I have never wrote a review on yelp or anywhere for that matter. This is my first time doing a review and the main reason for this review is to dispute everything J.S. said about Kindercare on Elm St in Chandler. There is no bigger pain in the butt then me and I will be honest and say that I do have issues with Kindercare but all my issues are with the corporate office and some of the policies that this school has to go by. The teachers and the staff to me are the best I have ever seen. I am an older first time parent and had so many questions and problems and had no one to help me. Once I found Kindercare and Ms Marla---All my problems went away. If I had a question---even if it was not related to school--Ms Marla would spend the time needed to answer or help me with my issues. Now to talk about what J.S. wrote about and all the lies this person was saying and besides J.S. being a bully. Why do you need to call people names and say they should go to a gym. Maybe you need to get a lesson on how to deal with people respectfully. Next calling Kindercare Supervisors racists and fake smiles shows you have no class. I have been going to Kindercare for 4 years now and have seen the diversity of the team members. Every race--every religion and every color of people I have seen working there and not a single person every made me NOT feel at home when I am there. Everyone knows my children's' name and my name also. Talking about the smell coming from the classrooms is also not a major problem. The team members at Kindercare taught both my children how to use a potty. Young kids learning to use a toilet will have accidents. What should the school do with the soiled clothes? Throw them in the garbage? What are they supposed to do with dirty diapers? Run outside every time a child dirties a diaper? The teachers will never be in the class. I would love to know what J.S. did to kindercare that got J.S. so upset? There is definitely more to this story then J.S. being a bully and writing a nasty review. If anyone is thinking of using Kindercare---I strongly urge you to go visit the school--spend the entire day there if you want and you will see personally how good of a learning school Kindercare is. I have two boys (age 6 and 3) that have gone to this Kindercare location. Both of them started about two years ago. They were both initially at Primrose down the street but we pulled them out for various reasons that I won't go into on this review. Our experience at Kindercare has been far better!! My 6 year old went there for pre-k. Ms. Nicole was his teacher. She was AMAZING. Our son can be quite the handful (full of energy and whatnot). Ms. Nicole was able to work with his individual needs to keep him successful. He started kindergarten last year with a ton of knowledge on numbers, letters, colors, animals, etc. Kindercare definitely helped set him up for success in kindergarten. Our 3 year old started in the toddler room and is now in the preschool room. He has had wonderful teachers in each of those rooms: Ms. Andrea, Ms. Toshia, Ms. Denise, Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Nicole. It's been amazing to see him flourish at Kindercare. He has already learned a lot about numbers, shapes, colors, animals, etc. He loves going to Kindercare to see his friends and teachers. Everyone at this facility genuinely cares about every child that steps foot in the center. Marla, the director, is great! She keeps everything running smoothly. I know if I have any sort of issue, I can chat with her and it will get taken care of in a timely manner. I want to add a little something on how this center has dealt with COVID19. They have done a fantastic job of keeping everything incredibly clean and safe for both the staff and the kids. They have masks for the staff, temperature checks for the kids, and limit who can go in the center to decrease exposure. The pandemic made me super nervous about sending my 3 year old back after they reopened but I trust Kindercare whole heartedly and know he's in safe hands. My son goes to this specific KinderCare and I cannot say greater things since the day I started to bring my son . The staff has always been so helpful so caring and very attentive my son has been so happy there and shown me everyday that he wants to go and he loves his teachers he has made so much progress socially and his friends are wonderful as well . I would recommend this preschool daycare to anyone I also will be enrolling as soon as I can my daughter to join this wonderful place . I feel that my child is well taken care of No Doubt in my mind and can't wait for my daughter to join . I also have come to learn that my son has been learning new things productive and beneficial for his future every day , I would suggest that this place meets all my requirements as a mother . And absolutely would not recommend another one I also would like to say that the morning staff in the front office are always so cheerful and happy to be with the children there on a daily basis I've come to know Lori especially Miss Destiny one of the teachers Miss Vega and all staff that I might be forgetting to mention every single person has been absolutely wonderful . Kindercare has always been apart of both my kids life's. They have been nothing but helpful, loving, caring with my family. Between the new born stages to Pre-K the teachers have professionally help to grow my children. It's not easy leaving your kids in someone else hands for a love period of time. But when I drop my kids off each morning they both gleam with a smile from ear to ear when they see their teachers. That makes leaving them that much easier knowing they are in a safe and fun place. The daily reports help to keep me informed of my kids doings through the day. This center alone helps to work with each individual child and their own needs. Being asked what we are working on at home so they can keep the same routine and training going while I'm away is an at ease mind that makes my decision in leaving my kids at the North Elm center way better. The teach skills from Thai center exceeded my expectations. Nothing beats watching your child return home learning new words and using full sentences that would have take you at home twice as long to each them. This center has brought my family more joy as a family then I would have a thought a center would. By far will continue to use and recommend the wonderful staff that are involved my children's lives! read more

My daughter is 3 and has been going here since she was 7 months old. Before sending her to this location we went the center on Alma School and were not happy (not all KinderCare centers are the same). We tried 1 day of backup care at this center with Mrs. Christina and she is the reason we moved our daughter to this center. She knows that each child is different and she tailors her care to make every infant happy. Our daughter loves to color so at drop off Mrs. Christina would sit her in a highchair and let her color while my husband slipped out of the room. Our daughter loves going here and we love sending her. This is truly a learning center and not a daycare. Our daughter knows her colors, shapes, animals, ABC's, she counts, she can spell her name and is learning to write her name. She loves to come home and tell us what she learned in class each day. Since COVID19 the center has made changes to help keep families and staff safe. Some of the changes include temperature taking, staff wearing masks, pickup and drop off at the door, increased toy sanitizing. read more

Our family has been at the N. Elm Kindercare for nearly 4 years now. To say that the teachers and staff here are an extension of our family would be an understatement. I cannot say enough good things about the partnership role Kindercare has held in our kids' earliest years. With Marla and Megan up front, you can rest assured that the lines of communication are always open. Christina and Maria in the infant room are absolutely extraordinary. They love and protect their babies and ensure that they are cared for the way you would. With Marla at the helm, they don't have the turnover that the previous director did and you can tell that the teachers are happy to be there and feel valued, which, I think speaks volumes since (I feel) all educators are grossly underpaid. Andrea and Liz in the 1's class are amazingly patient, and Denise and Munira manage the 2's with grace. Megan does a fantastic job with the 3 year olds and Linda is a school-age favorite. I enrolled my daughter at Kindercare when she was around 6 months old. I was very picky about finding the right childcare center, and was extremely nervous about leaving my child with people I had just met. However, that all quickly changed the first day I dropped her off. Ms. Christina, one of the Infant teachers, was very welcoming and made the drop-off so easy. No tears were shed from my daughter or myself! I went to work feeling comfortable and so confident that my child was in such great hands. Ms. Marla, the Center Director, told me I could call and check in as many times as I needed, which also reassured me I picked the right childcare center. My daughter will be 2 this year, and the entire staff has really become a part of our family. Everyone knows our names and greets us with a smile! My daughter loves everyone there, but her favorite person to see is the cook, Ms Melissa. The center itself is always so clean and organized. Moving from our home state of CA, I was found in a difficult situation being away from my supportive family. So after having a baby I needed reliable childcare while I had to go back to work after leave...I was very apprehensive leaving my 3 month old baby for the first time to let's me honest "strangers" but after several months I can confidently say that KinderCare has been an absolute blessing for our family. This location has been nothing but great to us. Specifically Christina in the infant room has an amazing grace for babies we love her ! The directors Marla and Becca have been so welcoming and have been a pleasure to work with. The staff that my husband and I have met have made us feel comfortable and we are now so grateful for our decision choosing KinderCare North Elm and consider them as our extended family. My son has been going to this center since he was 4 months old. Ms. Crystal in the Infant Room Is so patient and caring towards my son and all the babies in her room! I was so nervous when he moved to the toddler room but Ms. Revathi made my son very comfortable, in such a short time being in the toddler room he learned his colors and numbers, I was so impressed! I knew they were actually teaching and interacting with my child. He is now in the Twos room with Ms. Ariel she is amazing and has helped my son learn new words and how to start recognizing letters! Absolutely love this center! Marla and Becca are very friendly and helpful when it comes to any issues or questions the parents have. Clean and well maintained throughout the whole center, rarely ever does it look dirty or unkept. Friendly teachers and staff available for personal connections with my child. I also absolutely love the KinderCare app! I get almost hourly updates of my child's day, photos and detailed notes of what's going on in his class that day. First of all, I'd like to start by saying we've had extremely unfortunate childcare experiences so far, this is my son's 4th childcare center. He's 3.5 years old. By leaps & bounds, this is the absolute best one we've ever been at. Talk about professional, educational, FUN, reassuring, and responsive!! We've only been here about a month, but I feel so much better having my son here than at any other place we've been. LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. Switched my son back in February and it's been the best experience ever. With my son having a little bit of development delays they have worked with him and treated him just like the rest of the kids . They show him love and i have felt less worried with having him in child care best decision i made was switching him.
