I got the Build Your Own Breakfast Burrito $8.50 + what you add. It was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance is ok there are a few tables. I added coffee. My burrito choices were sausage, egg, American cheese, and potatoes. You get two small burritos essentially one big burrito cut in half. The medium and spicy red salsa's are both good and can be mixed. Street parking and a few spots in the lot were not a problem but certainly could be. The good: I got a lunch build-it-yourself burrito for $11-12. You choose a meat and then add 5 toppings. Additional toppings are an additional price. What I loved most about the burrito was how they made it into 2 smaller burritos and wrapped it (perfect for my husband and I since we were buying it just to split as a snack). I got the chicken with pico de gallo (optional to have it as a side), tomato, raw onion, cilantro and cheese. The price was fair. They also had the build-your-own burrito option for breakfast burritos. The interior is casual and sunny. They're right by the beach and you can even see the ocean from the indoor seating areas. The bad: The chicken could've had a more grilled flavor. It would've been cool if rice and beans were included as standard ingredients that weren't an additional charge in the build-your-own burrito. Was excited to try it for the first time but thought it was pretty decent but the lady taking my order who appeared to be manager / owner was not friendly at all. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but she was clearly annoyed I had never been there when creating a burrito, I foolishly asked if they had Mexican rice "we only have brown" then she asked what kind of cheese I want I said do you have Mexican and she snapped they did not. Forgive me for asking if a burrito store has Mexican cheese, what a dumb question, I felt rushed when ordered and she didn't offer so much as a smile or tip on what is popular. Great burrito spot! I came by for breakfast burritos. They have a decent selection... incisive tri-tip and chorizo! We had the triple (tri-tip, potato, etc) and the chorizo and egg. Both very good! Make sure to get salsa on the side. I liked the spicy one... added just enough flavor and heat! Oh and BE FORWARNED! The burritos come pre-split into two. This is the MB location, right off Longfellow. Same great food as the HB location. I love that you get two small burritos, the equivalent of cutting one large burrito in half. My jam is always the avocado breakfast burrito which is delicious! This is a good post workout location, nothing like getting in a jog on the strand followed by a burrito. I have enjoyed every burrito variety with eggs - ALL GOOD! I also give the Pozole my highest recommendation, A+ They also have different levels of salsa you can enjoy. Anyways, walking one street up to avoid the dippy-shit crowds on the strand, was surprised to see another brother from possibly the same mother here, and the best part? They open at 7am. So, what was originally planned to be a 1 hour, -350 calorie burning walk turned into +1350 calories before you can say Orale! I was a bit bummed the only meat they have was tri-tip (it was good but plain and prefer carne asada, which they don't have.) but ordered a burrito anyways with pico, avocado (they forgot to put inside), sour cream, cheddar cheese and brown rice. It was wrapped nicely and love that they split it into 2 even pieces both wrapped fully, wait how... magic trick no cuts? Tasted very good and really hit the spot. $15 bucks got me more than full. About a year ago, my soon to be ex in-laws raved about Brother's Burritos in Hermosa Beach, CA. I have to say that my chorizo and egg ($7.50) was fairly bland. It was served (unexpectedly) in two smaller flour tortillas. I thought it was going to be a regular burrito. I sat on the beach ready to eat it and thought I had gotten the wrong order. Lol. I was here at around 10:41AM on 11/7/21 before a nice long, brisk walk from pier to pier and a visit to some shops and the Manhattan Beach pier aquarium. It's within walking distance to the beach. The staff was nice and allowed me to wash my hands in their employees only restroom. The burrito just wasn't all as great as recent reviews would convince me to be. The "spicy" salsa wasn't that spicy either. Kind of a letdown. I'll try it again maybe some day and switch up my choice as they offer quite a few options. Plenty of free side street parking depending on the time of year. Today I gave Brother's a second chance and ordered an egg white breakfast burrito with ground turkey, cheese and mushroom. I asked them to go light on the turkey, and the guy on the phone confirmed "LIGHT on the turkey". Below is a photo of what I got... which was basically a pound of turkey meat with a small amount of egg white and one single slice of mushroom. I can get over not having any mushroom but what I can't get over is the fact that I ordered a breakfast burrito but I received a slab of meat inside inside a tortilla... I don't get it. When in Manhattan beach I am always going to get my burrito at this place. I usually grab and go. Prices run around 10-14 but they will fill you up. They do have have a casual sit down once you get your food. The best thing is they cut the burritos in half so you can share or have it later. read more

I had seen this spot posted in a Facebook group and finally checked it out for myself. Came in Sunday morning around 8:30 and our burritos were quickly prepared--perfect after a long run. Plenty of seating available and the spot was very clean, but we opted to get ours to go. Burritos were solid and served with a delicious salsa--next time I'll ask for two. Previous reviews seemed frustrated about getting two small burritos instead of one large, but I actually preferred this--everything stayed hot, and candidly, it was less messy. I absolutely love breakfast burritos and have had around 50 different ones across Los Angeles. Got to say this is one of the bottoms. I have found there are different levels. Bad Fine (could make at home) Good (similar, most joints have burritos like this, better than if I would make it at home, but similar to most places) Amazing. Brothers lies in the fine category, it's not bad but tastes like the ones I can easily make at home, and I'm most definitely not a Michelin rated chef.
