We started with the guacamole, and it was absolute perfection. My partner ordered a crispy short rib taco, chicken enchilada, and chile relleno, and I swear his eyes rolled back with every bite. I went with the lobster and shrimp stuffed poblano, and I savored every single bite. SO GOOD!!! We also enjoyed two specialty cocktails, and our entire bill came out to around $100! The portions were incredibly generous, so we both left with plenty of leftovers, which made it an even better value. But what truly makes or breaks a restaurant experience for me is the service, and this is where they really went above and beyond. Our server, Peter, was an absolute GEM! He was genuinely kind, attentive, personable, and full of fantastic recommendations. He suggested adding mezcal to my pineapple serrano cilantro margarita with a Tajín rim, and WOW. What a phenomenal combination! You can have incredible food and drinks, but exceptional hospitality is what makes an experience memorable and keeps people coming back. Peter absolutely delivered on that, and I hope the restaurant knows what a wonderful asset he is to their team. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!
