One of my fav places that grab a bite. The pick 3 is plenty with of various items at a good price. Beverage, side (I love their broccoli it's the best with a smash burger and the fries were perfect. Chicken quesadilla with no chicken was a huge disappointment. We complained about it and they offered a new order but, we weren't interested. read more

Prices have catapulted up unfortunately. My usual "go to" was the bottomless soup, salad and chips and salsa, but they don't offer that anymore. :( Our server was attentive but distracted if that makes sense. Refills were attended to very well. But if we had a question, he bolted past quickly but would return in a couple minutes. It wasn't bad, just different. My boneless buffalo wings were cheaper than the bone in versions which blew my mind, but they were pretty good. Unfortunately, they don't come with any side of french fries or a salad or anything else which I thought was a little sad. My husband ordered the boneless chicken strips that came with fries and a side of mac & cheese. Oh my gosh. It was amazing cavatappi noodles in a super rich and creamy cheese sauce. I could've eaten that all by itself!! Overall, it was a good visit and I really do enjoy Chili's and I love their bottomless chips & salsa. read more

Despite some mixed reviews from others, Chili's always seems to draw a crowd--and for good reason! This place is consistently busy with diners, which speaks volumes about its appeal. We love sitting at the bar, not only to catch the game on their big screens but also because the service is typically faster and more personal. Our go-to order is the Triple Dipper, which never fails to satisfy. While it's not part of any special promotions (how that promo in "The Madness," exists?), it's still worth every penny. It's the perfect way to ward off those hangry moments while sharing some delicious bites. If you're looking for a lively spot with dependable food and a great atmosphere, especially during sports events, Chili's is hard to beat! read more

I am basing this review solely off the one time I have stopped in and I didn't get anything to eat. My husband and I sat at the bar and had a few cocktails and that was it. We sat down and I noticed the bar was pretty empty. Pretty odd for a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by Athena. She is super sweet and quick with service. I had to try the margarita of the month and get the Radical Rita. It was delicious, but a little sweet. Overall good experience and great service. read more

This is my second time coming here and it was very good. Both the waiters I had were very, very nice and attentive - this time around when I try the triple dipper it was actually VERY delicious.( or just hitting the spot idk) The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks are truly worth the hype. I personally don't like the sliders, but I know everyone else has tried them do which is interesting but I like the spring rolls they have as well as the sauce the green sauce that comes with. This time I came around it was busier as it was a weekend, but the service is still quick and it wasn't very loud and it was very clean. Take a shot every time I write "very" LOL read more

My friend does not like Chills but I loved it and we called prior into coming in to ask if outside food was allowed that if we were paying customers and they said yes it was totally fine! Then just to affirm that everything was going to be okay right when we walked in I asked if it was okay for us to bring outside food in and they again said it was okay. We sat down did not even get greeted yet when the manager came up to us and yelled at us about having outside food I told him about the situation and how we got permission twice prior. He told us he could throw the food away or we could eat it somewhere else... read more

When a person comes into Chili's and says they have a food allergy, believe them. I am not just gluten intolerant but also allergic. I ordered chicken fajitas with CORN tortillas and no raw onions (onions close my throat off if raw). What I got, wheat tortillas and raw onions on everything. The server was not at fault, she turned in the order exactly the way I ordered. Her manager came over to finally asked if I finally got the correct tortillas. What? Thanks for being so nonchalant. I am having nausea and joint pain today. Can bet I won't go back. read more

My first visit to Chili's, to see what all the hype was about, turned out to be somewhat disappointing. The restaurant looked pleasant, lively, welcoming, and the service was excellent, with a kind and attentive waiter. However, the food and drinks didn't meet my expectations. I ordered the triple dipper plate based on the buzz from friends and social media, but when it arrived, it didn't look or taste very appealing. The mozzarella sticks were dry, and the seasoning was too overpowering. The wings had a zesty, non-traditional buffalo flavor. The Margarita was only a 4 out of 10--too sweet and not very satisfying. read more

From the very start of our visit, service felt rushed. My mom, who was watching my brother's 10-month-old daughter, had to ask three separate times for a high chair. Each time, the staff said they'd bring one but forgot. After the third request, my niece accidentally spilled my mom's water. The server finally brought a high chair and quickly wiped the spill with a dirty rag but never came back to clean or dry the floor properly. When we finished dinner and started to leave, my mom slipped on that same wet spot and fell hard, breaking dishes and spilling leftovers. What shocked me most was that no one came to help--I had to pick her up amid the broken dishes myself (my dad is a disabled vet). When staff finally arrived, there was no apology or concern for her safety. We've always enjoyed Chili's, but this experience was really disappointing and unsafe. I just hope my mom isn't seriously hurt and that this location takes steps so something like this doesn't happen to someone else. read more

Food and waiter were amazing, he was on top of it with our orders and didn't forget a thing, but the host was just so rude I can't believe it. It felt like I was a bother to her from the minute I walked in. Other than that the food and waiters were amazing. If not for the host me and my party would give it a 5 star review. read more

First time at this Chili's restaurant. My wife and I stopped in for lunch after running errands at Southlands. Service was spot on. We started with the chips and salsa. The chips were thin, crispy, and hot, and very delicious. The salsa was average and could benefit from being spiced up a bit. My wife had the Old Fashioned burger with fries. The burger tasted beefy and the bun held up thought the meal. The fries were tasty. I had the Grilled Chicken Santa Fe salad with shrimp. The salad was fresh and tasty. The grilled chicken was good, but the shrimp was the star. Kudos to the chef as the shrimp were cooked perfectly! The place was clean but a bit loud for my likes. I'd go back in a heartbeat. read more

I love this place. Burgers. Fajitas. Appetizers. Drinks. Close to the house and reliable.

Came in for the 10.99 Lunch deal... Waited 15 minutes for a server to come by... while a couple seated after us were served immediately. My parter decided to go with the new bacon burger rather than do the deal. Being vegetarian, I looked for a veggie option within their lunch deal... and found none! So, I opted to get their Sante Fe black bean burger. This meant we had to pay for the chips n'salsa and our drinks which comes with the 10.99 deal. This made for a very expensive lunch - twice what one would pay for the deal! Nonetheless, the bugers were good, of reasonable size and came with a healthy portion of fries. We both had to get to go containers and were able to take a new bag of chips and cup of salsa with us. The food was hot and burgers were tasty. Our waiter was very helpful. While I liked the food, it's dfinitely not worth buying food ala carte. I would recommend going with the 10.99 deal and getting a rewards account to make the meal cost effective. And, not having a veggie option as part of the deal... makes it unlikely that I would go back anytime soon. read more

The food and waiter was great but the hostess was so incredibly rude. when we first walked in she didn't greet us and looked at us like we were crazy when we asked for a booth. She made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable and i would not recommend anyone go if you want a good atmosphere with no dirty looks or judgment. read more

Tried to eat here tonight. They were busy bout the hostess couldn't figure it out. They had open tables but kept putting people in the wait list then calling people to sit that just arrived instead of in order of those that came first. Last time I tried to eat here we got seated but the waitress was more worried about talking to her coworkers about her problems than serving people so we left after waiting for about 20 minutes for service. read more

I don't know why people leave bad reviews. Working in The industry is not always easy. We love this place eat here couple times a week. let me tell you guys this location is the worst BY FAR! we decided to call at 4pm for a reservation of 9 (3 ended up not being able to make it) and they said they would uphold our reservation for 7:30. well 7 rolls around we're a little early there is a line because of the parade and we send my fiancé in to see if we can get in a little bit early. well they tell him they can't find the reservation and that they can put him on the list but the wait is an hour. after 30 minutes of back and fourth they finally tell him they'll be able to get us in thanks to the manger! so we get sat order drinks and start deciding on what we will eat. i ordered the new wicked drink expecting what is on the picture and our server renee comes out with a drink that looks nothing like the photo and THEN tells us they're out of the cups and straws...ok no big deal drink is still good just a tad bit disappointed. well fast forward we get our food i get the wrong sauce renee is extremely rude and brings me out the correct sauce. well at the end of the meal we pay and start to leave and our server decided to cuss us out over a tip...yes a TIP. got into my fiancé face (who was holding our one year old) and cussing him out. cussed me out refused to give me her name and told her coworkers as well to ignore me. safe to say i will not be back to this establishment!!!!! i'm hoping this server gets a well talking to, and never does this to another guest again. read more

I love love my local chili's, my only wish is that they start stocking ginger ale. It's very much missed.

Came here for some apps and and drinks to celebrate a good day. Not too busy tonight and I was able to sit in a booth. Ordered chips & salsa, spinach queso , and blueberry pineapple margarita. Service was swift and accurate. The food was good and I enjoyed my time there. The server was awesome , he asked if there were any sports casts that I wanted to see and he would change a TV for me. Nice touch. It's Chili's and it's what I expected from Chili's, good quick table service drinks and apps. Usually a nice meal, but Smokehouse was a huge mistake. Chose brisket quesadillas, dry ribs and chicken crispers with street corn and broccoli. My husband and I had the take out ribeye, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I only had a couple bites and it went in the garbage. The steak was thin, tasteless and not a good color. I'm only giving this place 3 stars since the waitress was sweet and attentive(Chloe) she deserves 5 stars but the food is gross so this place deserves 1 star for the food! We got seated and cramped into a booth that really only holds 4 people at the most-we had 5. This is my second time at this location and will not be returning. The food is terrible and I'm getting bubble guts as I sit and write this review. The food tastes like overpriced Denny's at best-shoot Denny's is better. Everything seems like it's microwaved then sat for a few days and warmed up again. It also seems very unorganized. The hostess in the front isn't even standing in the front she is also cleaning tables so when people arrive she asked"who got here first". Seems to me they need to hire more help and get a better chef or a better food warmer upper(hehe). I used to LOVE chili's but ya not this one. The people working at this Chili's made our visit so enjoyable. First, we were meeting some friends and the lady at the hostess stand helped us look for them. She then, along with I believe the manager, helped us get them in as it was a slick, cold day and there were some mobility concerns. From there the hostess offered to keep flowers for us so we could eat and made sure we didn't forget them at the end. After we got done with our meal and had paid, the manager (I later learned his name is Terry) brought over a molten cake with 4 spoons for us all to share commenting that we couldn't have a celebration without cake. This was one of those days that makes you believe there are just some really thoughtful people in the world. Their taps are NEVER working, drafts take forever to pour as the bartender is forever emptying foam, foam and more foam. Service terrible. When I was a bartender part of your job was to be behind the bar not only to keep an eye on empty glasses, or maybe a customer needs ketchup, silverware etc. for their meal. But also a friendly hello and small chat once in awhile. Not to mention you can clean something behind the bar while it's slow, the place is filthy. The place isn't busy (we've stopped by around 2-4pm) but the bartender is never behind the bar instead over in the corner by the kitchen talking with other staff. Would like to give a zero stars... read more

I order their 6 ounce sirloin every time, well done. I have it delivered. It is generally great, but this review is for this visit only. I knew as soon as I looked at it it was not well done. This has happen before in this location. I ordered the honey chipotle crispers and they were dry ,hard to cut and hard to chew. I didn't say anything because my wife was enjoying her dinner and our server Becca was fantastic. We also ordered a to go plate of chicken fingers for my 9 year old. When we got home she was excited, yet theses chicken fingers were even more dry and she couldn't even chew them. Do today I called to speech to the manager, I was on hold and gave up on waiting. I've been pleasantly surprised with chili's/chili's take-out during the pandemic. The last time I was at chili's was probably over a year or two ago (and I decided back then, I would never be back again). Well, I happened to catch a promo on DoorDash and it looked pretty good so I took a shot. Not sure what happened between the last time over a year ago and now, but chili's has DEFINITELY stepped up their game. The food, the quality of service even in the take out and delivery category, has been on-point lately. Please please please Chili's don't let the quality and service dwindle like it did the last time I was their and I'll keep coming back. read more

Believe it or not but this is the first time I had ever been to a Chili's restaurant! It reminds me a lot of a Red Robin or an Applebees. The atmosphere is very similar. However the food is vastly different. A lot more bbq and tex-mex options here. Specifically for this location, it was actually quite busy! We came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30. We had to wait for only a couple of minutes and then we were seated. Our waiter was excellent...right on top of everything and was patient with us while we looked thru the menu for a while. We ended up ordering the margarita flat bread, bacon ranch quesadillas and the avocado chicken club sandwich. I also ordered a blackberry iced tea which was absolutely fantastic. Never had anything like it before. They have a mango iced tea as well which I'd like to try next time. In any case I liked that our appetizer came out before the food did which was great. The appetizer had an interesting flavor but was enjoyable. Our food came out right after we finished the app...perfect timing. We ended up eating about half and saving the rest for dinner. Our waiter also brought out another full blackberry iced tea which was awesome. Didn't have to ask. I ended up taking it home in a to go cup. All in all a pretty decent experience despite some negative reviews. We will definitely be back! read more

Eh.... It was an off night for chili's, or maybe it was me, but the Monterey Jack mushroom fajitas seemed over done and not the delight I had experienced in previous visits. My most recent visit here was January 4th and my mom and I will more than likely not be returning to this location. We beat the crowd and were able to walk into the bar and grab a table. Our server greeted us and took our drink order right away. It was disappointing to know that Chili's doesn't serve Sangria, yet they serve wine. So we both just got waters. When we ordered our food I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger with fries and my mom got the Oldtimer with cheese and fries as well. My mom is gluten free and has Celiac disease so she ordered her burger with no bun. At one point right after the server took our order, we wanted to change our orders but it was too late so he brought us some chips and salsa on the house which was very nice of him. Once our food came out my mom's burger had the bun on it and both of our sides of fries looked really poor and old. The burgers weren't terrible looking, nor did they taste bad. We were both so hungry though that my mom just took the bun off and scraped any remaining pieces of the bread off her burger and ate it. It is unfortunate that we had to settle for such poor food, as we were both just ready to eat and hadn't eaten much all day. This reminded us that we will not be returning to this location or any other Chili's in the future. I would say the service was okay, but the food and beverage quality has gone down hill over the years. Not worth it! read more
