Great security and friendly staff, this place is a favorite of kids and parents alike, my kids loved it there.

abusive teachers don't recommend bringing your 3year old or younger here at all. why would they have camera access if the teachers are going to do wrong to your child. I brung my 2year old here and watched the camera they provided and the black big teacher was rough with my child and had his head down crying for at least 15min or more could have suffocated himself and the black teacher had airpods in and was dancing while my son could have suffocated and when I picked him up his diaper was soaking wet and he was crying his heart out. This school is not recommended for toddlers, if you are a proactive parent. The first month I was calling because my son just learned out to walk and hold a balance , and was being pushed by other kids- so he developed hitting and biting for the lack of supervision and protection. My toddler was in harms way and the director would lie saying that things were being handled to fix the issues or being reported. This school will suspend toddlers for two days after being sent home the first time - "to protect their teachers whether they are at fault or not. " I have experienced behavior issues with the teachers. They manhandle children , put your kids in timeout, yell at them, and the teachers will blame the child for age appropriate behaviors. The teachers create an unsafe, negative environment, and support negligent supervision in this class, which provokes negative behaviors. Some kids in the toddler's class have not even met developmental milestones because of the lack of experience teaching in the classroom. Some families are targeted. Be careful and call the police as soon as mistreatment happens! Mind you, my one year old was fed hot Cheetos by the main teacher, hit and manhandled on camera. read more

My kiddo has been coming to this location for the last 3 years. He has become more social, made friends and enjoys coming to Childtime. The staff at child time has always been very welcoming almost like family :-). We don't have family here in AZ so I love the fact my kiddo has safe and fun environment to be in while he is not with me means the world to me. read more

TLDR: they suck at potty training, blame your child for things even when they're too little (barely 2) to be a "threat", say or do things off-camera, and the director doesn't care about your kid. She only cares about the staff. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! I believe the director or some staff members were using corporal punishment off-camera. My son would come home and scratch me in the middle of my forehead, but it was just above the hairline and he would say the same things "bill" or "bad." I have no idea why he picked up this odd behavior. He did this repeatedly for months. I would tell him "we don't scratch people we love" so then he would emulate the behavior without scratching. My gut is telling me other things happened behind closed doors. My son came home and was saying things he said from daycare and said "What the fuck did you just say" and "Shut the fuck up." We don't swear at home and have never said this phrase around him. It was so odd because it was while he was saying other phrases he learned from daycare ("I spy with my little eye" - we haven't played this game before) and he wasn't intentionally saying it to anyone. That was the breaking point. I cannot imagine someone disdainfully whispering hateful things to my son. We were at one point considering Tutor Time instead as the location is close, but never switched locations because it's so hard for kids to adjust. I wish I would have listened to my intuition. In addition, I pulled my son from Childtime as their efforts in potty training have been inconsistent for several months. I genuinely don't think they were taking him at regular intervals and neglected my son. I work remotely at home and would watch how often he was taken to the bathroom on camera. We've complained about the cleanliness of items in the past and have been brushed off by the director Doniesha. Anytime we've had an issue with how our son has been treated, the director of the location blamed our son instead of taking any accountability for her staff. I do not trust the staff or the director of this location. I don't want my son to go near that place again and I am glad we are taking him somewhere else. The staff failed me and my son despite positive verbal encouragement to the staff, gifts given to staff, and messages in the app to continue potty training please. They genuinely showed dislike for him at times because he would not nap as long as other children. They even sent him home "sick" two weeks in a row on a Friday afternoon when he was not sick, didn't have a fever, but also was not napping. They would take him out of the room and put him with the director and have him color. There is no camera in the director's office. He no longer enjoys coloring when it was something he used to enjoy since the moment he could hold a crayon. Pay attention to the negative reviews. There's something not right about this place. read more

Let me start by saying I love the daycare and the staff especially Mrs.D. My child has be going here since he was 1. They've helped soooooo much with his potty training and learning abc's and 1-10 he's a social butterfly and I love that for him that he has the ability to be able to inrefract with other kids his age. I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone. read more

The toddler room was a bad experience for us. My daughter always had a dirty diaper when I picked her up and very hungry. The 1 year olds would be sitting at a table at 5:30 with all the toys put away just expected to sit and wait for their parents. She would cry and say no no at drop off and on 3 separate occasions had a diaper rash so bad it was welted. I asked for the diaper cream I had left for them and they had no idea where it was. Also lost her blanket and extra clothing numerous times. I also witnessed a male worker yelling at a child and pushing him in the door from the playground. The poor kid almost fell forward onto the floor. Do not recommend this place at all. read more

I give a 1 star because I went through the tour of their facility and put an application in for my son to attend here for a few hours a week while I was at work. I did this a month in advance before my schedule was going to change for work to have him in daycare. A week goes by and I call to see the status, they said it takes about two weeks. We absolutely love Childtime of Phoenix and all of the teachers/staff at the school. I started my son there at 2 years old and the care and fun they have within the children was felt from the start and still today. Even with separation anxiety kicking in these days, he still gets excited when he sees where he is each morning. He glady waves bye which puts at ease.We love how circle time, weekly lesson plans, daily play, and newsletters focus on their development most important fun Friday.Not to include photo days. It is easy to check in/out, we get lots of daily check ins via the app, and can message with staff and you can watch your child on the Sproutabout app.The staff/teachers know all the kiddos well and all work well together. Although times are weird right now, it is still fun to talk to other parents at pick up and drop off, and see all the little friends greet each other. Parking is easy. I love the meals prepared by kitchen staff. My son always returns well cared for, growing, and happy. read more

My niece has been going there for about 2 years and everyone here is phenomenal. She has learned so much from these wonderful teachers, I can't thank them enough for working with her and continuing to teach these young children to be better than they were yesterday. The daycare is clean and organized. They have field trips and activities for the kids. It's a great learning environment for preschool and school aged children. I respect the teachers for taking their time and working with each child one by one. My nephew learned how to talk better ( he was two at the time, he's a big boy now) and he was also potty trained by one of the teachers (Yasmin), they are wonderful. Both of the Kira's are amazing, they make sure everything is ran smoothly and not only are the parents happy but the children as well. They really go out of their way to provide excellent care and support to the children. I would recommend this daycare to everyone. I can't forget to recognize Tracy, Toni, Becky, and Sandy who make a difference in these children's lives everyday. Learning is very important at a young age, it shapes who you are in the future and these women are really creating the best success for our children. Thanks again to you all. read more

Stay away! This place is horrible . They do not teach your kids anything here..... It's more like babysitting. There is no communication between the teachers. They get the children's belongings mixed up, so make sure you label everything including your diapers. There is no structure . My kid is always filthy by the end of the day. For picture day, they couldn't even wipe my kids mouth after lunch, so in her school picture, she had spaghetti on the side of her face. They say they work with you at potty training-- that's a lie. I had to leave the daycare with only one shoe on my kids foot several times......mind you I wasn't going home. They let kids walk barefooted on the dirty floor. In addition , it smells horrible in there! My last straw was when my kid got hurt( for the second time ) . No incident report was ever written or given to me . When I asked them to give me an icepack for the ride home since her forehead was so badly bruised, the director of the school said they were out of ice packs!!!! ...... Which leads me to believe that they never put any ice on her injury initially!!! The director sent us home with a bag of frozen cauliflower !! After 2 months of attendance, I finally had enough! This daycare needs to be reported to the state !! Make sure you ask to see the inspection records ....I wish I would have asked to see them!! read more

My children have been attending here since late July. The 1st day of school, my daughter's school sent her to the wrong pick up line. Ms. Kira called me immediately as well as contacting the school about where my daughter was. I truly appreciated her because the school was clueless! Both of my children love it here.
