Never would have expected that this chilis location would be so good. Service is excellent and the food is great! We love coming here for the 3 for Me deal that is just bang for your buck. Not a good first impression. The booth we were sat at had a torn bench seat on my side. Then the wait for a waiter took too long. Then the manager came and he was very friendly. I got the pick 3, strawberry lemonade, 3 dip app and the chicken crispers. The appetizer wasn't great, the guacamole was the best dip. The salsa and white queso were terrible. The chicken crisper had a great crunch but the buffalo ranch was too spicy for me. The ambiance was not great, very crowded on a Friday as expected. You pick a starter, a drink and a meal on their limited menu. The chicken sandwich was really good. Get the secret sauce! Now the chips were light and crispy as always, but the salsa was a little runnier than usual. I don't know why we keep coming back here. It's like you get that craving, and you just keep coming back....and then get disappointed. It's like a toxic relationship, tbh.
