bowl of food underneath it and it looked like it had been there awhile. 6/5/2016 we love going to Chilis , good food.... Today we ordered pick up first time. RIBS.. I got there and walk in the girl ask to help me and I tell her pick and her reply go see the bartender and walks away. So I'm looking for a place for me to stand or sit . No place for either. So I stand kinda back and wait. I felt so out of place standing there because I don't want to stand over people while there eating. So after 5 min the bartender ask me how he could help. I tell him he goes in back and tells me about 5 more minutes. I was so in the way of the waitresses standing there. Ok here's my solution to you Chilis. Take a 3ft section at the end of the bar with a sign that says for pick up only. Place a tablet at that location you have them all over the tables any way. So a customer comes in and signs in under there name. That lets the back end know we are here for pick. We the customer can go back by the door and sit or get out of the way of the waitresses and customers eating there. The back end comes out with your food because your name is all over it. You then swipe your card with the tablet instead of your card going all the way in back to where you can't see it. ( with all this theft going on with card ) cash you pay them. Then your out of there and you don't have to bother anyone . I'm sure you ( Chilis ) can adjust this to work. Just a idea to help us ( customers) feel me comfortable. read more
