It was our first time at Chili's. Service was great, Josh our waiter was awesome! He was on top of his game. We got seated and had our food very quick. Was in and out of there in 40 minutes. We got The Triple Dipper it was delicious. We will definitely eat at Chili's any chance we get from now on. Thanks Chili's read more

Always BANGING food, great staff, great prices, comfortable setting, highly recommended for families or solo trips!

Chili's is a 5/5 stars on the food! The wait time on the other hand I would give it a 2/5 ,my wife and I went a few months back and had to wait for almost 2 hours! Restaurant has a good environment, they play catchy songs that seem to just keep the place alive!!! Good food and good drinks! Over all I would give Chili's a 4/5 stars. read more

Delicious, nice staff, very fast refills, didn't even need to ask. Clean restaurant. Will definitely go back!!

Great service!! Great food!!! Remains my favorite place to eat for any occasion! Best chips and salsa around!!

Chili's never disappoints, and their Triple Dipper is the star of the menu. I love being able to choose three different appetizers, and each one was cooked perfectly. The Boneless Wings were crispy with great flavor, the Southwestern Eggrolls were packed with bold seasoning, and the Chicken Crispers were juicy and golden. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Chili's continues to be one of my favorite spots for a reliable, delicious meal. read more

It's a Chili's so you sort of know what to expect; but the burger was hot and fresh, the fries were hot and crisp, the drinks were cold, and the service was good. read more

We enjoy the food every time we go. The service is usually very good and quick. They did forget an appetizer and the manager comped the appetizer and one of our meals. read more

Thought we would try this place again as last time was a bust. What a change has happened here! We were seated promptly on a Friday night. Greeted pretty quick and our drink orders taken. Drinks came, food ordered and in a very timely manner. We all got our food as ordered and the waitress was wonderful at refilling our drinks. We could not have asked for better service. Very happy with this visit and our food. Thank you! read more

Haven't been here in a while and they changed the recipe to the chicken tenders and made them nothing more than I can get at kfc. Not at all happy with that change and just all around kind of blah. Mushrooms were rubbery, no bread, and dessert tasted like it was spoiled. Good waitress and no wait time but mediocre at best. Nothing I'll go back for read more

The wait was longer than expected, but they made it up because of the great food and service. Our service was very attentive abs friendly she made sure we got everything we need. The food was delicious. read more

Wow....this place really sucks. I got the trio dipper and the sliders were as thin as a McDonald's burger and WAY overdone, basically were like hockey pucks. The tender were annoying to eat. Wasn't a clean bite through a tender. It was a wrestling match! For the amount of food (and the chicken crispier meal), the food is not worth it at all for $43. read more

Got there at 1:00pm and they added us to the waitlist (they were very busy) and said it would be a 10 minute wait. Downloaded the Yelp app like it said to and I was not on the waitlist so I joined the waitlist. I waited 40 minutes till I walked inside and asked how much longer it was going to be when he said I have you checked in (didn't know you needed to check in) I was first in line and waited an additional 10 minutes till I got a text that my table was ready went inside and still waited while two male hosts proceeded to seat people that came in after us that got a text. My MIL was not happy and confronted one of the hosts and we left. I understand it was busy but don't text people that their table is ready and proceeded to take other people who came in afterwards. read more

The food was not good . I love the Texas cheese fries but these were horrible. It tasted like it sat for 30 min before they brought it out. Burger was horrible too . Southwest egg rolls were good but not good enough to return. Server was cool will not go back read more

The service was great. Food was good except mozzarella sticks wasn't cooked completely.

We love their triple dipper and Bonnie always takes great care of us. 10/10 service and food.

Their online check in system is a joke. You join the waitlist online, watch yourself move down the waitlist, and then to find out that you get skipped in line if you don't come in and check in. No where on their website, yelp waitlist, or on the text you receive does it say you have to check in before getting your table. We waited in the car 45 minutes on our assigned time, to find out we have to wait an unspecified amount of time to on top of that. Do not waste your time with online check in. read more

Great food, fast service, you can order and pay on line for easy pickup or eat in. Love the Southwest Egg Rolls!

Their cups are nasty. They have spot and food dry to the cups they claim is clean. Service was good.

Food is always great and Bonnie is the best server there. Wish there were more like her .

Chilli's used to be my mom's favorite place to eat. The last time we went, we discovered that this was no longer the case. Dry chicken, unseasoned fries, pink burgers, etc. The only redeeming qualities are the mostly friendly and quick staff as well as the dessert options. It's incredibly overpriced for the quality of the food. read more

Everything was great! Every visit is consistently amazing. Food delish and great service.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had - customer service wise. Hostess was rude from the jump. We weren't greeted and she was on her phone. She finally looked up and waited for us to speak. There were two of us and we needed a highchair. We were asked if we could sit at a high top. I nicely explained that I needed a highchair and it wouldn't work with a high top, so no. I have to have a highchair. She told me I'd have to wait on a table then. I said that's fine with us. We sit down and waited a little over 10 minutes - no big deal! We were taken at the same time as another couple by the same hostess. She threw her arm and said "go sit over there." We walked back to the booth where she pointed. I got her attention after she sat the other couple and said I needed the highchair for my son. She said they weren't allowed to put a highchair at that table due to it being beside the kitchen door and that I'd have to have a booster seat. I explained to her my son was too young to sit in a booster and I needed a highchair. She got mad and said she had to get her manager. The manager comes over and said "I heard you needed a highchair?" I said "yes. My son needs a highchair he isn't big enough to sit in a booster yet. I told the hostess this when we walked in and that's why we were told we had to wait." He says "we can't put a highchair at this table. It's a danger to him and our servers..." At this point I started grabbing my things and was going to leave. Nobody was listening to what I was saying and I wasn't about to hold my son throughout dinner. My friend spoke up and said "We just waited to have a table specifically with a highchair. I don't understand why we are being seated at this table if that can't be done? If the restaurant can't seat a baby in a highchair at this time, then we should have been informed of this before before wasting our time. We wouldn't have cared to wait longer for a different table either. This is not a fault of our own. Your hostess has been rude since we've walked in the door. Is there a table for us to sit at or not?" The manager says "okay, alright! We will sit you at this table right here and I'll bring a highchair right over for you all. And yeah, she's had a hard day today, so just cut her some slack." We are moved over to a dirty table (which is whatever at this point) and a highchair is finally brought over. Our waitress was great and we had no issues with her. Our food was brought out quickly. Both of our meals were good! Halfway through our meal the entire restaurant can hear the hostess exclaim "that's it. I'm done!" Everyone just looks around like 'what in the world?' We asked for boxes and left due to the fact that we were afraid the hostess was about to become unhinged. I'm not sure what exactly was going on in her life, but as someone with supervisor experience, she should have been sent home on spot to deal with whatever was going on. She should not have been allowed to be up front dealing with customers. read more

After waiting on the waitlist, we were informed only a high top was available. We had a party of two adults and an 18 month old. A high top table would have been impossible. Instead of giving us the next available table, we were put back at the end of the of the waiting list to wait another 25-30 minutes. This is not how waiting goes. read more
