The Boneless Wings were crispy with great flavor, the Southwestern Eggrolls were packed with bold seasoning, and the Chicken Crispers were juicy and golden. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Wow....this place really sucks. I got the trio dipper and the sliders were as thin as a McDonald's burger and WAY overdone, basically were like hockey pucks. The tender were annoying to eat. Got there at 1:00pm and they added us to the waitlist (they were very busy) and said it would be a 10 minute wait. Downloaded the Yelp app like it said to and I was not on the waitlist so I joined the waitlist. I waited 40 minutes till I walked inside and asked how much longer it was going to be when he said I have you checked in (didn't know you needed to check in) I was first in line and waited an additional 10 minutes till I got a text that my table was ready went inside and still waited while two male hosts proceeded to seat people that came in after us that got a text. My MIL was not happy and confronted one of the hosts and we left. Their online check in system is a joke. You join the waitlist online, watch yourself move down the waitlist, and then to find out that you get skipped in line if you don't come in and check in. No where on their website, yelp waitlist, or on the text you receive does it say you have to check in before getting your table. We waited in the car 45 minutes on our assigned time, to find out we have to wait an unspecified amount of time to on top of that. Do not waste your time with online check in. read more

Dry chicken, unseasoned fries, pink burgers, etc. The only redeeming qualities are the mostly friendly and quick staff as well as the dessert options. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had - customer service wise. Hostess was rude from the jump. We weren't greeted and she was on her phone. She finally looked up and waited for us to speak. There were two of us and we needed a highchair. We were asked if we could sit at a high top. I nicely explained that I needed a highchair and it wouldn't work with a high top, so no. I have to have a highchair. She told me I'd have to wait on a table then. I said that's fine with us. We sit down and waited a little over 10 minutes - no big deal! We were taken at the same time as another couple by the same hostess. She threw her arm and said "go sit over there." We walked back to the booth where she pointed. I got her attention after she sat the other couple and said I needed the highchair for my son. She said they weren't allowed to put a highchair at that table due to it being beside the kitchen door and that I'd have to have a booster seat. I explained to her my son was too young to sit in a booster and I needed a highchair. She got mad and said she had to get her manager. The manager comes over and said "I heard you needed a highchair?" I said "yes. My son needs a highchair he isn't big enough to sit in a booster yet. I told the hostess this when we walked in and that's why we were told we had to wait." He says "we can't put a highchair at this table. It's a danger to him and our servers..." At this point I started grabbing my things and was going to leave. Nobody was listening to what I was saying and I wasn't about to hold my son throughout dinner. My friend spoke up and said "We just waited to have a table specifically with a highchair. I don't understand why we are being seated at this table if that can't be done? If the restaurant can't seat a baby in a highchair at this time, then we should have been informed of this before before wasting our time. We wouldn't have cared to wait longer for a different table either. This is not a fault of our own. Your hostess has been rude since we've walked in the door. Is there a table for us to sit at or not?" The manager says "okay, alright! We will sit you at this table right here and I'll bring a highchair right over for you all. And yeah, she's had a hard day today, so just cut her some slack." We are moved over to a dirty table (which is whatever at this point) and a highchair is finally brought over. Our waitress was great and we had no issues with her. Our food was brought out quickly. Both of our meals were good! Halfway through our meal the entire restaurant can hear the hostess exclaim "that's it. I'm done!" Everyone just looks around like 'what in the world?' We asked for boxes and left due to the fact that we were afraid the hostess was about to become unhinged. I'm not sure what exactly was going on in her life, but as someone with supervisor experience, she should have been sent home on spot to deal with whatever was going on. She should not have been allowed to be up front dealing with customers. read more

I have covid so I can't go out to get food. So I thought let's support a local restaurant and so we ordered Chilis and wouldn't u guess I didn't receive part of my order. Chilis u gotta do better than this and there were no stickers on my door dash order and my dasher may have stolen the items but I'll never know cause the stickers weren't there when I received the item. read more
