Regrettably, upon commencing my meal, I discovered that the menudo contained very little meat or corn; it predominantly consisted of bones in the broth. However, that left me wondering why they could accommodate two thighs as a replacement but couldn't accommodate my original request for two legs. Overall, the food had some good qualities, but customer service and food handling definitely need improvement. Since I was visiting from out of town, I won't have the opportunity to return to this location. Hopefully, management takes these concerns into consideration because a little friendliness, flexibility, and attention to food safety go a long way!
