Big mistake because I ordered take out and waited almost 30 minutes and then got back to hotel and realized I had 3 chicken crispers in my sampler platter and NO fries with Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Ordered the Loaded White Queso appetizer which arrived with cold, stale chips, gloppy microwaved cheese dip and a glop of black guacamole. Then our food arrived, my son ordered Ranchero Chicken Tacos where both the rice and beans were cold. I ordered the Santa Fe Crispers Salad where the lettuce was soggy and the chicken crispers were cold and gross. The service was decent but the food was an epic fail. We won't be back. read more

Horrible service! Been to this place twice this week, first time was horrible, horrible bar drinks, even worse service. Food was ok. You can tell there is a complete lack of management in this restaurant. Servers on their phones, letting the food back up in the kitchen, refuse to clear tables between courses. 15 -20 wait on drinks. Food comes out cold and all at once. Literally 2 minutes between salad and main course. Servers complaining out loud that they are pregnant and the host is turning people away. Well its because they cannot handle the few customers that they have. After two times of absolute atrocious service. We will not be back! read more

Just went there this evening for a take-out order and the food I got was cold by the time I walked out of the restaurant. I don't blame the person they had dealing with bagging all of the take-out orders at the time, I blame the kitchen and management for the food not coming out at roughly the same time, causing the food to sit around for 10 minutes not under a heat lamp. There was also nobody helping this poor kid, and the manager didn't exactly look too busy. For a chain restaurant, I'm usually reasonably okay with Chili's, but this one disappointed me immensely today. read more

Only if our food had been served on the floor could our visit had been any worse. They were not that busy when we arrived so we were seated right away. That was the highlight of our experience. We must have sat in our booth for 3-4 minutes before anyone showed up to ask for our drink order. My girl's drink arrived maybe 5 minutes later and my beer took an additional 5-10 after she had hers. After our waitress showed up and took our order we had already been there close to 20 minutes. Keep in mind they were not busy -there was no waiting line. When our food arrived that was the last time we saw our waitress. Our order was not cooked properly, she never asked how our food was, we never received refills. We watched as other tables were properly served by other staff members. No idea what the problem was but by the time we used their little table checkout system we had more than a few feedback comments about our service... Which we never heard received a response on so that tells me what I need to know about how that establishment is run. read more

We ordered curbside pickup for dinner for my wife and myself; one for my in-laws for mother-in-laws' 80th birthday; and another for my daughter and her family who were at home with their new twin babies. I ordered 3 each of the family sized fajita meals. Ordered extra Guac along with 3 additional orders of chips and salsa @ $8.29 each. There was NOT a single drop of salsa to be found. Not even for the chips that came with the meals!!! There were NO fajita shells!!! There were supposed to be enough for 16 Fajitas! NOT A SINGLE ONE!!! NO Guacamole! No TOPPINGS of any sort for the fajitas. I called when the food arrived at home home and they told me there was no one for me to talk to but they could take my name and number and call me back when they had time. WHAT?? They wouldn't even put together what was missing and let me return to get it!!! The only thing the girl would say was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There's no one available for you to talk to right now." I explained that I didn't have enough materials to make a single fajita. She stated her scripted line again. I said "that doesn't do me any good." She hung up. That was $165 food order on top of which CHILI's tacked on a $25 tip - FOR A CARRYOUT ORDER!!! $195 AND NOT A SINGLE COMPLETE MEAL and they did not care! read more

Ate here with an old friend from college and it was delicious! The service was prompt and the food was quality. The skillet queso dip will always be a favorite of mine! Though I would strongly recommend no one even try on a Friday or Saturday night after about 4:30. When we went in at 4:00pm there were lots of empty seats, but the line was spilling out the door by 4:30. Why no 5? The food just doesn't blow me away. It's a good, measured quality but it fails to get me excited on it's own merits. But it is still a great place to catch up with friends! read more

I went with a few colleagues from work for supper. We waited for 5 minutes for a seat, which isn't bad. We ordered queso for an appetizer. It was different from any queso I've ever eaten but in a good way, I really liked it. The service was good and prompt. The food was prepared well and everyone at my table was pleased. Really the only negative thing was that we were seated so that we could see in to the kitchen and it didn't look the most organized. There is few bad reviews I leave but add this to one of them. I ordered the Craft Double Burger and ordered it just the burger and cheese plus lettuce. But when the burger came its cheese was VERY crusty. Not looking near what menus picture clams for it to be... when I tried the burger I found a funny taste but thought it was the cheese so I kept eating to get sick of the cheese and decided to eat the part in the middle without cheese... but I found that it was not the cheese but the burger was rotten the meat tasted very strange and sour and left very bad after taste. One picture is the menu and the other one is what I found after eating part. Hope I don't get food poisoning from it. read more

My wife and I love to go to Chilis. We always start with the tostada chips and salsa, then she usually gets the Margarita Chicken, and I get the Memphis Dry Rub ribs! But everything there is good- the original burger, the country fried steak, all if is awesome. And you just can't beat the El Presidente Margarita. For a great evening out, go to Chili's! read more

I've never liked this place. The food quality is terrible. The biggest offense in my book? They are called Chili's, yet nothing is truly spicy. Once I went and asked for Tobasco to drown out the flavorless food and they have me the vinegar mess Frank's Red Hot. As a pepper-head, I find this offensive. read more

This is your standard chain restaurant. Thy have recently updated their tables with the partial self-service tablet. It will take a while to see how well that works here, but I feel like the overall food/service has been dropping over the months. The Chips n Salsa are great (but price went up some and is a little high for chips n salsa). Their new menu items seem to be ok, but it depends on the day and how busy they are. My boyfriend had jalapeño BBQ chicken enchiladas, and we shared chips and salsa. Being able to pay at the table was really convenient. Food was OK. Service was extremely slow. Would not serve my 22 year old a drink because he got his license the day before his 21st birthday so it was not "a sideways" license like the one showed in their "book". When the manager came over to explain, she acknowledged that my son was 22 but the "book" would not let her serve him. It was apparent that even she recognized the stupidity of the situation. Got the classic ribeye. I asked for medium..I got medium well to well done. This after waiting 30mins for the food. Server was great. But when asked to speak to manager bout are food being cooked wrong (Alicia's burger was overcooked and crispy) the kitchen manger's 1st response to me was oh the ribeye with pink in it? To which my reply was that's not medium I've ordered my steaks medium for 20yrs do you think idk what medium looks like? She quickly moved on to Alicia's burnt burgers and I got up and went to the bathroom..needless to say their GM will be getting phone call on her attitude. read more

Good food and better service this visit than the last couple of visits. Chili's has always been a favorite of ours, and the Huntington location used to be wonderful but hasn't been quite up to par in service or food quality lately. Seems that some management may have changed (not sure, just haven't seen the usuals the last few times) so that could be the reason. read more

I'm honestly not sure why this place has such low ratings! I've been here several times and everything has been close to perfect! My food always comes how I ask, the appetizers are quick, the drinks are strong, and the service is typically on point! Sure you may have to wait a little long during peak times, but that's anywhere you go. I would recommend! read more

This place would have gotten a 4 if I didn't have to sit for 20+ min while my waiter talked politics with the people next to us. We had the queso for an appetizer which wasn't very good and reminded me of refried beans but the salsa and chips were great. Pathetic. I guess after i get my free meal thing in the mail and go eat that i wont eat there again. When ordered to go i complained about how bad the cajun chicken pasta was last time i ordered. They said they would give extra seasoning and alfredo on the side. First of all they should npt have tp do that. I said okay but the pasta still needs seasoning and said they would. My husband brought it home and with no seasoning on the pasta at all. I called and talked to a manager as i was adding my side alfredo and seasoning and said its pitiful i have to finish cookibg my own meal i paid for. I said there was no seasoning on the "cajun" chicken pasta. She said there were complaints globally about it being too spicy. Hello dumb people!! It says cajun what do you expect. Told her they need to quit calling it cajun if they won't season it. She said they do but it is cut back. I said there was none at all. Also told her when peope order chips and salsa it would be noce of them not to forget the salsa part.i told my husband before he left to make sure the meal was right. Chili"s in Barboursville, WV is going down hill. We have been going here at least once or twice every two weeks since they've opened. I have been disappointed for for the last three months. Last week was the last straw. There is always alot of tables that needs cleaned so you have to wait for that even when they are not busy. We waited ONE HOUR for three meals, the manager came out after we ask our waiter what was taking so long. The manager said they gave our food to someone else that ordered the same. He said he would compensate us for the inconvenience. Finally when it came the waiter carrying our food bumped into another waiter, our food didn't hit the floor but the sauces and food shifted and made a mess. We were served that food. I ordered chicken tacos the chicken was HARD to chew. There was big chunks instead of cut up. I checked my chicken to see what was going on, it was RAW!!! Very pink it wasn't even warm. I complained to the waiter, then that same manager came out to talk to me, all he said he was sorry about that. We were NOT compensated for our hour wait, all he did was not charge us for my raw chicken. He did offer to fix me another meal. after all that, I said no thanks!!! read more
