Marcus was such a professional and patient server!! All 10 of my family members and I had such a wonderful experience at Brentwood chili's! My hat goes off to this man! I sent my drink back three times, my nephew was unsatisfied with his macaroni and cheese, and other family members also had issues with their meals. They finally fixed air conditioning here yay! Was seated promptly at clean table in full view of baseball and football lol Devin was our wait person, he was friendly, attentive and handsome. We had the 3 for me deal which is choice of beverage, appetizer and main dish starting at $10.99 and up depending on upgraded items. Chips and salsa for husby, salad for me. Salad was fresh and chips addicting but what impressed was BIG SMASH BURGER. It was juicy, hot and flavorful! Much better quality than McDonald's BIG MAC meal deal. The quality of a Chili's restaurant differs from location to location. We used to live in an area where the Chili's was awesome. This one doesn't quite live up to the same standards. The front door was splattered with ice cream, gum, and other dirt. This messy/dirty trend continues throughout the restaurant from the entryway through the restroom. It makes you wonder what the kitchen might look like, as well. Service was very poor. It was not that busy, but we had to ask our server for drinks 3 times. From what we could tell, the server had two tables, but she was acting and speaking in a very rushed manner. Other staff brought the food out instead of the server. There was a lot of staff at the restaurant, but they all seemed disorganized. My husband had to send his lemonade back since it was undrinkable (tasted like dirty water) and he asked to remove it, but the server didn't remove it from the bill. The rest of the food was okay. Our server Abby was a gem she gets 5 stars, very kind, attentive, our glasses never went empty, and was accommodating as could be. The manager Louisa however was NOT. I asked for them to replace my sliders patties for a veggie one since I don't eat red meat-- something I've never had a problem with before. What I got from her monotone-- not willing to help attitude, was essentially that id have to either settle with meat or pay more for a full veggie burger. But that she was not willing to make a very easy dietary change to my triple dipper. On top of that, the other two items had the wrong sauces. I don't know what has happened to the quality of the food at Chili's, but it has really gone downhill. I have not been in a few years, but I used to go all the time pre-COVID, but the one in San Bruno--which I used to like. The Classic Ribeye* This was the toughest steak I have had in years! It was tough. It was dry. It was bland. I ordered medium, it was closer to well done. My side of broccoli was very soggy. It tasted like old frozen broccoli. My side of corn...it tasted like it sat in a pot of warm water for days after being boiled for 12 hours. It was mush and tasted like the water it was boiled in. I also got baby back ribs, which was okay, but each bone barely had any meat on it. This is the last time I will get food from Chili's. It was pretty disgusting. read more

Great staff but food is definitely not good. My pasta was under cooked, I've never had to chew for so long like I was chewing gum. The chicken was also under cooked. Ok so I have been ordering the 3 for $10.99 & it is awesome! I order the Old Tymer Burger with fries & a drink oh and chips & salsa. You can't get a better deal than this. I do curbside pickup. The only issue, there is never enough napkins & if a person orders fries they probably want ketchup or ranch. There isn't an option on the App to ask for it or to add any notes to the order. Hey chilies, when you're getting a curbside pick up order ready or any order that is to go why is it that condiments & napkins are not considered as part of the order? At least update the app to make it so one can request certain items. Sure there's the plastic ware in the sealed plastic with 1 napkins. Not sufficient. read more

So I'm done with this location. Anytime you order a to go, there's always something missing etc. But tonight I ordered a kids meal burger along with adult meals , When I arrive to pick up... I'm told they don't have any mini burgers. I ask to sub a plain burger. I offer to add the cost difference. The manager says he can't help us. Imagine as a manager all you needed to do was help your customer by substituting the hamburger. Yet you care so little about your service. I cancel the order and ask for a receipt of refund. I'm told he can't offer me a receipt due to it being online. So I'm left without my multiple meals and a refund. I do not have proof of my cancellation. Do not order to go from this location. Terrible service on 1/1/24 @ 3:15p. Didn't even get seated. The bar was moderately busy but the rest of the restaurant was more than half empty. There was a couple ahead of my family and a family after us waiting to be seated and none of us were ever acknowledged. The couple in front of us even walked back to the kitchen twice to ask for someone to help and nothing. Its's Chili's, so what can you expect? The same and standard food that you can get at every other location. Not sure why, but the chain decided to remove their queso burger. That was a fave! We haven't been to Chili's in a while so we decided to have lunch at this particular Chili's. The food is the sane wherever you go because it's a cookie cutter restaurant. What differs is service. I want to give a shout out to our server Katherine! She was absolutely the BEST! She had a really pleasant demeanor which was friendly and caring. Though she was busy with multiple tables, she made sure all her customers were taken cared off. She was attentive, got our orders correct and checked in on us regularly. The one time I figure I could "splurge" a little and get a meal that I don't normally get to have often it comes burnt. Chilis is my go-to for steaks and potatoes but this time I'm disappointed. I don't normally get the ribeye but I did today, and it's super dry and they did not add garlic butter like they usually do. I'm disappointed because their steaks normally come very juicy and right off the grill, not that's just not the case today. read more
